hey all. I was wondering if there were any good artists out there who wouldn't mind making me an avatar for social media platforms and would be alright with accepting bitcoin/crypto as payment or if anyone knows of a subreddit they can help guide me to for this? thanks!

Gold another new high

For Trading JULY 29th

MMM & MCD LOWER ON NUMBERS

“NEW ALL-TIME HIGH FOR GOLD”

BITCOIN RALLIES

Today’s market got off to a mixed start and while there was plenty of earnings news to digest, it wasn’t all in either direction. Several of the reporting companies beat and several missed and there really wasn’t much in the guidance going forward. The Dollar tried to rally a bit, but really, after the decline since late March (104), to the low in late June (98) and the continuing decline to 93.42 just yesterday, there hasn’t really been even a minor bounce. While a weak dollar may be good for big multinationals selling product outside the U.S., it is also a reflection of the burgeoning deficit that small business simply cannot support. It is a reflection of how the rest of the world sees the health of our economy. As for the markets, they just couldn’t hold the gains on earnings reports and sold off to the new lows of the day in the last 45 minutes. The DJIA was $205.49 (.77%), NASDAQ -134.18 (1.27%), S&P 500 -20.97(.65%), the Russell -14.90 (1%), and the DJ Transports -120 (1.23%). The market internals were negative with NYSE 1.2:1 and the NASDAQ 2:1 down. The DJIA was 9 up and 21 down with the biggest losers MMM-55DPs and AAPL -42, while there were just 2 up double-digits being PG and PFE both +10 DPs. Volume was lighter than the past week.

Our “open forum” on Discord, which allows me to interact with subscribers and others to allow direct questions and chart opinions on just about any stock, continues to grow with more participants every day. It is informative and allows me to share insights as the market is open and moving. The link is: https://discord.gg/ATvC7YZ and I will be there and active from before the open and all day. It’s a great place to share ideas and gain some insights, and we’ve grown to almost 3000 members. I also did this video over the weekend on a day-trade, (actually 2) that I made in AAPL on Friday. I think it’s highly informative as a guide to under what conditions these kind of trades in expiring options make sense. The link is https://youtu.be/qIV0G-hP3aM Enjoy!!

Tonight’s closing comment video https://youtu.be/TvcZbZ2I-uc

SECTORS: Earnings took center stage today with MCD and MMM the biggest losers. Many, even when beating expectations (generally lowered and therefore useless) didn’t react well, while SBUX reported a loss and was higher. This is why I don’t “play” earnings, and unfortunately, this week has many. The biggest winner was hands down, AMD. The company blew away numbers including the fact that their operating margins year over year increased from 7% to 12%. The stock, up from $36.75 in March to late trading @ $74.80 +103%. Storage Tech (STX) went the other way with a miss for earnings and revenues, and poor guidance and fell from $48.50 to $43.43 and the last was $44.50 -4 or 10%.

FOOD SUPPLY CHAIN was HIGHER with TSN +.02, BGS +.24, FLO +.07, CPB +1.43, CAG +.32, MDLZ +.39, KHC +.57, CALM -.09, JJSF -4.08, SAFM -.01, HRL +.01, PPC +.67, KR +.44 and PBJ $33.26 -.05 (.15%).

BIOPHARMA was LOWER with BIIB -5.84, ABBV -.16, REGN -6.40, ISRG -6.35, GOLD -.69, MYL +.20, TEVA -.10, VRTX -5.11, BHC +.79, INCY -1.48, LABU -4.93, and IBB $138.50 -1.55 (1.11%).

CANNABIS: was HIGHER with TLRY +.85, CGC +3.21, CRON +.65, GWPH -1.81, ACB +1.23, NBEV -.01, CURLF +.57, KERN +.29, and MJ $13.98 +.69 (5.19%).

DEFENSE: was HIGHER with LMT +5.50, GD +1.96, TXT +.02, NOC +4.85, BWXT +.53, TDY -3.50, RTX -.07, and ITA $161.58 +.53 (.33%).

RETAIL: was MIXED with the brands lower and M +.20, JWN +.22, KSS +.56, DDS +.53, WMT +.79, TGT +1.451, TJX -.30, RL -.21, UAA +.13, LULU -8.91, TPR -.02, CPRI +.24, and XRT $46.59 -.08 (.17%).

FAANG and Big Cap: were LOWER with GOOGL -25.42, AMZN -49.21, AAPL -4.84, FB -2.65, NFLX -5.41, NVDA -2.56, TSLA -64.50, BABA -1.31, BIDU +.04, CMG -30.68, CAT -.99, MSFT -1.50, BA +.49, DIS -.08 and XLK $105.93 -.93 (.87%). PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THESE PRICES ARE LATE MARKET QUOTES AND DO NOT REPRESENT THE 4:00 CLOSES.

FINANCIALS were LOWER with GS -.63, JPM +.49, BAC +.25, MS -.84, C +.01, PNC -.09, AIG +.40, TRV -1.60, AXP -1.39, V -3.39, and XLF $24.01 -.06 (.25%).

OIL, $41.04 -.56. Oil was lower in last night’s trading before we rallied in the morning. I mentioned in last night’s charts with comments section in the Weekly Strategies letter, that it is a toss-up for a move in either direction. The stocks were LOWER with XLE $36.91 -.64 (1.7%).

GOLD $1,944.50 +13.50. It was a continuation rally and a new recovery high of $1,974.00. I have only the NEM August 65 / 70 spread on in the Gold market. The spread was put on at $1.30 and finished the day @ $2.67.

BITCOIN: closed $11,035 +140. After trading back to 8985 we rallied back to close – only $5. Since last week we have closed between 9200 – 92.85 every day with narrow ranges and today was a good start to move higher. A break over 10,000 still sends us higher. We added 350 shares of GBTC @ $10.02 to our position of 400 @ $8.06, bringing our average price to $8.97. GBTC closed $12.52 +.27 today.

Tomorrow is another day.

Bitcoin mining: popular software for managing the processes

The Bitcoin exchange rate faced a significant drop not a long time ago, so a lot of miners think that mining this coin is not as profitable as before. However, Bitcoin is stabilizing, so now is the time to start mining it again. And, definitely, it is better to do this with reliable and efficient software.

There are a lot of operating systems for managing Bitcoin mining, so making a final choice can be a rather complicated task. This guide is here to help you — it describes features, advantages and disadvantages of the most popular software.

Hive OS: an all-in-one solution

Hive OS is a highly secure and stable mining platform based on the Linux distribution of Ubuntu. Besides, you will have no difficulties with its installation, setup and use. However, if you have any questions, you can always get in touch with the support team. The support is provided 24/7, so you will get help very quickly. There is also an extensive knowledge base that you can use.

Hive OS significantly simplifies even large farms’ management. A lot of things can be automated. For instance, automatic control of the fans, execution of commands according to the schedule, etc. Apart from this, switching between pools, wallets or coins takes only a second. The list of miners is updated regularly, just like the list of features — the Hive OS team is constantly working on the system considering the needs of the community. With Hive OS it is also possible to control the workers remotely.

Hive OS allows mining Bitcoin on ASICs and GPU rigs, offers its own pool and custom firmware for ASICs. It is an all-in-one solution that you can use in order to make the management process simpler and increase your profits.

СGMiner: suitable for experienced owners of AMD cards

CGMiner is an open-source miner focused specifically on mining Bitcoin (although some other coins can also be mined here). It supports GPU, ASIC and CPU mining, and is available for the following platforms: Windows, Linux and OS X. While using all the traditional features (for instance, overclocking) you won’t have to pay a dev fee.

However, this miner is not that suitable for inexperienced users — you at least need to have some knowledge of GitHub. Another thing to keep in mind is that CGMiner doesn’t work well with Nvidia cards.

Cudo Miner: a nice option for beginners

Cudo Miner is a simple to use crypto mining platform. Remote management, monitoring and overclocking — these and other standard features are available. Cudo Miner also offers automated mining and auto coin switching. Besides, if necessary, you can create custom templates in order to increase performance of your devices.

On the other side, Cudo Miner doesn’t support ASICs. One more unpleasant thing is that the fees are based on the amount of cryptocurrency mined in the last 30 days, and they are pretty high. For example, for less than 0.005 BTC, the fee is 6.5%.

SimpleMining: the choice of GPU owners

SimpleMining is a mining OS platform supporting all modern Nvidia and AMD GPUs. Using it, you can take bulk actions on multiple devices. Standard features like overclocking and undervolting are available as well. Besides, there are a lot of miner programmes to choose from, but you can still add a custom miner if necessary. But please keep in mind that it is impossible to mix AMD and Nvidia in one rig.

Hashr8: for users who know everything about mining

Hashr8 is an operating system suitable both for ASICs and GPU rigs. The system also supports many pools and miners. You can monitor devices not only in the web interface, but also via the mobile application. Support is provided around the clock. Besides, Hashr8 can be used for free — this option is available to miners using up to 3 devices inclusive. At the same time, there are no other restrictions — free users can use all the functions of the system.

However, despite the above-mentioned benefits, Hashr8 also has some disadvantages. Firstly, you can contact the support team only using the form on the website or by email, so there is no chance for getting help instantly. The website also has no FAQ, so if you run into a problem, you are likely to have to solve it yourself. Secondly, Hashr8 is a rather unstable system, which can affect your income.

Awesome Miner: suitable for centralized mining management

Awesome Miner allows managing and monitoring the mining operations, and supports ASICs and GPU rigs (CPU mining is possible too). Using it, you can perform operations both on individual miners and the groups, and build templates for easier configuration. Note that Awesome Miner can be used for free, but on certain conditions: you can have up to 2 miners, while the list of available features is rather limited.

Awesome Miner runs only on Windows, but you can still connect it to mining software running on Linux. Apart from this, it can be difficult for a new user to understand how this solution works, as its interface is not that convenient and intuitive.

What Software to Choose?

Obviously, the final decision completely depends on your needs, but we recommend choosing a universal system that supports GPU rigs and ASICs. By doing this, you will have freedom of action. A similar recommendation can be applied to GPU rigs — if you prefer them, choose a system that works both with Nvidia and AMD cards.

Make your choice wisely, and have profitable Bitcoin mining!

Cash App is a transfer service developed by Square Inc. for sending and receiving money from users. This service can help you send to your roommate's utility payments, pay friends back for coffee, split the cost of a trip, or any other money-sending task you want to perform with other users of the Cash App. The Cash App also works similarly to a bank account, giving users a debit card — called a "Cash Card" — that allows them to make purchases using the funds in their Cash App. The app also lets users invest their money in stocks, buying, and selling bitcoin.

Cash App now offers routing and account numbers so that customers can deposit their stimulus check directly into their account balance for the Cash Application. Those who failed to file last year's taxes can enter this account information on the IRS website.

You must activate your free Cash Card through Cash App to see your account and routing numbers. The physical card should arrive within 10 business days, but customers can start using their Cash Card as soon as it is ordered by adding it to Google or Apple Pay, or using the card details found in the App's Cash Card tab. Keep in mind that the FDIC does not insure the funds held by Cash App so they are not protected in the event the company fails.

How to send money to someone on Cash App?

Start by downloading your smartphone to Cash App. The app will guide you through registration, where you will create a user account and link at least one bank account to it. You can use that bank account to send money to other users of the Cash App, as well as transfer money from your Cash App account to your bank account. This is similar to services like Venmo and PayPal, which also allows you to link a bank account to send money; until you are ready to withdraw it.

Payment send:

  • Open the Mobile Cash App.
  • Type in the amount you wish to send.
  • Tap the "Pay," button.
  • Enter the email address, phone number, or "$Cashtag" (the username for another person in the app).
  • Enter what payment you are sending for.
  • Tap the "Pay," button.
  • Tap the "Activity" button to view details of received payment. You will also see the money deposited in the "My Cash" button on your Cash App account, which keeps your deposited funds running to a total.

Things to consider in relation to Cash App

Using a credit card comes with a fee. Cash App charges 3 percent of the transaction through a linked credit card to send money. Compared to other money transfer apps, this is a fairly standard fee; for example, Venmo also charges 3 percent for sending money with a linked credit card. Use your linked bank account or the funds in your Cash App account to send money to avoid this fee altogether.

  1. The Cash Card has spending limits. The maximum amount that can be spent on your Cash Card is $1,000 daily and weekly. The maximum expenditure per month is $1.250.
  2. The cash-card has withdrawal limits. The maximum amount that can be withdrawn from a cash-back transaction at an ATM or store register is $250 per transaction, $250 a day, $1,000 a week, and $1,250 a month.
  3. Your funds are not insured through FDIC. The functionality of Cash App might walk and talk a little bit like a bank, but there is a clear distinction between the app and a bona fide, bank-chartered financial institution. Despite the fact that the Cash Card is issued by FDIC-insured Sutton Bank, the funds of customers in Cash App are never transferred or held with Sutton Bank and thus do not receive insurance from FDIC.
