Members of Digitra have access to a wide variety of services that they can pay for with DGTA tokens. Tokens are not considered to be securities because the DGTA, and not the SEC, is responsible for their distribution. Digitra requires DGTA tokens. The DGTA cryptocurrency cannot be used for governance or voting on Digitra's platform. In the event that certain unanticipated situations materialize, the DGTA project and the token characteristics described in this whitepaper may either be modified or scrapped entirely. Digitra cannot sell US DGTA tokens. Tokens of the DGTA cannot be purchased by anybody residing in the United States. Workers who are based in the United States are listed. Law enforcement agencies all across the world have varying approaches to DGTA tokens and the services they provide.
