I want to start off by saying english isn't my first language. Apologies for any mistakes.
I've been thinking and following the news around Bitcoin, Blackrock ETF and I would like to share observations with you guys.
This is not to make you buy more (or sell) your BTC if you have any.
Firstly, a lot of influencers and a lot of "high up the ladder" people have been claiming lots if things like BTC will reach 250k or BTC will go to 0. Or you have probably seen something like "BTC spot ETF is a sell the news Event" and "Jim cramer capitulates on BTC" and all these big titles. I just want to say if you are new to this space or even if you're an "OG" don't listen to any of that speculative bullsh*t. We don't know if BTC will go up or if BTC will go down the only thing that affects the price is : More people are willing to buy than to sell (basically supply and demand). Yes supply is limited to 21.05 Million BTC but demand we just can't know for sure.
What we DO know is this is the legacy of the creator (Mr. Satoshi) and the white paper that has been published, the hours of coding of the whole github team, the lots of posts on this thread that objectively state the pros (and cons) of bitcoin. Personally I love the code, the innovation and the uses cases.
Furthermore, it has been around for a long time (relatively speaking) and it has endured things way more complicated and "rough" than what is happening right now. If Bitcoin is truly innovative and provides value like it already does to me, it will go up in value. (Hype is just noise)
Lastly, the halving is right around the corner and this is just the beginning for our little baby, (technically its 15 years old) BTC is not in his prime yet. I also want to share that blackrock bought a lot of houses after the housing crisis in 2008 and is generating A LOT income to its shareholders with that move. They grasped houses for dirt cheap. This is just speculation but they may have the power/ressources and the motivation to scare our community into selling for pennies on the dollar : Just trust in what you know personally or read a lot and make your own idea around the cryptocurrency.
