Are we doing enough in Venezuela?

I saw the vicious attacks Bitcoin Maxis threw at Dash based on Peter McCormk visit to Venezuela, and they were not unexpected, BTC cultists have always discredited anything Dash teams have done, and since much of our achievements of being real Digital Cash is based on what teams in Venezuela achieved, it makes sense for them to discredit Dash by discrediting adoption in Venezuela.

But on the other hand, we have failed to support and give feedback to the teams operating there, because since the Eugenia&DashMerchant era, we have not given steady funding to teams operating there.

Last month there were 4 small Venezuelan teams asking for a total of 243 Dash in total for all of them:

-Dash mall (45 Dash)

- DashHelp (51 Dash)

- Dash impulse (71 Dash); and

- Dash Text (76 Dash),

We only funded Dash Mall and Dash Text, meaning we provided 121 Dash to (one of) our most important regions for growth, leaving DashHelp for the second month without funds and letting DashImpulse dry of funds for the third consecutive month (These guys chose to stay with Dash and not follow George into BCH)

To provide a reference, we funded higher amounts to similar proposals in less DAsh intensive parts of the world: We funded Dash Thailand with 264 Dash and funded DACH Embassy with 381 Dash in the same period. (I have nothing against these teams, I think they do good work, but we must compare)

So while our haters lie and say that we abandoned Venezuela and are not interested in LatAm in order to hurt our growth, it is key for the DAO to provide feedback to the Venezuelan teams if we want to grow and keep leading the region. This is very important if we want to keep them active, and operating for Dash.

Shall we ask them to consolidate into one team? Shall we ask them to pivot from their current activities? How can we as a DAO guide them to do activities that we believe are more meaningful and will provide a higher value to Dash? How can we help them help us?

How to liquidate everything and get out?

I have a Binance account with a couple thousand dollars worth of BCH and BNB that I purchased. I also have 500 JEX and 2 BCHSV, that I think I received via airdrop, which seems almost worthless and on top of that it doesn't seem like there is any way to sell or trade them.

I would like to convert everything to bitcoin so I can send it over to Coinbase, convert to USD and send it to my bank. I don't know how to get rid of the JEX and BCHSV.

It's not that I don't believe in crypto anymore. I just don't have enough of it to make it worth the headaches of keeping track of it and I'm trying to simplify my life. I would like to do a full and final liquidation of everything so I don't have to worry about airdrops and any other crypto related taxable events going forward. I'll pay my last crypto related tax in 2020 and then be done with it. Please help.
