Riot Platforms Bitcoin "Miner" had a "Public" Town Hall Today in Navarro County
We were NOT allowed to take photos or live stream the event, and we were only allowed one question at the Q&A session.
Pretty sure there was a woman hired specifically to "handle" me. I kept asking her who she was with & she was really dodgey. All I could get our of her was she was "a guest of the venue."

This mf used the word "grassroots" to describe Riot ( the 1st or 2nd largest cryptomining company in the world) & insinuated our actual grassroots organization (Texas Coalition Against Cryptomining) is astroturfed. 😒
Our group is SPECIFICALLY non-partisan. We DO NOT DIVIDE OURSELVES WITH POLITICS, but at the "public" town hall, they made a point to say that Trump is pro-crypto & that our anti crypto advocacy is a "leftist agenda" driven by Elizabeth Warren & Joe Biden.
Pierre also made the usual gold-bug/ bitcon maxi talking points about the scarcity of bitcon. When he said that bitcon is transparent software and the FED is like secret, proprietary software, I laughed out loud.
