WHAT IS anetaBTC?
anetaBTC is a fully on-chain, decentralized protocol that allows Bitcoin to be directly wrapped on the Ergo and Cardano blockchains. anetaBTC enables Bitcoin holders to unlock the value of their assets in a secure and efficient environment to provide yield, without selling any Bitcoin and without any third-party custodian involvement, as in the case of wBTC which is on the Ethereum blockchain and is the largest wrapped Bitcoin protocol today with over $14 billion of locked Bitcoin value.
WHY USE A WRAPPED TOKEN?
- Wrapped crypto tokens allow the use of crypto assets on non-native blockchains. This interoperability means that a cryptocurrency such as bitcoin can interact with the ecosystem of decentralized software on this new network, interact with Smart contracts, or even act as collateral against types of credit in a DeFi lending protocol or similar projects.
- Wrapped tokens allow for use in a given blockchain without native tokens
- Wrapped tokens can be traded on many DEXs that may not otherwise be possible
- Wrapping crypto on other chains can connect otherwise isolated liquidity
- Wrapped tokens can be used on a blockchain with faster confirmation times
- Depending on the chain, it can be cheaper to move a wrapped cryptocurrency

NETA is the Governance token of anetaBTC. Token holders have voting power and earn profit shares proportional to the amount of NETA they hold.
Total supply: 2 billion tokens.

Discord Users:
A total of 12,500,000 NETA can potentially be distributed to community members that join our Discord.
The 12,500,000 NETA will be distributed in 5 tiers:
- The first 500 community members to join our Discord will split 500,000 NETA…or 1,000 NETA to each member.
- The first 750 community members to join our Discord will split 1,000,000 NETA…or 1,333 NETA to each member.
- The first 1,000 community members to join our Discord will split 2,000,000 NETA…or 2,000 NETA to each member.
- The first 1,250 community members to join our Discord will split 3,000,000 NETA…or 2,400 NETA to each member.
- The first 1,500 community members to join our Discord will split 6,000,000 NETA…or 4,000 NETA to each member.
This means the original 500 community members are on pace to earn 10,733 NETA, while the people who join us in the last tier before 1,500 members will earn 4,000 NETA.
Telegram Users:

CAN I JOIN BOTH DISCORD AND TELEGRAM TO RECEIVE MORE TOKENS?
Of course you can!! This means community members who join both channels before 500 members can receive up to 21,466 NETA, while community members that join the last tier on both Discord and Telegram will receive 8,000 NETA.
IS THERE AN AIRDROP RELATED TO PROJECT CATALYST?
A total of 10,000,000 NETA will be distributed between the two Project Catalyst events. The first event has concluded and will account for 10% of the two Project Catalyst events.
This means the ~200 people that supported us on Project Catalyst last week will each be airdropped around 5,000 NETA. The final number of participants is being finalized and will be released in the near future.
The second Project Catalyst airdrop event will occur during the voting stage, which begins January 13th, 2022. This means 9,000,000 NETA will be distributed to the community from this participation event. Information on the eligibility parameters for this event will be announced in a later update.

Yes, you can create an ERGO wallet on YOROI or full node from official site. AM I RIGHT IN SAYING THAT anetaBTC
WILL OPEN POSSIBILITIES FOR US TO EARN YIELD ON OUR BTC BUT VIA THE CARDANO AND ERGO ECOSYSTEMS?
Yes! We want to empower people with BTC to take part of all the features that CARDANO and ERGO blockchains have to offer. Also, this opens a whole concept applicable to other assets like ETH for example.
