I tried to purchase a concert ticket from this guy on twitter like 2 hours before the show. I did make a payment using G&S. He never sends them even 30 minutes before the event begins so I tell him that I’m contacting PayPal, he blocks me on twitter. I open a dispute with chat record attached. He responds “PayPal has bitcoin on hold” and PayPal requests additional info twice and even after I submitted those I lost? I opened a dispute with my credit card for now. What did I do wrong/what can I do now? Please help me out if you can thank you!
