Lower the shareholder threshold to call a special meeting from 20% down to 10%.
eBay board fought to stop it but lost, and were legally forced to put it on the ballot as Proposal 4.
eBay set the official voter Record Date for April 20, 2026 (4/20).
That's right. To vote on Proposal 4, you had to own shares by 4/20.
On May 3, Ryan Cohen dropped the $125/share bomb to buy eBay.
