Hi, I need help I want to decide if this would be a good film to make or not and why.
I would like real opinions it isn't finished yet

Also I know there is big time numbs and the story's isn't completed yet This is very early on the Script.

Notes:
Mark is a retired bank robber and an active serial killer. It is part of his past, and though not mentioned previously,
Mark is also an ex-police officer.
Luke and Stella join as serial
killers later on (this has not been written yet).

Story Timeline
2011 — The Story Begins
Mark and Jenny Collins appear to be an ordinary young married couple, but Mark has secretly been living as a serial killer and former bank robber. When Jenny discovers his hidden collection of evidence, instead of turning him in, she reveals that she wants to become his partner.
Their secret partnership begins. Around the same time, Mark invests some of their money in Bitcoin, hoping it could become valuable in the future.
Mark and Jenny later win a $25 million lottery jackpot, leaving them with about $15 million after taxes. They use part of the money to buy a commercial property and launch Capri Fit, an athletic-wear business specializing in capri leggings and custom clothing. Behind their respectable business and family image, they continue hiding their criminal lives.

2012 — the twins Luke and Stella Are Born
Jenny gives birth to twins, Luke and Stella Collins. Mark and Jenny move into a large private home and build what appears from the outside to be a successful family life.

2016 — The Warehouse
Using money from Capri Fit, their lottery fortune, and profits from Mark’s earlier Bitcoin investment, Mark and Jenny expand again. They build a large warehouse and transform it into a private party and events venue, creating another legitimate business alongside Capri Fit.

Capri Fit and the warehouse become successful businesses while Luke and Stella grow up surrounded by their parents’ hidden double life. As teenagers and eventually adults, the twins become involved in the family’s criminal world.
Mark and Jenny’s secrets finally unravel when law enforcement raids their estate. They are killed during the confrontation, leaving the now-adult Luke and Stella on the run.

2033 — The Story Ends
Authorities track the twins to an apartment. With news reports identifying them as wanted fugitives, FBI agents storm the building and arrest them, finally bringing the Collins family’s story to an end.Run Time: 2 hours
