@SteadyStateDeFi is integrating Chainlink Keepers to enable an automated & decentralized insurance claims process. Keepers use off-chain computation to monitor insurance smart contracts & automatically trigger payouts when a claim condition is detected.

NFT network @zUzProtocol is using Chainlink Keepers to trigger on-chain calculations around the ETH price of their NFTs, which are then referenced against the Chainlink ETH/USD Price Feed to estimate monthly USD staking rewards for users.

@cache_gold is using Chainlink Keepers to ensure its tokenized gold product is synced with off-chain reserves. Chainlink Keepers monitor an API reporting current physical reserves and relay updates on-chain when changes exceed a predefined threshold.

  • Ari Juels: Keynote on Chainlink Fair Sequencing Services (FSS)
    • During his SmartCon keynote, Chainlink Labs' Chief Scientist Ari Juels explored the detrimental forms of Miner-Extractable Value (MEV) and how they create unfair dynamics within the blockchain ecosystem, in which miners can front-run user transactions and sell streamlined throughput services to the highest bidder. Juels then provided an overview of Chainlink Fair Sequencing Services (FSS), a decentralized transaction-ordering solution that uses Decentralized Oracle Networks (DONs) to order transactions fairly and mitigate the detrimental forms of MEV.
