Is there something that explains all the major cryptos and the differences between them?

I want a guide, a video, or anything which explains the main cryptos, giving insights into their goals and basic concepts about their tech, and draws a comparison between them.

Is there such a thing? Or do I have to get rid of my laziness, search them one by one and draw a comparison by myself?

Edit: I already know some things about cryptos, especially about Bitcoin (obviously) and Bitcoin Cash. But I want to make sure that I have a good general idea before investing much in it. I want a good crypto to invest in both for making some money and because that could become the next world decentralised currency.
