(Co-founder of UENC Jason Shen)

Jason Shen, co-founder of UENC, made a speech titled Future Mission of Pioneers of Blockchains. In his speech, he started off by extending congratulations to the completion of targets in first phase of UENC, and expressing his thankfulness to individuals who made contributions to this system. It is Jason Shen’s believe that blockchains will be the trend of modern society, where each individual would need mechanisms of social productivity with features of openness, equality, and transparency. The coming three to five years would be the prime time for the development of blockchains.

He mentioned that UENC has been working on inter-chain, whose mission is to make accessible the use of digital capital to each household in most economical, convenient, dependable, and efficient way. Traditional enterprises or internet corporates will find useful links on the supplying chains of UENC, which enables an open, equal and transparent environment. To empower valuable blockchains is what UENC teams and its technology aspires. The efforts UENC has been making over a year has made it possible a global leader in technology. The footing work of public blockchain and the advent of Simplified Payment Verification have marked the readiness of the application of this product.

what the technological features and edge UENC has were shared among attendees. He mentioned that the distributed storage system of UENC consists of fusion drive and interleaving, which has higher speed of data access and storage.

At the same time, UENC has also developed an innovative DPOW algorithm, which can achieve a transaction speed of more than 100000 TPS under laboratory conditions. In terms of the underlying design, UENC also allows for the ecological and community users to a greater extent, and pays attention to the incentive mechanism of user participation and contribution. He also shared UENC 's three phase mission objectives in terms of technology. At present, UENC has completed the task objectives of the first stage: to develop and complete the hierarchical fusion framework, to build a basic public chain system based on DPOW consensus algorithm, and to build a global blockchain node network.

“UENC is an extensible basic public chain system with cross-chain research as its technical direction. We design its basic framework based on the concept of equal, open and extensible technology development. We believe that any network structure, consensus algorithm and reward mechanism with advantages can enter the main UENC network through a consistent interface. In the future, UENC main network will be a basic blockchain suite of open, integrated, customizable and extensible features. ”He said.

As the chief technical consultant of UENC, Jiang Zhiyu (Ph.D.) from the United States also conducted remote interaction with the site. In the speech "prospects of blockchain technology field", he first introduced the latest concepts from Silicon Valley, as well as the integration and interaction value of blockchain with cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, Internet of things and other sectors. At the same time, he thinks that in the blockchain, different chains cause the inability of protocols to communicate with each other and the failure of data sharing, which brings about the problem of "data island". UENC is committed to solving this problem. Through the interaction with Silicon Valley, it can make the energy chain become the value chain for interconnection among various chains.

David, a well-known director in Hong Kong and an early investor of BTC, said that blockchain is another great technological revolution after the industrial revolution. At the same time, he also vividly illustrated the value and application scenarios of UENC in the investment field through the examples of film and television investment and "buying cakes". He believed that all consumption can be transformed into a sharing economy through blockchain.

Fan Tianjiang, founder of Yige capital and 365ex, introduced the development process and historical significance of blockchain from the birth of bitcoin. He analyzed in detail the inevitable causes and future impact of blockchain mentioned by President Xi Jinping on October 24th, during the study with the collective members of the Central Standing Committee. He believed that this would undoubtedly promote the better and faster development of blockchain.

Huang efeng, executive director of UENC, said that the Internet has brought us the rapid development of information. However, driven by commercial interests, data privacy and security risks are constantly emerging. With the characteristics of decentralization, multi-party consensus, difficulty to tamper with, anonymity, traceability, fairness and sharing, blockchain can provide a reliable and stable solution to a considerable extent. Solutions to meet people's needs for information security are also important. The continuous update and development of blockchain technology will continue to reduce the cost of trust and create more efficient and credible social activities between people. UENC will follow this development mission and create a vision of interconnectivity of trusted data. With the advancement of technology development, UENC will be widely used in various fields, adhering to the highly decentralized thinking, to create data storage solutions of higher efficiency, security and scalability. Through strong scalability and cross chain technology, we will be able to build a strong ecological network system. In the future, UENC will continue to make efforts in building a global network of high value from three aspects: decentralized exchange, ecological development and digital asset application.

Kevin, chief operation consultant of UENC, introduced "the core and planning of UENC operation development" in detail. He said that the release of UENC SPV marked the completion of the first stage goal. The project has reached the forefront of blockchain 3.0. based on the decentralization, real-time transaction, user asset security and privacy protection technologies of UENC.  The next two or three stages, he said UENC will focus on bitcoin cross-chain until bitcoin network integration is completed, to realize the mortality miracle of bitcoin.

In the next stage of operation planning, UENC eco product promotion meetings will be held in conjunction with city nodes clubs. Product promotion conferences revolving initially around education will start from from Fuzhou to the whole country and the world. UENC SPV product launches will be held in more than 20 cities in succession. More blockchain enthusiasts will be encouraged to join UENC ecology with continuous transformative promotion.

Guo Jie, chief operating officer of UENC China, has shared from the perspectives of his own experience and the witnesses and participants of the growth of UENC, the importance of learning and thinking as an individual when facing opportunities in the era of information, and the significance of providing education and service from communities. Also, for the sustainable development of UENC, Guo Jie announced three development plans for eco communities: providing service to community members, excellent lecturers’ improvement, and extending overseas service at abroad with South Korea as the first stop. Strategy such as starting from rural areas will be adopted to create a learning community of large population, extensive land coverage, strong inter-dependence and high cognitive ability.

 (Roundtable forum)

In the round table, Jason Shen, David, Fan Tianjiang, Kevin, Zhang Jun, Huang efeng, Guo Jie, Zi mu, etc. took the stage together and expressed their views on the policy supervision, opportunities and challenges of the blockchain. This round table was chaired by Shen Dan, founder of Jiandan finance and economics. The views of the guests at the round table were brilliant and won applause from the audience.

During the round table meeting, Huang efeng, executive director of UENC, mentioned her views on blockchain highlighted in the 18th collective learning of the Political Bureau of Central Committee. She said that there are three points that are very important, first, technology ( it was stressed that technical innovation and independent development of blockchain should be prioritized, and UENC will continue to develop its technology to a full extent); secondly, the cultivation of talents; the third is the supervision (the responsibilities of practitioners should be clear in line with the direction of national policy). And how to judge the advantages and disadvantages of blockchain projects from the perspective of media? According to Zimu, founder of Hongchain Finance, we can refer to some indicators, for instance, technology edge, the ability to solve the pain points of individuals, and the competence to construct and operate communities.

 (Product launch ceremony of UENC)

The meeting ended in a warm atmosphere of exchange. The end of the product launch announced the overall success of the first phase of UENC. It is believed that in the future, UENC will continue to bring out its best to develop blockchains to a deeper degree and to explore harder in this industry. The building of consensus and expansion of territory will enable it to become the leader of blockchain 3.0.

Item #: SCP-4956

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: All literature regarding SCP-4956 is to be reported to O5 Command; Foundation media personnel must report all instances of SCP-4956 literature, with subject's name redacted, to psychological evaluation specialist Dr. Jill Kim for evaluation.

Description: SCP-4956 consists of handwritten handwritten notes and messages (SCP-4956-1) at the bottom of printed pages (SCP-4956-2) at various times from a wide variety of authors. SCP-4956-1 has varied from book to book, but the general themes are social commentary of various societal ills and the denigration of various individuals. Subjects with knowledge of the nature of SCP-4956 have asserted it is a kind of anti-advice book, not unlike the anti-advice books of 1974-1976.

SCP-4956-2 has an additional and unknown aspect to it, and can be activated and deactivated as many times as the subject wishes. See Addendum 4956-A for more information.

One of the main concepts outlined in SCP-4956-2 is the idea of responsibility. In theory, these notes can be brought up by any member of a specific class; however, as of ██/██/████, this has proven impossible due to the fact that the different classes of affected individuals do not have a consistent ability to find each other and therefore, cannot interact with each other. Testing of SCP-4956-2 is currently halted pending a new test to be performed.

All educated comments made in SCP-4956 are akin to social commentary as opposed to instruction or advice, as they are often aimed towards avoiding negative situations. They are often intended to talk about an instance of the social problem being discussed, or the events surrounding that social problem. The examples are taken from actual writings about their subject.

Dr. Kim has been instructed to attend social clubs and events at the discretion of the O5 Command staff. Please see Addendum 4956-B for details.

Addendum 4956-A: Instances of SCP-4956-1.

  • Reclassified Addendum 4956-A - Reclassified Addendum 4956-A Instances of SCP-4956-1 are instances of books or articles that claim to be the "Sensational Guide to Being Successful at Everything," by Michael Hill. With the exception of a very thin overlay of Michael Hill's likeness, the notes and pages contain no visible author, page number, or language. The lines between panels are blank, even appearing to be a full page of writing.

Close [Show notes] Test #: 4956-A1 Subject: D-10188, D-Class Personnel with no special clearance. Method of Delivery: According to Dr. Kim, SCP-4956-1 was delivered to D-10188 in a plain book from her desk and was opened without evident means of delivering it to its intended recipient. Results: Initial observation of SCP-4956-1 exhibits no anomalies beyond the appearance of Michael Hill's drawings. However, when the tape is removed from the end of the book, Michael Hill's drawn face appears with what appears to be the "question mark" opening of the book. Results: Most of the attention of the subjects as of test number 4956-A2 was focused on the noted-title on the book. When asked, each subject claimed the book was no different from the regular version of the book.

Close [Show notes] Test #: 4956-A2 Subject: D-31180, volunteer in the Foundation Spatial Perception Clinic. Method of Delivery: According to Dr. Kim, SCP-4956-1 was delivered to D-31180 in an unmarked box by telephone on ██/██/████, with no markings on the outside of the box. Upon arrival at the Spatial Perception Clinic, D-31180's presentation card showed a picture of Michael Hill and the card identified him as a "Dr. Michael H. Hill." Results: Effects of SCP-4956-1 from its first delivery indicated that D-31180's eyes immediately closed and he appeared to be struck with a strange and negative emotion, as he swore non-stop and spoke in a monotone voice, as if he were an inmate of the Spatial Perception Clinic. Results: Containment procedures expanded and all attempts to find SCP-4956-1 fulfilled. The Foundation's Spatial Perception Clinic and its visits were immediately sealed off. No further transmissions relating to SCP-4956-1 was made until the accident of ██/██/████, after which it was discovered that D-31180 had come from a home in East Texas. D-31180 was administered amnestics and has not exhibited any anomalous properties since.

Addendum 4956-B: Several new effects that

Special Containment Procedures: Following the containment of the preceding Incident, Incident 2623-08-█, we have seen the growth of new SCP-4956 instances since then. The copy of the reported layout of Site-33 has been set aside for long-term storage. The following measures have been taken to ensure that none of the subsequent dormant instances will be seen or encountered at Site-33:

SCP-4956 instances created inside of Level 3 containment areas (see Incident Notes and Incident Report: Event-4956-03) will be observed and appropriately contained in Site-33. Occasionally, an affected containment level may be uncharacteristically open, allowing the SCP-4956 instance into its containment space. Only Level 4 personnel may enter these containment areas.

Nearby Foundation personnel who are chosen for the task of providing cleaning and other cleanup services within Level 4 containment areas have been trained to ensure that any anomalous effects they experience are contained within those areas.

Level 3 personnel assigned to Site-33's Pillars of Safety have been taught to use steam-cleaning devices in order to remove the persistent SCP-4956 instances. Any anomalous heat emitted by the hot plumes caused by steam, reported at least once per year, must be logged and inspected. Following the reported wave of heat during Incident 2623-08-█, full containment of the ensuing plumes has been enacted.

The Foundation's knowledge of SCP-4956 has been expanded to cover areas of service and mechanical maintenance such as chemical and other mechanized trades. The Foundation is committed to keeping SCP-4956-J isolated within areas where it is not technically possible for it to have been removed from.

Item #: SCP-4956

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: Thaumaturgic scans are to be used as a primary method of containment of instances of SCP-4956-A and SCP-4956-B.

Any attempts to interact with the object or conduct research on it through "non-disclosure" agreements are to be promptly suppressed.

When a humanoid begins to manifest a separate face corresponding to its last recorded appearance on Earth, an appropriate psychological assessment must be performed in order to determine if the SCP-4956 instance has been psychologically and psychically exploited. Confessionals and confessions are only to be conducted after full psychological testing has been performed to determine if no vulnerability is present.

Description: SCP-4956 is a superstitious symbol commonly used in modern culture as a symbol of negative superstition. The word "stigmatism" is taken from the Latin word "stigmato," meaning "tag", a protection device or sign or warning sign. In folklore, superstition is defined as "fear of events and things not familiar to a healthy mind."

The iconographic appearance of SCP-4956 is that of a five-pointed star which is made of colored glass or acrylic. The "inner, visual shape" of SCP-4956 is a combination of an oval and a circle. The inner shape is circular when seen through an optical slit, but otherwise forms a disc shape to anyone observing SCP-4956 through their own optics.

SCP-4956 appears to appear and disappear at will. The frequency at which instances of SCP-4956 appear and disappear is expected to vary with the circadian patterns of the specific individual. The way SCP-4956 appears can appear either somewhat normal or as out of nowhere. During non-natural appearances, as in testing, an SCP-4956 instance will emerge from an opening typically through the mouth or nose of a creature. Humans observing these non-natural appearances will disappear with the SCP-4956 instance.

An instance of SCP-4956 will display several fears based on its memory of its last appearance on Earth. While seemingly irrational to the observer, these fears are usually not in opposition to one another, as shown through their selection of target individuals or groups of individuals.

Presence of large, hulking humanoid monsters are considered a typical feature of the fear induced by SCP-4956. While there are no reported instances of SCP-4956 appearing in humanoid form, they are usually referred to as "(unfavourable human groupings)". However, the fear that SCP-4956 induces and the eventual motivation behind the (unfavourable) actions that it elicits is unpredictable.

It has been proposed that SCP-4956 may in fact be an evolutionary and malleable memetic hazard originating in consciousness from the Infante of Rome, Pius II. The potential physiological and mental effects of exposure to SCP-4956 are unknown, and the cause of the prolonged seizure, panglossia, and black out experienced by some individuals following the initial manifestation of SCP-4956 is unknown. An extant corpus of works containing writings by and about

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4956 is to be stored in a locked plastic safe at all times in the ████████ ███████ DROID (R8V).

Description: SCP-4956 is a HTC Desire XT Android smartphone. The back of the phone has four four plastic buttons, separated by small gaps. However, the latter two buttons do not function. The keyboard on the bottom has three sets of keys, separated by small black keys. The top button is blank.

To make matters worse, when the phone is in use, the buttons turn into blank rubberized rubber coverings, which cannot be removed, even when pressed using the tip of a fingernail. This damage goes unreported, because the rubberized buttons apparently have an extremely painful sting.

SCP-4956 will not work with third party ROMs or apps. If a user tries to insert a blank SD card containing an incompatible ROM, the machine will reboot and initiate a full system wipe.

When attempting to charge SCP-4956 with any connected charger, the battery will only discharge 600mA, which is sufficient to run the phone for up to 5 minutes.

SCP-4956 has been known to malfunction to the point of malfunctioning, such as not activating the microphone when call audio is being recorded or not snapping to black after an app ends. The host phone is to be checked for mydriode upon failure.

Description: SCP-4956 is compatible with all necessary wireless devices (i.e. SIM cards, chargers and cables), as well as a working Wifi router, but its current GPS functionality is incomplete. Until GPS performance is completed, SCP-4956 is to be equipped with an OBS Studio module. These modules will be used to navigate SCP-4956 and show the desired location.

Apparently, this location technology is functional and permits any spoken radio signal in the network to be relayed to an additional set of "neighbors" located on SCP-4956's home dimension (though these can't be observed using facial recognition software). However, the number of neighbors cannot be determined. The Foundation has requested assistance in collecting these "neighbors" and confirming their existence.

Addendum 4956-a: On ██/██/2015, after locating an unidentified object on SCP-4956's home dimension, the phone began showing the mysterious symbol. SCP-4956's memory had been found to have been completely wiped clean and thus, a write-only OS was used. Thus, the object remained in a stationary position on SCP-4956's home dimension. However, despite the lack of memory, the object was still able to draw, engrave, cut and imprint a blank card containing many pictures, some with handwritten graffiti. The object showed signs of being in possession of an individual. Four of these objects were ultimately tracked down and returned to the Foundation.

SCP-4956 has been known to be in non-operational condition for 7 years, though the walls of its home dimension seem to have become, to some degree, transparent.

Addendum 4956-b: On ██/██/2016, after making a call for approximately 1 minute using SCP-4956, the phone showed another mysterious symbol in the background. The entire interview was terminated after it became apparent that no translation software or human intervention would be possible.

Addendum 4956-c: This interview was sent to SCP-1739. Following completion, further testing took place in order to confirm whether the other objects found on SCP-4956's home dimension were actually brought over by the phone.

Special Containment Procedures: The containment chamber in which SCP-4956 resides should not be entered for human observation. Studies show the affected personnel to have severe memory loss resulting from memetic assault, and with many infrequent incidents of transient memetic infection resulting from the experimental use of the SCP-4956 contact lenses. These lenses are to be kept off at all times, or if exposed to bright light, should be avoided for a period of 24 hours.

Anyone viewed inside of the current containment chamber who does not wear the contact lenses of SCP-4956-A is to be medically investigated. Exposure to SCP-4956-A is permitted with permission. Attempts to alter the effect of SCP-4956-A are to be prevented.

Description: SCP-4956 is a personification of a discontinued implant device made by Creative Systems, Inc. that caused the wearer to experience a female voice, dubbed SCP-4956-A, throughout the day. Its effectiveness varied, with some individuals perceiving the voice as anything but feminine. Individuals suffering from mild memetic contamination by SCP-4956-A were able to maintain this effect for weeks after wearing SCP-4956-A for the sole purpose of communication.

Cases of memetic exposure to SCP-4956-A resulted in changes of both the speaker's emotions and personality. Those affected were able to change the way they perceived their behaviors to reflect the masculine gender. This alteration has allowed said individuals to experience mixed emotions and character traits and to act in ways inconsistent with their gender identity. Affected individuals were also capable of using the male pronouns such as "him", "himself", "Mr Smith", and "Ian". Though symptoms of male/female identity confusion tended to last the longer, all confirmed subjects of SCP-4956-A have expressed regret for having been rendered gender-fluid. One affected individual, born female, expressed such regret that they were willing to undergo surgery to transition to male as a means of fully severing their association with SCP-4956.

All subjects treated with SCP-4956-A for more than 5 hours within 5 minutes of exposure lost their ability to perceive the subject's voice as feminine. Affected subjects did not know why this was the case, although SCP-4956-A was completely their responsibility, and SCP-4956-A was able to interact with subjects. Instances of male-voiced individuals afflicted with SCP-4956-A displayed traits similar to a female, including emotional depth, precision, and a more passionate sense of humor. Affected subjects also expressed a greater tendency to be in pain, manifested in the form of extreme exhaustion, physical pain, or mental distress. Affected subjects were more than willing to do things to alleviate their pain. One affected subject, a divorced father, killed their daughter's best friend for medical insurance money, as well as for the brief enjoyment of the event. Following the event, affected subjects removed all traces of their wife's name from their phone and social media accounts.

There is currently no method for removing the effect of SCP-4956-A, and further efforts to begin implementing a cure for SCP-4956-A will not progress until it is proven to no longer be necessary.<|endoftext|>Commissioner Kuroda’s sentencing comes amid a government crackdown on mislabelling of food, and other consumer rights issues.

Special Containment Procedures: The region designated SCP-4956-A, located northwest of █████████ and southwest of [REDACTED], has been classified as Area-██. D-Class personnel are to be kept within Site-██'s perimeter at all times. Observation Apparatus 82-10 is to be launched from SCP-4956 every day at approximately 11:00 a.m. Observation Apparatus 82-10 will visually scan the surrounding area with a ██████-class camera. It will report the following data to Site-██'s front office upon completion of each mission: the location of any enemies, sites, or escape routes present within SCP-4956-A; confirmed presence of any unforeseen terrain into SCP-4956-A; the location and movement of any unidentified unidentified objects, and their provenance; and the number of times SCP-4956 has collapsed.

Interrogation of any persons on the front desk of SCP-4956 is prohibited until the affected region has collapsed. Any D-Class personnel that should attempt to escape Area-██ will be immediately intercepted and detained for further study.

Description: SCP-4956 is a large SCP-class anomaly located northwest of █████████ and southwest of [REDACTED], completely covering an area of approximately 20 km by 15 km. The geology of SCP-4956 bears a strong resemblance to volcanic activity in Portugal, with areas of subsidence measuring approximately 6 cm by 1.8 cm in a radius of 100 km. Tectonic plates of Earth's crust propagate through the region, and a great cluster of active volcanoes is located on the seafloor beneath the region.

SCP-4956-A is a territorial limit of SCP-4956 marked by the crust formation visible beneath SCP-4956. Tectonic plates in SCP-4956 travel in the direction of the Rukbegeima Island Group. Though the probable origin of SCP-4956's geology is on the seafloor, geological survey of the area suggests that the relative ages of the plates running parallel to each other are rather different. Since its formation, SCP-4956-A has consistently collapsed and reformed into the region it occupies.

The collapse of SCP-4956-A occurs in two stages, a first of which began on ██/██/13. Approximately 6,000 days have passed since these first collapses have occurred, and an area of approximately 30 km by 12 km has completely collapsed.

Figure - SCP-4956-1 [DATA EXPUNGED]. Visual confirmation is currently unavailable.

Figure - SCP-4956-2 [DATA EXPUNGED]. Visual confirmation is currently unavailable.

Figure - SCP-4956-3 [DATA EXPUNGED]. Visual confirmation is currently unavailable.

After the first collapse, the exposed exposed area has been subjected to a series of earthquakes at an average frequency of 13.75 m/s, with similar magnitude ranging from 1.5 to 3.75 on the Richter scale. The most recent collapses occurred on 7/24/2014, during which 7 small earthquakes affected the area. Instances of SCP-4956-A destabilization do not appear to have included any visible mass displacement, and the earthquakes that occurred in 18██, 1824, 2009, 1942, and 2016 have occurred at almost the same location relative to SCP-4956-A.

The collapse of SCP-4956 has almost always taken the form of a chain reaction, one of which is expected to trigger the second stage of SCP-4956's collapse. SCP-4956-1 has been seen to evolve into a larger region of subsidence, SCP-4956-2 will continue to collapse into a larger part of the region, and the remainder of SCP-4956-A will deform into a region of shallow subsidence.

Use of seismic and radiological assets is unnecessary, as no apparent seismic or visible mass displacement is present within SCP-4956-A. Numeric data analysis shows a slight discrepancy in the existence of SCP-4956-A relative to its proper size, which is likely the result of continuous Debris Following Sequence 0 (DDS-0) being significantly fatter than apparent SCP-4956-A. An accurate measurement of SCP-4956-A's true size would require an inspection on an annual basis.

If SCP-4956 were to collapse into its original environment, the fate of life as we know it is unknown. Fortunately, SCP-4956's destruction is not expected to occur for about ██ years.

Item #: SCP-4956

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4956 is to be stored in its living containment cell at Site ██. SCP-4956's conditions are to be monitored daily by testing, Class-A Amnestics, regular maintenance and analysis by pathologists. Full body stimuli are to be delivered twice a week. SCP-4956 is to be fed on a diet consisting of 3-4 quarts of red sugar and excessive amounts of pink food coloring. Follows are permitted once a week, and only on an experimental or security level. Field interview is to be carried out once a week, and only if subjects are being exploited or compromised in any way. The diets are prescribed for captive mice and a dairy ration is required to be bought from local shop for SCP-4956.

Mazing visitors are to be kept under observation until entry is granted, or until the day of their approved meeting.

Description: SCP-4956 is a chinchilla, born in 1957 and confirmed as SCP-4956-2 on 3-25-1937. SCP-4956-2 is a fat, large and misshapen white chinchilla that will often become agitated if subjected to stimuli, typically starting with chewing, licking and biting. Occasionally SCP-4956-2 will erupt and attack the handler, which will be life-threatening. Previous attempts at confining SCP-4956-2 have resulted in failure, for example, bringing SCP-4956-2 to bed, stuffing it in the bell jar and placing it under a new sole on the keeper's hand.

SCP-4956 is the progeny of SCP-4956-1 and SCP-4956-2 and is still nursed by SCP-4956-1. SCP-4956-1 has a permanent smile on his muzzle, while SCP-4956-2 does not smile. SCP-4956-1 showed no interest in SCP-4956-2 prior to inception and displays symptoms of hypothyroidism. SCP-4956-2 had never experienced affection before his mutation, and was never aggressive to humans, however SCP-4956-2 still exhibits a strange desire to be held or caressed by SCP-4956-1. Subjects who possess them routinely fall asleep.

Events considered to be dangerous or deadly are to be intercepted immediately and prevented immediately by local security personnel. Currently, █ days remain until SCP-4956 is considered to have reached full sapience.

See Addendum 4956-04

Description: SCP-4956's personality varies based on the source of its life experience. For instance, SCP-4956-1 is a dominant and aggressive male chinchilla which exhibits dominant male behavior and takes interest in female SCP-4956-2.

During most days, it does not react significantly to stimuli and often responds to threats of aggression with one or more spurts of sudden aggression. On 8-28-1907, SCP-4956 was observed to chase an elder juvenile chinchilla through the laboratory, while SCP-4956-1 strangled the other chinchilla within its grasp. Subjects attacked by SCP-4956-1 often report subject behaving aggressively and testing is suspended until SCP-4956-1 is released without incident.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4956 is to be contained in its living chamber at Site ██ under constant guard and at least three students of the International University of Chinchilla Nutrition and Nutritional Studies are to serve as impostors, believing that SCP-4956 is they. All testing of SCP-4956 is to be conducted in a bare fenced, glass cage. All attempts to fully understand SCP-4956's identity and genotype are to be paused immediately.

Researcher Burch on 5-26-19██ attempted to expose SCP-4956 to stimuli after several weeks of a regular diet, but it manifested on 9-16-19██ while it slept. At that time, two SCP-4956-1 were sent into the chamber to take SCP-4956 to bed. SCP-4956-1 died shortly after the doors were opened and later that day SCP-4956-1 began waking up every day in an attempt to attack the researchers. SCP-4956-1's irritation is sufficiently bad that D-████ sent in as a replacement was killed on the spot by SCP-4956-1. (See Addendum 4956-04)

Foreword: SCP-4956-1 will talk endlessly about SCP-4956-2 and SCP-4956-1.

Special Containment Procedures: All records pertaining to SCP-4956 are to be retained in a secure archive at Site-13. This includes photographs of SCP-4956 taken prior to Foundation containment. SCP-4956 is to be housed in a caged humanoid containment area with three (3) observation windows per side. During active periods of SCP-4956 activity, surveillance equipment is to be set to 320° head-on at 60MPH and kept in an isolated and well-lit area. Additionally, a highly advanced video camera is to be set up at the designated viewing window at all times. Protocol 017-Greenhook, Inc. for Unconscious Nude Containment (P.08) is to be administered to all personnel during active periods.

See Addendum 4956-C for a full list of SCP-4956-1 cases.

Description: SCP-4956 is a male humanoid animated form, currently estimated to be about 7 years old. SCP-4956 possesses an amalgamation of ███ substances stitched together into body parts, including various neural, organic, and exo-skeletal tissues, tissue with biological properties from █████, and ███████ brand sunglasses. SCP-4956 is able to move, shout, and communicate through vocalizations, both in English and Mandarin. SCP-4956 will disguise itself as the next person in line during visits to the ███████ sunglasses store. SCP-4956 will occasionally perform mundane behaviors, such as leafing through magazines and books; however, it will also display skills at stereotypic Japanese kabuki play material (anime and video games in particular). SCP-4956 appears to prefer anime and videogames, but will also attend other popular entertainment venues as well. It appears to have a constant aversion to black-and-white movies.

During active periods of SCP-4956's activity, it enters a state of comatose deep sleep as its body burns to giblets. This sleep cycle lasts for approximately 48 hours. Upon waking, SCP-4956 will proceed to change its appearance by stripping down to its skeleton, stuffing itself as full as possible into its noggin, and applying ███ materials to form numerous, ornate tattoos across its body.

SCP-4956's effects worsen as the number of SCP-4956-1 instances added increases. The process is as follows: an instance of SCP-4956-1 is selected from the museum gallery, and taken to the observation window. SCP-4956-1 will observe SCP-4956 for approximately 20 seconds before proceeding to change into itself and proceed to change itself into the next SCP-4956-1 instance. Each time SCP-4956-1 transforms, additional SCP-4956-1 instances are added to the scene. Multiple instances of SCP-4956-1 will be added to the scene at the same time, and this will continue until SCP-4956-1 appears to have been fully assimilated into the surrounding scene. SCP-4956 will revert to its previous form by destroying all of the existing SCP-4956-1 instances as well as the theater, the nearest hospital, or another suitable target.

Addendum 4956-A: Sound Logs Recorded by Site-13 Security

Following the event which caused the temporary cessation of field surveillance, Level 4 Foundation personnel are designated to listen in on and record any possible SCP-4956-1 cases. Records are to be gathered and documented for one month starting immediately after the accident, along with a record of each detection to date. As of yet, all relevant and reliable audio evidence has been recovered from other sources.

The currency had recovered to $1,180.07 earlier today, hours after Bitcoin broke through the $1,200 barrier for the first time.

The currency’s price surge in the last 24 hours has been staggering. Since yesterday’s closing level of $1,148.81, the currency has risen over 45 percent.

Speculation over bitcoin’s true worth has been rampant in recent weeks after a number of key events appear to indicate that the digital currency is in its final stages of development.

Increased interest in the currency among retail investors – which began a month ago – is usually the precursor to a price surge. The price has dropped by 15 percent since the start of the year, before surging again to the highs seen this week.

Other online money is also making a comeback. The number of merchant transactions involving bitcoin has risen from less than 100

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4956 is to be contained at Site-142 in an unknown standard cargo shipping container. Any and all attempted or successful attempts to exit the cargo container by personnel leaving the command center or personnel selected by this team will be regarded as a nuclear false alarm, and a team of Site-142 psychological support personnel are to be rendered inoperable. If accidental activation of SCP-4956 results in damage to Foundation property or personnel, Mobile Task Force Omega-14 ("Three-face") is to be dispatched to determine the cause.

In the event of containment breach by SCP-4956 itself, Emergency Containment Protocol Delta-Trex is to be enacted. Once SCP-4956 has been contained, researchers and Foundation personnel are to be allowed to leave the vicinity of Site-142 and consume up to 10,000 kg of special ground-temperature truffle crisps through the entrance to the cargo container. Personnel must consume within 30 minutes or lose all functionality.

Description: SCP-4956 is a sphere of dark red-purple ice approximately 1 meter in radius. The inside of the sphere is glassy gray with several black streaks through it. The interior space is completely dry and invisible to the naked eye. The walls of the container are made out of fluorescent blue glass with various markings and symbols similar to the CSS font. If a sample of truffle brittle amber is placed inside the container, the exterior will begin to show the sign of thermal expansion. When cold enough to protect the amber from external temperature changes, the sign will disappear. Any part of the container that has been removed will remain in the original condition until the container is reloaded with newly extracted material. SCP-4956 is an artificial lifeform as defined by SCP-████, and will actively attempt to reproduce.

SCP-4956 is capable of enlarging its interior space by a factor of 20 times if it is placed on hard surfaces such as concrete or wooden floors. The space occupied by SCP-4956 consists of a series of small tunnels of nearly a meter in length, etched with designs consistent with those found on packaging of ingredients and shipping containers. The tunnels display a technique of establishing a magnetic resonance signal for a short period of time. When activated, it will only activate in cases where it has been placed inside a hard surface.

SCP-4956 is incapable of being successfully removed from the container. Attempts to empty the container on a regular interval resulting in the same result have failed. Attempts by SCP-4956 to reproduce have only succeeded when its container has been successfully removed from the container and eaten before it was able to reproduce. To date, no humans have proven resistant to the effects of SCP-4956.

Addendum: On 26/12/14, communication with SCP-4956 ceased once it reached the internal temperature maximum. A packet of standard sweet truffle brittle amber cookies was loaded into the container and SCP-4956 was rendered inoperable. Containment procedures are to be similar to the previous containment protocols.<|endoftext|>Uruguay signed a record contract agreement yesterday with FIFA, the global soccer body, to become the first country to construct a stadium entirely of its own materials. The fan-friendly Craven Cottage, which will become Arsenal’s home ground next season, will contain no structural steel and will be totally built using Uruguayan materials and labor.

The world has become so obsessed with the economical impact of 3D printing that now it is commonplace for even the most economical looking sports stadiums to be built entirely out of concrete and metal. However, the use of local materials has always been a difficult step to take.

The Uruguayan government, however, decided to overcome the problem with a bold stroke. They paid for the construction of a 41,000-square-meter stadium entirely out of their own money and then hired only Uruguayan workers to build it. According to the FIFA deal, the government will pay for the first 3D printing of the stadium from their own funds up to the value of the master plans, followed by the 2nd stage through the end of the concession period. Upon completion of stage 2, which will be at the end of 2018-2019, they will have paid for it themselves. The building will cost about $18 million.

This initiative by the Uruguayan government has met with positive responses from the international soccer community, and FIFA, who is eager to see the Uruguayan government’s ability to respond to the challenges of a worldwide economy. The Craven Cottage stadium, which is expected to play host to Arsenal’s first Premier League match in the year 2017-2018, is also being watched closely by Chelsea, Liverpool, Tottenham, and Manchester United. Liverpool, however, is reportedly looking at getting a new stadium built in the distant future.

Following his guilty plea last November for selling natto under the brand “Natto Jap Diet,” an actor from a leading Japanese porn site has been handed a six-month prison sentence and fined 300,000 yen (about $2,050).

Matsuri Baba, 34, was convicted of violating food and drug laws for using the brand name “Natto Jap Diet” while producing pornographic videos for video site K-Cubes.

According to a report from The Yomiuri Shimbun, Baba’s defense counsel said that the actor will appeal his conviction.

Former diplomat Momo Nagiuchi, who was also convicted of violating food laws, faced a six-month suspended sentence and was fined 700,000 yen.

In July 2013, Kiryu Foods Inc. agreed to pay 3 million yen in fines for selling an advertising campaign for natto under the brand name “natto.”<|endoftext|>One Thousand Affirmations for Our Home

By most estimates, there are a thousand affirmations on every side of the wall of any great home. Many houses have 2 or 3 living rooms, or two or three bedrooms, or eight or nine bathrooms, or three kitchens. That’s a lot of territory to cover in the simplest, most economical way possible: one book

Item #: SCP-4956

Object Class: Euclid

Object Class: Euclid

7 Exciting Crypto and Blockchain Projects in 2019

https://preview.redd.it/xk00i2bgtqw31.jpg?width=4000&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8fa738c665502532c3826390092e86b34cca5940

While several major blockchain companies may continue making headlines and moving forward with their projects, there are a number of competitors working on new products that show significant promise and potential in today’s market. Keeping track of these new developments, however, can be difficult given the number of new companies and products emerging on a regular basis. To introduce you to some of the more innovative ideas that are emerging, here are 7 exciting cryptocurrency and blockchain projects that have made a splash in 2019.

1. Amazon’s Blockchain Products

Amazon Web Services recently released two of their own products to make it easier for companies to implement blockchain technology into their own business operations. Taking into account both the needs of centralization and decentralization when it comes to doing things such as tracking a supply chain or keeping track of orders, Amazon developed two different products: Amazon Quantum Ledger Database and Amazon Managed Blockchain. The Amazon Quantum Ledger Database allows businesses to build their own centralized blockchain to monitor internal processes and provide access to only those who need it. The Amazon Managed Blockchain, on the other hand, serves to provide a more distributed experience that can still be controlled and centralized. Overall, these products have the potential to make a massive impact on blockchain acceptance and implementation.

2. Lolli

Quality crypto marketplaces are hard to come by (let alone Bitcoin marketplaces), and the volatility of crypto makes it harder for users to justify holding and spending crypto on products. The solution? Lolli! Using their chrome extension, users can spend money on websites and at locations that have partnered with the company. In return, they will earn a certain percentage of their purchase back in Bitcoin. This app has already partnered with some big names, which helps those interested in crypto learn more about digital assets while using cash for their everyday purchases.

3. The Casper Protocol

Ethereum is arguably the most significant crypto next to Bitcoin, and talk about its transition from a Proof-of-Work to a Proof-of-Stake system and the term “Casper Protocol” has been thrown around for a while as well. Ethereum’s shift to Proof-of-Stake will help to make the system more fair, decentralized, and secure. There are currently several Casper Protocol recommendations and functions, but it will eventually serve to prevent malicious actors from trying to cheat the system. These major upgrades will be very exciting to watch as they take place in 2019 and continue into 2020.

4. Casa and the Lightning Network

2017 was the year that showed us just how congested Bitcoin’s network could become. For those who were trying to conduct transactions during that time, you are well aware of how slow the network was moving. This created the need for the Lightning Network, which greatly speeds up transactions and is still relevant in 2019. One company, Casa, sells its own Lightning Network nodes and products to improve the strength and health of the network. Additionally, they have also developed their own application that can control their node remotely and help people earn a little bit of money in the process. This will be especially exciting for Lightning users when the new network monitoring tool is released.

5. CEEK

The future can be found in virtual reality and CEEK is a company that understands this truth. CEEK VR provides VR products that allow people to attend virtual concerts, movies, and sports events. However, unlike other VR providers, CEEK takes it a step farther by utilizing blockchain technology and their own CEEK token so that users to participate in the system and make purchases within the virtual city that they have built for customers. They intend to further develop this platform as it grows.

6. The Samsung Galaxy S10

You may be wondering, what is a phone doing on this list? Well, the Samsung Galaxy S10 is no ordinary phone. This phone includes its own private key storage, meaning that the S10 has a built-in crypto wallet included with your purchase. Cryptocurrency apps may often be overlooked by those who are not aware of digital assets, but this feature in a mainstream phone will hopefully foster adoption and implementation in products down the road.

7. Facebook’s Libra

Although there is a lot of controversy surrounding the stablecoin as it continues to undergo regulatory scrutiny, Facebook’s Libra is still a long-awaited project that has been making headlines since Facebook quietly onboarded cryptocurrency experts. Libra intends to be a globally utilized stablecoin that helps the unbanked gain access to a stable economy where everyone can participate. While we have not yet seen the product’s release, Libra could make major progress in the future given its association with Facebook.

While this is not a comprehensive list of everything that 2019 has had to offer, these 7 projects have shown you just how much blockchain and crypto has grown since its introduction. Hopefully, we will see plenty more projects come out as we move into 2020!

How to not get banned on Google Play

Hi to all of you fellow developers and admirers of our lord and savior Jake Wharton. Like all of you, I faced a troubling period of my life where my apps were constantly getting banned from the mighty Google Play Store. But I found the enlightenment in the following guide, which I will share with you.

Since I was previously banned from the Play Store, I had to completely change my identity to avoid being recognized by Google. I began by moving into another house in another country. Then, I legally changed my name to avoid suspicion. I subsequently browsed the Dark Web with my Tor browser running in a VM running in another Tor browser in order to buy a fake identity from a supplier in Malaysia along with fake cards. Wearing this identity, I moved again, this time to Thailand, and I currently live in a cave with no internet connection and the nearest camera is 5 miles away. I obviously changed my appearance in the process and am now a 3'11" female. I never talked to anyone during the past two years. The identity I previously assumed is officially considered dead in the United States as of last week.

Now to the app itself. My app is a random string of letters (like "lTr2x1HQuM20603cfHzV" for example, I'm not sharing the real one here) in order to avoid any kind of impersonation with another app the the store. Additionally, my app description is empty to avoid mentioning any company or product that might exist. My developer name is another random string to again avoid impersonation. My privacy policy is 989 pages long (written in Arial 4) even though my app doesn't share any user information. Instead, it aims to cover every possible case where a user might try to find me IRL and force me to take his or her information.

I don't have any ads nor any kind of in-app purchase available. Instead, I expect user to find the address of my Bitcoin wallet (by guessing since we are not allowed to provide a donation URL) in order to cover my expenses.

To avoid impersonation further, my app has no UI nor any graphic assets. There's only one screenshot in the store listing, and it's a black screen. The user must connect the phone to a computer in order to communicate with the app via ADB (the app is a terminal SMS app). My app doesn't ask for any permission. No internet, no SMS, no location, nothing. In fact, there are negative permissions asked: the user is granted permissions as a result of downloading my app. This way, when Google eventually prevents apps from asking any permissions at all, my app will be the only one left.

I am not using any third-party library to avoid wrong SDK versions leaking into my app and I check every hour if Google has released a new Android version so the SDK version is always up-to-date. My keystore has 17 backups scattered around the world and each is managed by a trusted person that can also take over my app and continue updating it in case I die. I also use App Bundle even though my app has no resources or architecture-specific binaries.

Despite having no content at all, my app is rated 18+ for adults only to accelerate publishing process and to avoid getting banned for user-generated content (even if it's impossible for users to generate content). My app is written in Kotlin and Flutter so there are no crashes possible that might get me banned. I use ?. on every call and run the whole program in try {} catch {} to avoid crashes. I am also using RxJava 3, RxAndroid, RxKotlin, ButterKnife, Retrofit, OkHTTP, timber and RxRelay. Sure I said no 3rd party but everything written by our lord and savior is obviously first-party (more like zeroth-party since arrays start at 0).

My app is licensed under WTFPL (Do What The Fuck You Want To Public License) in order to avoid any confusion. My code also doesn't use any private APIs just in case. The code was also dipped 3 times in water blessed by our lord and savior Mr. Wharton himself in order to purify it.

Finally, I have hired a team of 30 hitmen worldwide to personally track and eliminate anyone trying to add ads to my app and publish it to third party stores, or worse, to the Google Play Store itself, and get my app (the original) banned. The hitmen search the Play Store in their free time to make sure my app name, developer name and description have no letters that matches any other app's.

These are very simple instructions to follow to avoid getting banned from the Google Play Store. Trust me it's worth it considering that the other possibility is living without the sacred Play Store!

Please be aware that posting this here is a risk I've decided to take personally. I'm afraid Google might try to track the familiar movements of my computer mouse and use it to recognize my real identity, thus sentencing my app and developer account to another painful ban. So please profit as much as possible from the short amount of information I could share with you. Farewell.
