To ensure high performance and increase throughput, developers had to abandon the traditional distributed network system, where each participant has equal rights with the rest. In the ripple network, node computers have more privileges – they are in constant relationship, searching for consensus and forming a ledger-a distributed database that is similar to the Bitcoin blockchain, but still is not a chain of blocks in the "classical" sense.
The very idea of blockchain implies the creation of an unbroken and unchanging structure. It is impossible to cancel an already committed transaction that has passed through the block mining procedure. NYZO has a properly designed economic model that relies on time. Therefore, the cost for 51% attacks (relative to market cap) is huge, there is ongoing incentive to participate in the network, and attacks based on computing power (PoW) or ownership of token (PoS) aren't feasible. NYZO uses only a tiny fraction of Bitcoin’s resources while performing the same tasks. 58 000 000 000 kwH - 58 TWh : current BTC power cons. per year vs 36500 kwH - 0.0000365 TWh : current NYZO power cons. per year = 1,589,041 times more efficient and 51% attack resistant.
The proof-of-diversity blockchain uses analysis of verification cycles to establish the authoritative form of the blockchain. NYZO developers have been asked many times for a roadmap. The roadmap is to keep making the code more stable, more robust, and more efficient.
Scalability
NYZO doesn’t require any Layer 2 scaling solutions and is able to handle high transaction volumes per second which is only dependent on the performance of the verifiers in the mesh. The block time is 7 seconds and block size is 28 Kb.
Micropay is a lightweight way of using NYZO that shifts as much burden as possible to the person receiving the payment to make it as easy as possible for someone to send small payments. Next step is an API server for Micropay.

This past week, bitcoin saw an increase in selling pressure below the $8,880 support area against the US Dollar. Moreover, BTC price settled below the $8,700 pivot level and the 100 simple moving average (4-hours).
There were steady losses and the price broke the $8,600 and $8,500 support levels. A new monthly low is formed near $8,382 and the price is clearly trading in a bearish zone.
It is currently consolidating losses above the $8,400 level. Besides, bitcoin is trading near the 23.6% Fib retracement level of the recent decline from the $8,777 high to $8,382 low.
