I hope you can all now see there has been some healthy stabilisation and we are unlikely to sink below $3000 USD without some major event be it a few large players dumping, a flaw in protocol or legislation that impacts negatively.

My strong recommendation to you all is to not promote Bitcoin to people anymore and not to defend it to people throwing out nonsense soundbites attacking it.

You've done your research which is why you are still here, so don't waste your time with the naysayers and the serially misinformed; it is there destiny to miss this opportunity.

When friends come to you with serious desire to get informed tell them to join an exchange but not to purchase any Bitcoin until they have read a book like "the internet of money" or "the Bitcoin standard". They shouldn't invest until they understand the proposition, and it should not be your burden to be their financial adviser.

Tried asking on the FB event and get messaged by clearly fake profiles asking for random PayPal gift cards, Bitcoin payments, et cetera. No f-in way am I going to get scammed like that. There's like 4 ticket offers in the event all from scammy profiles. FB is getting out of hand with scams.

Another one of those "I can't believe there's a sub for this" Posts

So I've seen the Maladaptive Daydreaming video, and I know it's a bad habit of mine. I know the kind of people I admire and what they dwell on when their mind is idle - they're curious, they're problem solvers, they generally think about whatever it is they're working on or contemplate an event in their actual lives, or think about things other people have done and use it to understand who they are. They're analyzers, they're creative problem solvers.

My problem is I'll often prefer daydreaming about how my life could have been if I had made a different decision earlier. Usually the fantasy involves being instantly teleported to some moment in my life with all the memories and lessons I've learned now - I'd know which girls were into me in high school and form relationships with them when I was otherwise oblivious, I'd spend my time learning to code instead of learning to draw, I'd get together with my best mate and jointly build a Battle Royale game with him, and I'd invest in Bitcoin in 2010 and release Flappy Bird in 2012. I'd come to university as a fully formed professional instead of the stupid and dorky kid I was.

Most detail I'd usually go into was the Battle Royale project. I'd think about how I'd pitch the game to my best mate - He's a huge Metal Gear Solid fan, so I'd get him to imagine the MGS3 opening cutscene and how you'd really be a Naked Snake, with a hundred other Naked Snakes out to kill you. How I would finance it if I invested in bitcoin in 2010 and sold in 2012 - I would make a joint ownership with my close university friends but hire more experienced talent to be senior developers on a wage. How would we manage the project despite being so woefully inexperienced ourselves? How would we handle microtransactions? Who would be responsible for the networking code, replicating not just player inputs and bullet trajectories but also environmental mechanics?

How would I handle the relationship with the girl I didn't know had a crush on me in high school, would we be long distance or would I somehow manage to convince her to move to the big city with me? How would my development goals impact the relationship? I have this entire alternate timeline of my life built in my head of the past 10 years and I have absolutely no plan for where I see myself in 5.

I do all of this usually when I'm on a bus, or going to sleep, or sitting in front of the television while friends and family watch the football, or any time I'm not gouging myself on youtube videos or reading about reddit relationship dramas and culture war bullshit. But for the life of me I can't seem to direct my mind to do the things I want it to do, and to be the person I actually want to be - curious, intelligent, witty, problem-solving, motivated to acquire any skill I want to and to build things. I can't bring myself to become that person in real life, so I fantasize about being him instead.

Anyway. I don't know how to stop this. I'm not the person I wish I was and don't see any value in being anything other than that. So maybe meditating and being more present in the moment will help.

[Newbie Monday] Week of Monday, March 18, 2019

Welcome to the Newbie Monday Weekly thread at /r/bitcoinmarkets!

This is a weekly thread where you can ask any basic questions related to bitcoin trading without shame or embarrassment.

Some rules:

  • First and foremost, check out the links on the subreddit bar on the right as well as our Wiki for answers to common questions and good reading material on basic guides, strategies and indicators.

  • There are no questions too stupid, as long as they are about what to do and how to do it in bitcoin trading. If you don't like a question being asked - you don't have to answer it.

  • Be respectful, no name-calling.

  • Try to source your answers or support with chart examples, links, etc where possible.

  • This is not a a thread to ask rhetorical questions about the state of bitcoin. "With the halvening coming up, isn't it stupid not to buy every dip?" or "With only 2.7TPS how can bitcoin support a global economy" are better questions for the weekly fundamental thread.

Trouble Splitting Coins

I have tried to use the Electrum SV guide when splitting some test coins of Bitcoin Cash (https://bitcoinsv.io/coin-splitting-guides-for-bitcoin-sv/). I got an error message just after putting in the password (I was using a Trezor so the key for it). I am now not sure if the coins have actually split, nonetheless it seemed to continue with a transaction (which might just be the moving a bit of coin to the faucet). The wallet says "Electrum SV coin splitting: Dust from BSV faucet" but it does not say "Your Split Coins" as the guide suggests. It does give an amount at the bottom of the wallet in BSV. How can I verify this has worked or not? A bit worried to try and send the coins say to an exchange SV wallet to test in case there is some serious problem.

What exactly are ETFs?

ETFs (exchange traded funds) have received a lot of talk in cryptocurrency markets over the past few years. While most who are involved in traditional finance are aware of what ETFs entail, this post will take the time to introduce them to cryptocurrencies new class of investors. ETFs can be most easily explained by learning about index and mutual funds first.

Mutual Funds

Mutual funds are a collection of stocks, bonds, currencies, futures, and treasuries that are professionally managed. The everyday person doesn’t have time to keep track of their investments, so they put their money with experts in exchange for a fee.

Index Funds

Index funds are a grouping of stocks that allow investors to track and invest in a variety of companies. Most of you have probably heard of the more common ones such as the S&P 500, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average. When investing in the S&P 500, you are purchasing an index of the top 500 companies listed on American stock exchanges.

ETFs

ETFs are similar to mutual and index funds in that they often are a collection of assets, but have a few key differences. Unlike mutual funds, ETFs are traded throughout the day and it’s very possible for an ETF to be a single asset.

This is what would happen in the event a Bitcoin ETF is approved. In exchange for a fee, Bitcoin would be stored and split into shares for people to invest in. Because all storage and custodial services are done by the creators of the ETF, they will charge a fee similar to a mutual fund. ETF management fees are often much lower than a mutual funds.

Just the other day, a Blockchain ETF was launched on the London Stock Exchange, making it easy to invest in revenue generating blockchain businesses, such as Square (Cash App), CME group and Monex Group.

Conclusion

Now that you have an idea of what ETFs are, you are hopefully more excited about the pending Bitcoin ETF approval. If approved, Bitcoin and cryptocurrency markets will receive much greater exposure to the general public. Expect the SEC to reach a decision on whether to reject, accept or extend the status of Bitcoin ETFs by the end of April.

Are StableCoins Cryptocurrencies’ Savior or their Undertaker?

Hidden behind the howls and cheers that accompanied the wild cryptocurrencies roller-coaster ride of 2018, a quieter trend was steadily growing. The stablecoin steady growth in 2018 is impressive. From the 30 stablecoin projects, including 9 live ones at the beginning of 2018, 2019 opens with over 160 stablecoin projects, 28 of which are live. The combined stablecoin market cap grew from around US$1.5 bn to US$ 2.7bn in the same period. Another point to further consolidate the potential for stablecoins is the latest update of the Texas Department of Banking’s Supervisory Memorandum — 1037 (“Guidance”) indicating that stablecoins pegged to sovereign currency and offer redemption rights to holders are now considered as having ”monetary value.”

Both cryptocurrencies and stablecoins are based on blockchain technology. Yet, unlike cryptocurrencies’ utility tokens, the value of which is directly linked to the growth or decline in use of the token, a stablecoin value is pegged to a stable real-world asset, from commodities to currencies.
Another significant difference between cryptocurrencies and stable coins is that any stablecoin value has to be backed by assets held in reserve by the stablecoin issuer. This means that stablecoins are centralized by definition, as there has to be a central authority in charge of holding the backing assets, supervising the assets management and providing the documentation for audits.

On the plus side, this gives stablecoins price stability sorely lacking in cryptocurrencies, which might do wonders in increasing the adoption rate and actual use of digital currencies based on blockchain technology. Yet, aside from this positive aspect, the emergence of stablecoins might herald a cardinal shift in the road to decentralization opened by Bitcoin 10 years ago.

A brief look at the difference in the profile of utility tokens creators and of stablecoins issuers highlights the fundamental imbalance between them in terms of sheer power.

Whereas any garage geek could potentially create a cryptocurrency with little more than an Internet connection, a computer and a can-do attitude, a stablecoin issuer needs to ensure compliance with still blurred SEC regulations and find the initial capital to purchase the backing asset (and, even when well-funded and benefitting from excellent legal counselling as was the case for Basis, it does not guarantee that they will not have to close).

Major players are now entering the stablecoin scene. From official bodies, like Unicef France — that recently launched a donation channel in DAI — to corporate giants like Facebook, -that is rumored to be studying creating its own stablecoin to enable disintermediated P2P payments on WhatsApp, — to at least 15 countries interested in creating Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDC), the massive resources at their disposal simply dwarf the competitive power of the typical garage geek.

Optimists from the decentralized camp view the potential advent of stablecoins as a positive evolution since it will introduce the use of blockchain based coins to the general public and thus enable decentralized cryptocurrencies to capitalize on the increased familiarity with the procedures surrounding their use. This will increase the actual use of decentralized cryptocurrencies and potentially pave the way for easy adoption of crypto-based Daapps by the general public and snuff out the current rumors that cryptocurrencies are just a speculation and scamming tool.

Among these optimists are Bancor’s head of marketing Anna Stone and COTI’s CRO Guy Klajman who debated the future of stablecoins at the ‘Stablecoins, The Future’ event in Tel Aviv on January 9th.

Stone’s optimism is based on the Bancor-powered community currency pilot in Kenya launched by local non-profit Grassroots Economics, that saw a 40% increase in local commerce among initial users within a month of adoption, and might be a powerful tool to eradicate poverty. Based on the use of targeted localized stablecoins to shore up local economies, this experiment seems to be very conclusive and might indeed achieve the goal of “banking the unbanked”, one of the stated goal of the promoters of decentralized blockchain supporters.

Klajman, on the other hand, is more confident in the combination of stablecoin and scalability that COTI developed, that enables processing 100 000 transactions per seconds, and is integrated with a payment system. Since the launch of the Trustchain protocol underlying COTI’s solutions only became live on Testnet on January 8, they have already signed 24 enterprises, financial institutions, and governments have already asked COTI to create their own branded payment and loyalty networks or stablecoin.
COTI is one of the founding members of the Scalable Protocol Alliance that just opened on January 17.

Pessimists, on the other hand, fear that stablecoins will fill the blockchain space with permissioned Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), leaving no room for decentralized DLTs to grow and burying Satoshi’s dream of a society truly managed by the people for the people through peer to peer direct interactions.

So, will stablecoins boost or sink the idealistic goals behind the initiators of the blockchain era? Only the time will tell…

What Is AuroraChain? Introduction To Aurora AOA Token

Is the brightest light in the sky a star or a massive bomb?

https://cryptobriefing.com/what-is-aurorachain-introduction-to-aurora-aoa-token-2/
By Brian Penny On Mar 2, 2019

What Is AuroraChain?

AuroraChain is a blockchain-based smart-contract platform announced during May 2018’s “Beyond the Blocks” event in Seoul, South Korea. It was created to compete with Ethereum’s decentralized application ecosystem. Aurora AOA, AuroraChain’s native cryptocurrency, was originally developed as ABitchain (ABTC), and uses a Delegated-Proof-of-Stake (DPoS) and Byzantine Fault Tolerance (BFT) consensus mechanism.

The AuroraChain mainnet launched in the summer of 2018 with support for both the Ethereum Virtual Machine and Solidity programming language. AuroraChain’s average gas fees are 0.0001 AOA, and it can reach transaction speeds of 2000 transactions per second (TPS), which is on par with the EOS blockchain.

The key pain points AuroraChain relieves in Ethereum’s blockchain are congestion, scalability, and upgradeability. It believes its P2P stereo network is the way to do this. But it’s not even a year old yet and entering an already-crowded marketplace.

Every blockchain project is aware cross-chain functionality and integration with legacy systems and data is a must-have feature. AuroraChain’s team was quick to market, but it still has a long fight ahead of it.

Will AuroraChain be snuffed out before it gets old enough to walk, or will it forge the right partnerships to stand strong against a wave of blockchain-based competitors?

We’ll start our search for answers by examining the market performance of AOA, AuroraChain’s proprietary token, on the cryptocurrency market.

Aurora AOA Cryptocurrency Summary

As of February 27, 2019, the circulating supply of Aurora is 6,542,330,148 out of a total supply of 10,000,000,000 AOA. Its peak price so far was $0.060106 on July 18, 2018.

The initial supply of AOA and ABTC was airdropped throughout 2018 for performing a variety of tasks, such as joining theAurora Telegram group in a variety of languages or following the official Twitter account. The Aurora Foundation retained 40 percent of the initial supply, and early investors retained 34 percent. The remaining 26 percent was airdropped to the community.

Holding AOA in an approved wallet or exchange gives the power to elect a delegate to validate transactions for rewards and vote on network governance. Staking rewards are then distributed among the community. This helps maintain a mix of security and decentralization.

Despite being so young, nearly $2 million worth of AOA is traded on a daily basis. AOA is accepted by Kucoin, CoinEgg, Bitinka, and Indodax so far. It’s constantly looking to secure more cryptocurrency exchange partnerships.

The AuroraChain Foundation created official Aurora wallets for PC and Mac, along with a Lite wallet for mobile. Third-party cryptocurrency wallets that support AOA include Kcash and Math Wallet.

Aurora Borealis or Aurora Australis?

Because it’s late to the game, AuroraChain had plenty of time to learn from the mistakes of other blockchains. What the team essentially did was study the problems of existing blockchains and create a solution to those problems.

First, block forging and smart-contract validation is performed through a DPoS model described above. In addition, the nodes are kept honest through the BFT consensus which locates offline or faulty nodes to remove them from the network. This makes it a lean blockchain 3.0 project.

In addition, the P2P stereo technical structure it uses makes it a more distributed blockchain rather than other decentralized systems. This means trust is passed through a mesh network and the consensus model rather than every node needing the entire digital ledger.

This cluster-computing structure uses the interconnectivity of multiple parallel chains to allow for higher transaction throughput.

Intelligent App Isolation is AuroraChain’s answer to speeding up transactions. Once smart-contract transactions are verified, they’re stored in the Pending Zone as part of its Intelligent App Isolation system.

AuroraChain is targeting industries like gaming, artificial intelligence, big data, and the Internet of Things with this sleek new blockchain.

Co-founder and VP Bo Zhang told News BTC he believes AuroraChain’s low transaction fee and open platform will attract a community of developers who build a dApp ecosystem to attract both enterprise and consumer users.

The sky is the limit for AuroraChain, but this lack of focus leads many analysts to believe it’s all buzz with no brawn. NASDAQ reports Weiss Ratings gave the AuroraChain AOA project a D- rating, making it one of the lowest-grade cryptocurrency investments.

Talk of bulls and bears aside, the criticism boils down to AuroraChain building a somewhat-functioning product (many of its claims haven’t been fully tested in the real world, as the mainnet has been on the market for less than six months so far) that may or may not get any use.

AuroraChain has great viral marketing and PR chops, and it’s certainly not vaporware. But until the team secures enterprise partnerships and vendor buy-in, market acceptance of Aurora is a long ways away.

Summary

AuroraChain is a new project less than one year old. It hit the scene with a lot of hype, but it’s still building an ecosystem that other blockchains already have. If the team can secure the right partnerships, it can stay afloat, despite analyst bets against it almost across the board. To do that, it needs to sell the world on these key factors.

  • AuroraChain is a distributed mesh network of blockchains that has a faster transaction rate than Ethereum and Bitcoin. It uses the same coding language as Ethereum.
  • AOA uses a Distributed Proof of Stake and Byzantine Fault Tolerance consensus model. This helps keep the network stable through a variety of common blockchain error scenarios.
  • AuroraChain has lower transaction rates than Ethereum, making it a better development ecosystem. However, Ethereum wasn’t even the only chain on that block back in May.

For AuroraChain to succeed, it needs to continue its aggressive marketing and hope the “if we build it, they will come,” strategy pays off. It’s a gamble that has many analysts worried, but high-risk investors may appreciate it.

The influences that methasterone exerts on the brain and how it then makes on sports performance.

The report aims to understand the influences that methasterone exerts on the brain and how it then makes on sports performance. Methasterone is an anabolic steroid usually used by athletes and bodybuilders who wish to get more testosterone as well as muscle fibre. It is a designer steroid and is also called superdrol. Athletes take it with the hope of getting better performance or looking forward to making much money and becoming stronger. Due to the more and more important role sports play in our society, it becomes common to hear that people take steroids so as to get awards in the competition. Athletes are always looking for their advantages which might result in the difference of whether to get the several-million-dollar contract or not. To some extent, this induces people to take steroids.

This report starts with exploring the chemical properties of methasterone, the chemical ingredients and its effects on the brain and other important organs. Then it will talk over and describe how it does actually influence on a person’s sport performance.

Background

It's quite complicated to create methasterone, however, we can summarize it  through several simple steps. The original product, testosterone react with methyl iodide into a methylation reaction, which makes methy group increase. Then hydrogenation takes place in the methanol solution to add a second methyl group. Lastly, hydrogenation occurs again to get rid of the double bond, which creates a final product of methasterone.

The melting point of methasterone is 223- 225°C and its boiling point is 423.8°C at 760 mm Hg (millimeters of mercury). mm Hg is an old-fashioned unit of measurement for pressure, 70 mm Hg is usually considered equal to one atmosphere, this pressure would be recorded at sea level. Methasterone is white and found as either as powder or tablet. And it is slightly soluble in water.

When a man is taking methasterone,  we can see many obvious changes happened to his body. He will develop much more muscles, smaller testicles, and greater breasts, even becoem bald. If a female takes methasterone, she'll develop larger muscles as well. However, maybe it will disturb her menstrual cycle, narrow her breast, deepen her voice, and even might makes her grow facial hair.

When athletes take methasterone, it's much easier and quicker for them to grow larger muscles. While they stop taking methasterone, their muscles will narrow again to the original state. Unlike changed muscles, many side-effects won't recover. The female's voice will stay deep, and male's bald state won't disappear. These side-effects happened due to all the extra existing testosterone in the body. Other side-effects, such as the growth of a man's breast occurs because of more intracorporal testosterone which naturally tries to balance the relationship between estrogen (the female reproductive hormone) and itself.

Except the changes of the bodies, these people and anyone paying enough attention to them will notice that intense but invisible changes happened in their bodies. However, as for the steroid takers, it will make them worse within a long period. It can do harm to liver and kidneys, increase heart rate, raise the chance of heart attack, and impair your immune system.

The evidence scientists have collected about the effects of steroids as general topic on the brain is quite limited. As we all know, it can cause changes of behaviors. Using steroids will lead to aggressive and violent outbreaks. When you stop taking the steroid, it tends to cause depression, even leads to suicide events.

When adolescent animals were under test, it was indicated that it disturbed the normal operation of aggression circuits throughout the brain, the circuits responsible for activating aggression were amplified and the ones responsible for inhibiting aggression were paused. This causes everything to go beyond the natural balance, then the high-level aggression was induced.

The facts has proved that taking steroids will affect the anterior hypothalamus which is the part of the brain responsible for sending out hormones. This is because steroids can replicate the hormones our body has already makes, while steroids just give us that of higher dosages.

Steroids also have an effect on neurotransmitters' function, this is owing to the testosterone in the steroid being distributed to many parts of the brain, including the hypothalamus,  the part of the brain which controls appetite, blood pressure, mood control and reproductive system. The testosterone from the steroid will disturb the natural occurrence of testosterone in the body when it is sent to the hypothalamus.

Essentially speaking, the function of methasterone is to enable muscle cells in the body to produce more protein, which can be combined with exercises to promote large muscle growth. They can also prevent the combination of cortisol and muscle cells receptor sites. This reduces breakdowns in processing, while less breakdowns mean less muscle fatigue, which enables a quicker recovery and further development of muscles. This also proves that taking methasterone can help people exercise and recover quickier so that they can exercise more often and get muscles easier.

Discussion

This report aims to better understand how methasterone affects sports performance. By now, the study has covered methasterone’s chemical properties, chemical ingredients and effects it exerts on the brain. However, does methasterone have anything to do with sports perforamance? How does it affect athletes' performance in their chosen sports? In terms of this, we will discuss it in detail. What on earth can methasterone do to improve your performance?

All the information provided so far has nothing to do with sports performance, so let's consider it in a certain perspective. First of all, let's imagine an elite male athlete training up for a big event and doing so in an entirely legal and natural condition. He will work together with a trainer to make full use of his training. Each training he will push his body to either improve aerobic or anaerobic fitness. Whichever he choose, He will work hard and his muscles will be sore afterwards. Of course, he will get rid of his lactic acid developed in his muscles after 48 hours on average. During that time, his muscles will repair themselves causing them stronger.

Now let's imagine another male elite athlete, while he’s taking methasterone, which is illegal and unnatural. He will have longer training time, higher work efficiency, and less fatigue in his muscles. After the training he will only spend 24 hours on recovery, so he will be able to exercise again in a quicker way. As for him, when his muscles repair themselves, they get stronger than ones without using the methasterone.

They all mean that when it is used on performance day, the athlete taking methasterone will be able to have larger and fitter muscle. He’ll be able to work harder on the future days as he continues taking methasterone. Besides, if he takes part in a several-day event he will be able to perform at his best over a longer period of time.

The example not only suits males, but also applies to females. They will also get the same benefits from taking the substance. Both sexes would also lose the muscle mass over the course of taking methasterone and both would have the negative side effects.

Conclusion

In the report we talked over chemical properties of methasterone, its chemical ingredients includes how to make the designer drug. The positive and negative effects impact brain and other vital organs. It was then discussed how exactly it influence sports performance. Now, we can draw a conclusion that methasterone is a highly complicated drug to manufacture, containing a starting product of testosterone. It has a very long-term dangerous side effects to your body, but only a little is known by scientists as to what actually goes on in the brain in relation to steroids. Though it will allow you to get better preparation for a sports event, however, you will be left with both physical and mental hurt for a long time after using it.

Methyldrostanolone – Highly Anabolic, with Fewer Androgenic Qualities
You can get some incredible results of Superdrol which is still one of the most popular oral steroids. One reason that bodybuilders love Superdrol is that it’s anabolic without causing androgenic side effects (hair loss, acne, body hair). Now, this does not mean that methasterone have no significant androgenic properties. However, according to the research in 1969, it was shown that methasterone has a “Q-ratio” of 20, meaning it’s “400% as anabolic and 20% as androgenic.”

Methasterone takes effect really fast and can be used as a Kickstarter
Superdrol which can begin with significant results in just the second week of use. Due to the fast-acting Superdrol results, it’s commonly used as a kickstarter when stacked with long-ester injectables like testosterone enanthate/cypionate, trenbolone enanthate and Boldenone undecylenate. There is a common experience that users will add up to 10 pounds in lean muscle during their initial 4-6 weeks, followed by more gains when the long-ester drug(s) really kick in.

Superdrol Application:

Superdrol is an anabolic substance, meaning it promotes protein synthesis, and thus muscle strength. When muscles become stronger, they grow. Finally, Superdrol users experience a large number of gains in muscle mass because their muscles become much stronger.
Another advantage of using Superdrol is that it won't turn into estrogen.
Many prohormones are available to begin as a testosterone-like substance in the body, but then eventually turn into estrogen through a process called aromatization. Estrogen causes decreased strength, muscle loss and fat gain. Thus, it is a pusher of the exactly opposite traits someone who is taking Superdrol would want. These characteristics appears after one stops taking the compound. Using Superdrol, however, the aromatization process will never happen. The compound does not turn into estrogen in the body, meaning much of the muscle gain and fat loss one experienced while taking it will remain after dosing ends.
It is suggested that Superdrol should be taken daily, preferably with food, and the dosage should not exceed 2 capsules per day which is enough to keep blood serum levels well above baseline with this particular drug. Superdrol cycles are best to run for 2-4 weeks, and should not last for over 4 weeks.

Superdrol Description:

Methasterone (Superdrol, methasteron, and methyldrostanolone) is an oral anabolic steroid. Superdrol, also called Methasterone, is an anabolic steroid. In terms of bodybuilding/athletic purposes, Superdrol increases testosterone levels, which induces notable increases in body shape and size, mainly due to its ability to increase the number of muscle fibers.
These benefits not only make Superdrol a formidable androgen, but also contains other conventional steroid properties, for example, increased red blood cell (RBC) production; improved endurance during exercise via better lactic acid clearing; enhanced oxygen and nutrient delivery to working muscles for greater stamina; better muscle glycogen restoration after exercise for faster recovery; and the inhibition of catabolism (muscle destruction).

There is no point in arguing with people
