The UMI cryptocurrency is growing rapidly, and a large number of newcomers who join our community have a lot of questions. We actively encourage feedback from our community by e-mail and on popular forums, but only a small part of our audience reads these threads.
For the most part, users ask questions to friends and acquaintances, as well as in Telegram chats and in other messengers. This gives rise to many myths and rumors, because sometimes there are no people who could tell you in detail about various aspects related to UMI.
Therefore, we decided to launch a new series of articles where we will regularly answer the most common questions from our users. Here is the first article of the series.

1. The founder of the ROY Club promised to buy UMI out of the market. Do you manage this process? How much has already been bought?
Firstly, neither the founder of the ROY Club, nor the ROY Club itself made such promises. The founder only expressed a desire, together with our leaders, to periodically buy coins that users put up at a low price.
The desire of the founder of the ROY Club to periodically redeem coins on SIGEN.pro is entirely the founder's initiative. The UMI Team and the founder of the ROY Club had no agreements as to buying a certain amount in UMI on a regular basis.
The founder of the ROY Club can do anything they see fit, right? So the answer is no. We do not manage redemption of orders arranged by the founder of the ROY Club, in any way.
2. Does it make sense to wait for the UMI price to fall and then buy it at $0.95, close to the wall price?
It all depends on you and the market. Are you ready to wait for this? When will the price drop to such levels? Will it go down at all?

In short, the wall protects the UMI price from falling below $0.95, since the offer to buy coins in the amount of 365 BTC is able to handle even a massive sale of coins.
If you have the money, time and desire, then it is quite reasonable for you to create buy offers close to the wall price — just a little higher, in order to buy UMI at the lowest possible price IF a strong decline in price suddenly happens.
Bear in mind, however, that many people will probably want to use this strategy to also buy large amounts in UMI at a price of about $0.95. Therefore, it is likely that the cryptocurrency price quotations will not even fall to these values.
So in theory, it may be a working strategy, and it looks quite reasonable, but there are no guarantees that in practice you will actually be able to buy a large amount in UMI at a price of about $0.95. There is a possibility that the price will not even fall to these levels at all, especially since now we have already seen the trend reverse and, though small, a new wave of price stabilization and growth start.
3. Do you intend to add UMI to the listing on a new exchange? If so, when and where?
At the moment, we have a partnership agreement with SIGEN.pro according to which UMI is exclusively traded on this trading platform. Our first priority is to ensure that UMI develops evenly and smoothly. That is why at this stage we are not considering an idea of listing UMI on other crypto exchanges.
However, this does not mean that there will never be a listing. In the future, UMI will appear on other platforms — after it "gets stronger" and "builds muscle". We cannot yet name prospective exchanges for UMI listing, or schedules.

4. Some new users view UMI as a MLM project, not as a cryptocurrency that can be traded. Why?

6. The ROY Club consists of levels, and this is a problem, because higher-level leaders do not do a good job of conveying information to the community members.

7. Are SIGEN.pro, UMI and ROY Club the same thing or not?
There is often confusion and misunderstanding among the participants regarding these seemingly simple things. We will now answer this question once and for all.
UMI is a cryptocurrency created by an independent team of developers. UMI was created at the team's own expense, there were no ICOs, IEOs or any other ways to raise funds. At the stage of creating the cryptocurrency, the UMI team was in no way connected with either the ROY Club or the SIGEN.pro cryptocurrency platform.
However, in the end, the UMI team entered into partnership with the ROY Club and SIGEN.pro for the joint development of the coin.
ROY Club is a UMI staking structure, a pool for joint cryptocurrency mining. ROY Club has helped UMI to reach a huge audience, and we are grateful for this.
SIGEN.pro is a cryptocurrency trading platform. We have concluded an agreement according to which UMI is traded exclusively on SIGEN.pro. To summarize, UMI, SIGEN.pro and the ROY Club are not the same thing. These are different teams. 12. How many users does UMI have now?
To answer briefly, several hundred thousand. If you delve into the issue, you will see that it is not so easy to calculate. In fact, no one reports to us personally about the use of UMI. Anyone has access to the cryptocurrency.
We can rely on the following metric:
- There are currently 382,000 UMI addresses in the UMI blockchain and another 301,000 addresses in the staking structures — https://blockchain.umi.top/ru/addresses.
The total number of UMI addresses and addresses in the structures is now about 683,000. But we can't say that UMI has 683,000 users, because one person can own an unlimited number of addresses. However, based on these data, we can conclude that at least 300,000 people are using UMI now since that is how many addresses actively engage in staking.
Therefore, we can say that there are several hundred thousand UMI users at the moment. But we don't know the exact number.
13. How many coins do UMI users have?

We can also calculate how many UMI coins each staker has on average. To do this, we divide the total number of coins in staking by the number of addresses in the structures. That is: 206,000,000 coins divided by 301,000 staking addresses equals to 684 UMI.
