Computer randomly stops giving a signal, sometimes doesn’t boot
Hey all, I’ve got a computer running windows 10 that I run a plex server and occasionally do some Bitcoin mining from. One day in my clumsiness I bumped the power cable that was plugged into my GPU. The screen attached to the GPU by HDMI flickered once and then came back. I did some maintenance on the plex account and then turned off the screen.
A couple days later I was going to check on some things again and when I turned on the screen it told me there was no signal coming from the computer. I checked the HDMI connections at the GPU and screen and they were fine. Couldn’t get the computer to respond to anything (it wasn’t in sleep mode or anything), so I finally force shutdown.
When I tried to reboot, it stayed on the boot screen for a few minutes (I’m running windows 10 off a SSD so usually doesn’t take more than 30 seconds). Then the screen read “no signal”. Couldn’t get the computer to respond, pressed my bios button to try and force it into that, nothing appeared.
So I force shutdown again, rebooted, pressed bios button, looked through information there. Computer was reading everything fine, as there should be no issues. Left bios screen and rebooted, still no signal. Finally, I tried to boot for a third time and it worked exactly how it should and brought me to my login.
I logged in and the computer was running normally again. I tried to go into the event logger to see if it gave any information on what happened, but I say nothing of note. (I don’t know how or what to read in the event logger anyway).
So now continues the cycle of the computer just randomly stops giving a signal to the screen, won’t respond, I reboot, sometimes it boots immediately, sometimes it doesn’t. This is getting frustrating because with the Plex server, I want the computer to be on as much as possible and also be available for me to do some maintenance as needed.
So final question: Could me bumping the power cable shorted either my GPU or Motherboard causing the computer to stop giving signal at times? What are my next troubleshooting steps to determine which it is?

Stay away from 2017 charts. 100 % in a day is possible when manipulation but you are not a whale. Stay calm, 10 % for a little fish seems better than your yearly high with your banker. Protect your capital is the key.
We are not psychanalysts, but which do you prefer? Miss a 100% pump after protecting first10 % or loose your first 10 % gain expecting a 100 % move ? You got the answer …

Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) issues the first cryptocurrency license
Last November, the SFC unveiled new rules for regulating cryptocurrency exchanges in the region. Then OSL Digital Securities Ltd became the only company to apply for a license.
On August 25, the SFC tentatively approved an application for a license of a digital asset trading platform operator, but the company had a number of undisclosed conditions to meet.
And today, December 15, a press release was issued by BC Technology Group, of which OSL is a member, which states that it has finally obtained a license that allows the company to conduct regulated brokerage and automated digital asset trading services. In addition to Hong Kong's licenses, OSL has also applied to the Monetary Authority of Singapore for a digital asset license under the Payment Services Act.
First of all, the news is interesting because institutional investors will get access to trading Bitcoin, Ethereum and security tokens. This event is expected to generate interest from industry players to join the market.
Senator-Elect believes if fiat currency fails Bitcoin will come to the rescue.

Is RGB a new blockchain?
No.
Even taking into account the fact that RGB is based on bitcoin transaction graph (which, in turn, is based on bitcoin timechain), RGB itself is not a 'blockchain'. It’s a form of a DAG, where you don’t have the data on a complete state of the network, ever. From the moment you create a smart contract and transfer the state to some other party, you have neither the control over that state (only the new state owner has it), nor the information on how that state actually evolved.
For example, as an asset issuer you will never know, who are the owners of your issued assets. When you assign the state of the asset to some bitcoin transaction output, you don’t know which output it is, because the party that receives that data, provides you with the information about transaction output, blinded with random data. Taking into account that you don’t know that random data used for blinding, you can’t say which output you are paying to or transferring some rights to.
This is very different from the blockchain-based smart-contract paradigm, where you store the complete history of the blockchain. This is why we say that RGB is a partial-state smart-contract system (the first of its kind). It is still globally consistent, not contradicting the fact of this state partiality, due to the usage of single-use seals that enable reaching consensus on state validation. As a user, whenever I receive some state into my ownership and even without knowing the whole state of the system, I am still able to validate: - that this state of the system was not faked - that it has been uniquely committed - that there were no double spending events (even up to genesis of the asset issuer).
Social consensus on the client-side validation rules also makes it possible to be sure that every further owner of the asset will apply the same validation rules as I do. How? Every asset/state validation rules are defined by Schema at genesis level, meaning that every further owner of the asset still uses the same Schema to validate the history against. Thus, here Schema is actually the means to guarantee the social consensus on the validation.
