LND error: Unable to retrieve initial bootstrap peers: no addresses found

I'm not sure if this is the best place to post this or another forum? If so, please let me know the other forum.

I'm trying to set up a LN node on my pi using /u/stadicus guide. The lnd has finally downloaded the complete testnet bitcoin blockchain, but it can't find any peers. When I look at the system journal (sudo journalctl -f -u lnd), it keeps repeating:

lnd[2887]: 2019-01-01 21:25:16.903 [ERR] SRVR: Unable to retrieve initial bootstrap peers: no addresses found

I used his guide to this point and the lnd.conf he gave and have set up port forwarding with UPnP. Does anyone know why it can't find any peers?

Thanks

[uncensored-r/Bitcoin] Comparison between 3 mobile apps to purchase Bitcoin

The following post by Sony-vx1000 is being replicated because some comments within the post(but not the post itself) have been silently removed.

The original post can be found(in censored form) at this link:

np.reddit.com/r/ Bitcoin/comments/abl5qo

The original post's content was as follows:

December 31, 2018 5:00 PM
BTC Price via CMC: 3,732.18
BTC Price via Coinlib: 3,673.73
BTC Price via Google: 3,670.64

* I started this at work on December 31st, which is why all the information is from that day. Today, I was able to put it together for this post.

I have decided to do a comparison between three popular mobile apps to purchase Bitcoin with fiat. These apps are Coinbase, Abra and Cash App. This comparison is strictly for these three apps so don't bring up exchanges such as Coinbase pro, Gemini, etc. I want to do a simple and fair comparison between these mobile apps for people who want access to purchasing Bitcoin "quick and easy" from their mobile device. These apps also include the option to purchase other cryptos and currencies but this is solely focused on Bitcoin.

Here is the comparison of the three apps that I exported from an excel spreadsheet. It would've been better if I could embed the image in this post but it is what it is.

Screenshots from each app (all within minutes of each other) are provided here to show the price and how much BTC I would be receiving for each transaction.

Conclusion: The best app to use to get the most Bitcoin for your fiat is the Cash App. Using the deposited cash amount, you will get .0016473 (~$6.50) more BTC than Coinbase and .00038536 (~$1.44) more BTC than Abra (based off CMC price above). Depositing cash on the Cash App was instant and are able to receive Bitcoin to withdraw instantly. I usually use Abra because they had faster deposit times than Coinbase but now I will be making the switch to Cash App for that instant transfer. I only recently discovered the Cash app and was comparing fees and spreads. So I decided to post my results to help anyone else out who only used Coinbase prior or is in the process of researching new app options.

Disclaimer: This is based off my experience buying Bitcoin with USD and withdrawing it to another wallet / exchange. You can check the FAQ on all three websites for more information on fees and payment options, [COINBASE] [ABRA] [CASH APP]. Results may vary for you such as the time needed for verification or you may get rejected all together when creating an account. I'm not associated with any of these company's and as always, do your own research to further educate yourself before making a decison. The spreads and fees may change as well so I'm not sure if the Cash App will always be the best option. This comparison is rather simple but still gets the basic idea across which is, cheapest app to purchase Bitcoin from.

*\* Please leave a comment if I have provided any inaccurate information that is NOT RELATED TO YOUR EXPERIENCE or if I missed a relevant detail regarding one of the apps. We know some people dislike certain apps more than others but this guide can help other decide what route to take.

Analysis of Difficulty Control in Bitcoin and Proof-of-Work Blockchains

arXiv:1812.10792

Date: 2018-12-27

Author(s): Daniel Fullmer, A. S. Morse

Link to Paper

Abstract

This paper presents a stochastic model for block arrival times based on the difficulty retargeting rule used in Bitcoin, as well as other proof-of-work blockchains. Unlike some previous work, this paper explicitly models the difficulty target as a random variable which is a function of the previous block arrival times and affecting the block times in the next retargeting period. An explicit marginal distribution is derived for the time between successive blocks (the blocktime), while allowing for randomly changing difficulty. This paper also aims to serve as an introduction to Bitcoin and proof-of-work blockchains for the controls community, focusing on the difficulty retargeting procedure used in Bitcoin.

Merged Mining: Analysis of Effects and Implications

Date: 2017-08-24

Author(s): Alexei Zamyatin, Edgar Weippl

Link to Paper

Abstract

Merged mining refers to the concept of mining more than one cryptocurrency without necessitating additional proof-of-work effort. Merged mining was introduced in 2011 as a boostrapping mechanism for new cryptocurrencies and countermeasures against the fragmentation of mining power across competing systems. Although merged mining has already been adopted by a number of cryptocurrencies, to this date little is known about the effects and implications.

In this thesis, we shed light on this topic area by performing a comprehensive analysis of merged mining in practice. As part of this analysis, we present a block attribution scheme for mining pools to assist in the evaluation of mining centralization. Our findings disclose that mining pools in merge-mined cryptocurrencies have operated at the edge of, and even beyond, the security guarantees offered by the underlying Nakamoto consensus for extended periods. We discuss the implications and security considerations for these cryptocurrencies and the mining ecosystem as a whole, and link our findings to the intended effects of merged mining.

"Pay The F*ck Up": Hackers Threaten To Dump Secret 9/11 Attack Files If Bitcoin Ransom Not Met

Tue, 01/01/2019 - 17:30 - Zerohedge

A hacking collective known as The Dark Overlord announced on New Year's Eve that it had broken into the computer systems of a law firm and obtained files related to the September 11 attacks - threatening to publicly release a large cache of internal files unless a hefty ransom was paid, according to Motherboard.

A hacking collective known as The Dark Overlord announced on New Year's Eve that it had broken into the computer systems of a law firm and obtained files related to the September 11 attacks - threatening to publicly release a large cache of internal files unless a hefty ransom was paid, according to Motherboard.

Dark Overlord's demands targeted several insurers and legal firms, including Lloyds of London, Silverstein Properties and Hiscox Syndicates. It is unclear what exact files were stolen by the group, however the hacking collective tweeted "We'll be providing many answers about 9.11 conspiracies through our 18.000 secret documents leak from @HiscoxComms and others."

We'll be providing many answers about 9.11 conspiracies through our 18.000 secret documents leak from @HiscoxComms and others #thedarkoverlord #911hacked #hacking #leak #cybercrime

— thedarkoverlord (@tdo_h4ck3rs) December 31, 2018 "Hiscox Syndicates Ltd and Lloyds of London are some of the biggest insurers on the planet insuring everything from the smallest policies to some of the largest policies on the planet, and who even insured structures such as the World Trade Centers," the group's announcement reads.

According to a spokesperson for the Hiscox Group, the hackers had breached a law firm which advised the company and had likely stolen files linked to litigation tied to the 9/11 attacks.

"The law firm’s systems are not connected to Hiscox’s IT infrastructure and Hiscox’s own systems were unaffected by this incident. One of the cases the law firm handled for Hiscox and other insurers related to litigation arising from the events of 9/11, and we believe that information relating to this was stolen during that breach," the spokesperson told Motherboard in an email.

"Once Hiscox was informed of the law firm’s data breach, it took action and informed policyholders as required. We will continue to work with law enforcement in both the UK and US on this matter," they added.

The hacking group published a small set of letters, emails and other documents that mention various law firms, as well as the Transport Security Administration (TSA) and Federal Aviation Administration (The TSA could not provide a statement in time for publication, and the FAA told Motherboard in an email it was investigating.) Those documents themselves appear to be fairly innocuous, but the group says it may release more.

In its extortion note, The Dark Overlord included a link for a 10GB archive of files it allegedly stole. The group also provided a link to this archive to Motherboard before publishing its announcement. The cache is encrypted, but the hackers are threatening to release the relevant decryption keys, unlocking different sets of files at a time, unless the victims pay the hackers an undisclosed ransom fee in Bitcoin. -Motherboard

"Pay the fuck up, or we're going to bury you with this. If you continue to fail us, we'll escalate these releases by releasing the keys, each time a Layer is opened, a new wave of liability will fall upon you," reads the demand letter.

All of the AMA questions/comments from the darkoverlord re: 9/11 insurance leak extortion here

Q: This doesn't seem like something a group that uses the darkweb would do in public.

A: This is something we do. We can't speak for the others. This is our modus operandi. We like to do everything we can to squeeze every last coin out of our victims. We're financially motivated.

For everyone else asking why we're not dumping it all, we have. It's available to torrent.

Our official Press Release with more info is available here: pastebin.com/4F5R8QyQ

Q: 9.8 gigs seems a lot for just documents. Does it include videos or audio recordings? A: We're withholding anything that isn't text-readable for now.

Q: who did 9/11 in your opinion based on the docs? A: We don't really give a fuck. We want internet money.

We've already released a select few documents to serve as proof of our claims. We're about to change the fucking world. Edward Snowden's NSA leak will be pale in comparison.

Q: (ID: QYsiPYKc) A: When we deal with clients who have PoF, we provide such presentations.

We're quite wealthy, earning hundreds of BTC per year in profit from our systematic cyber-extortion. GCHQ coined that term for us. You can read their advisory about this organisation.

Q: Hi, thedarkoverlord, Have you considered that information may well be used crash the monetary system you hope to be compensated in? A: Fantastic question, mate. We're not concerned about that as we receive our payments only in internet money like Bitcoin. The monetary crash will be your problem. We always advise our clients to diversify and acquire different convertible currencies.

Q: Explain attack vector that lead to initial shell. Web based? Misconfigired service? Well known exploit? A: Nice try, Mandiant.

Q: How? You stated that your intent was to sell it to the highest bidder. That just means that it will get buried. A: We're financially motivated. We're not motivated by saving the planet.

Q: Waiting for overlords dead man switch A: We have several layers of 'dead man's switches' deployed. This is why the entire archive we'd plan to release is freely downloadable now. We're sitting on our high entropy master encryption keys that can be released through even a failure of the organisation.

Q: The thing is, I (and few others) are willing to pay. Provided that OP understands at least basics how such trades are executed. A: We're highly reputable, having sold hundreds of BTC worth of intellectual property, R&D, databases, and more. Our official contact details are in our office Press Release. Please contact us using PGP. We'll happily conform to your requirements to substantiate our loot.

Q: if you DO get paid then we can assume the world's not save because you'd not release them right? A: That's correct. We're not here to save the world. We're here to get paid internet money. We're not motivated by ego or charity, only money.

Q: Hey thedarkoverlord, give us something for free you poofters. A: We already have. Pay attention, fag.

For everyone speaking about the hack of a global insurer, you should understand how sophisticated litigation works. We're sitting on SSI and SCI from TSA, FBI, FAA, USDOJ, and others. Refer to our official PR for more information.

Q: Thoughts on Cicada 3301 and WikiLeaks? particularly who is behind Cicada? A: We don't speculate on other organisations. We focus on ourselves.

Q: Do you have a timeline you can disclose for releasing each layer? A: There is a timeline, but we can't share details about that.

Q: Your group could have chosen to privately auction this info to the same exact bidders you will likely get through these public antics. That makes me question your timing. Why disrupt our system of things and way of life now ( assuming your I do is as world changing as you state)? Why now? A: Tis the season.

Q: I don't give a shit what he wants I'll kick in 20 bucks for anything that peaks my interest one single doc to prove it's not a nothing burger with no strings attached I've been sitting on btc since 50 btc blocks. A: Ff you'd like to be the first person to purchase a single file or two from us, you're welcome to. We'd happily sell you something right now. Our Twitter has our e-mail on it. Get in contact, mate.

Q: what would anyone who is selling world shattering documents for millions of dollars try selling them on 4chan? A: We're not selling anything on 4chan. We're working SEO right now. Google 'thedarkoverlord' and see for yourself. It's driving a tremendous amount of traffic to our content. This is all calculated and pre-arranged.

Q: Fuck yeah based hackerman. I read the release, make those fuckers pay for breaking the deal. They should pay extra just for being so stupid to let you find anything in their network in the first place. Too easy probably, IT people are lazy as fuck. Get paid. A: We've probably hacked your company too.

Q: I'd be willing to chip in with others to see it if I was sure it would be world shaking info. Not something the average person would change the TV when it came up on the news. On a scale of 1-10 how system breaking is the info? A: You're the smart one here, asking the right questions. We'd say it's a 7.5, all things considered. Snowden may have been a 5.5, maybe a 6. More people care about 911 than USA spying. Now, our next release about UFOs, yeah, that's a 10 mate, but it's going to wait until we're done here. If you'd like to buy 911 documents from us, read the answers above.

Anyone can see ample proof on our official PR and our official Twitter @tdo_h4ck3rs. This is quiet real. We'd like to top Edward Snowden. Everyone saying they're coming for us: we know. GCHQ has published advisories about us and the Billings Gazette news publisher leaked the fact that the CIA and NSA event attempted to locate us last year in October after we closed down 50.000 students and 36 schools in an entire region of Montana for 7 days. This is readily available news.

Q: Actually appears legit. On a scale of 1 to 10, how likely do you think it is that your leak could cause a former-sitting president to get lynched? Also, hope your DMS shoots to a Blockchian. A: We'd rather not say, for fear of his safety.

We'll be sharing a few new screencaps momentarily, to stir the pot a bit.

Q: why are you doing ransom instead of exploiting this information for insider trading A: We're experts in systematic cyber-extortion, according to GCHQ. We do what we're best at.

Q: Do you have anything really damaging on Hillary or Obama? A: We're unwilling to answer this question.

Q: Holy kek, FreeBSD is one of the most insecure OS, no joke. A: We utilise Windows Embedded.

Q: That's a bit of a lame answer. Why pick a risky strategy like cyber extortion, when you can stay under the radar, and do insider trading from a beach in Asia? A: We don't discuss out TTPs in public.

Q: So given your financial motivation, is it safe to assume you’re “group” is more anarchy than order? That is to say, are you looking to shift power, take power, or destroy power? A: We're not interested in power, only internet money.

Q: Their answer here will actually clue in their degree of technical competency. I'd add - justify why it will reach this price. A: We haven't shared a price, at all. Depending on what a buyer would like, we adjust our offer.

Q: Iron Mountain is a military base. Why is a WTC Insurer shredding documents on it? A: Great question. We'll direct you to ur official PR which details it. We'll quote the issue for you below:

"When major incidents like the WTC 911 incident happen, part of the litigation must involve SSI (Sensitive Security Information) and SCI (Special Compartment Information) from the likes of the FBI, CIA, TSA, FAA, DOD, and others being introduced into evidence, but of course this can't become public, for fear of compromising a nation's security, so they temporarily release these materials to the solicitor firms involved in the litigation with the strict demand they're destroyed after their use and that remain highly protected and confidential to only be used behind closed doors. However, humans aren't perfect and many of these documents don't become destroyed, and when thedarkoverlord comes along hacking all these solicitor firms, investment banks, and global insurers, we stumble upon the juiciest secrets a government has to offer."

Q: Hey do you take hack requests? I have a couple of bitcoins... A: Visit our official Twitter @tdo_h4ck3rs where our contact details are readily available. We operate on a strict protocol and often times require bonding.

Q: why leak on new years eve A: Because it forces about a dozen Fortune 500 companies in the UK and USA to build damage control and COA plans on their New Years holiday, robbing them of any pleasure and bringing in their new year at a new low.

Q: if i purchase the doc's, whats stopping me uploading it everywhere? will you guys get annoyed? A: Once we're paid, they're yours. You do as we you wish. We couldn't care any less.

Q: yeah has there been any strange shit happening that makes you think they're on to you or that you've being targetted already? A: Other than them telling victims to pay us because it's the best move to save their arses, we sleep like babies.

Q: Likes, kind of a career ending big heist, don't you think? A: We already live like the ending of a great heist movie, on warm beaches with loads of internet money. We're quite happy.

Q: Why do you care about their pleasure or them starting new year at all time low, thought this was all just business? A: It's all business. Psychologically, they're most vulnerable when this process is used and it resutls in higher success rates for us.

Q: Apparently the guy they caught was in Serbia. A: A complete random stranger.

Q: The question about crypto was good, do you have any predictions about BTC next year and do you think it's still the best currency to invest in? A: We predict we'll earn even more BTC. As our clients are paying us while we have them bent over a barrel, we always advise them to buy up for their personal portfolios.

Q: Do you have a deadman set up A: We do.

New to seedboxes, need help

  • What is your budget per month?
    • 20€/$ max
  • How much disk space do you need?
    • >1TB, best price/value. Want to add G Drive anyway.
  • Are you looking for shared or dedicated seedbox?
    • shared is fine as long as it can stream 2-5 clients at once
  • Particular uses, streaming? VPN? One-click ease? Racing?
    • definitively one-click ease. Streaming+data extension via G Drive. VPN is a plus

  • What is the primary reason for getting a seedbox? DMCA? Ratio? Wife discovered Porn? Please expand.
    • Its cheaper than homebrew and safer.
  • Location (yours and/or the vendors)? Most seedboxes are concentrated in Europe (France, Netherlands, Germany)
    • Central europe, NL preferred.
  • Particular speed (100M, 1G, 10G, Ludicrous Speed, etc)? Slow, fast, fastest.
    • 1G is totally fine
  • Do you use public trackers extensively?
    • I would like to use torrent as fallback (usenet preferred). Since i don't have private trackers and no interest in seeding, public trackers will be used
  • How much experience do you have with seedboxes, linux, and alike? Need a lot of handholding?
    • Seedboxes, just tried UBS. Linux: lower end of mediocre. I can follow CLI tutorials and troubleshoot basics, but not more
  • Is your location problematic? e.g. I'm at university. I'm one of three people on the island of Yap.
    • no, but the more security the better.
  • Particular payment methods the vendor needs to accept: bitcoin, paypal, paysafecard, Turkish Lire?
    • bitcoin and paysafecard preferred.
  • Particular content: Games, TV shows, Anime; Movies; Remuxes; the oeuvre of Fatty Arbuckle?
    • Movies, TV
  • Using problemsome trackers like public ones or challenging trackers like RED and CHD?
    • i use only whats necessary.
  • Any idea on how much bandwidth you need a month? 1TB; 3TB; 30TB?
    • probably <1TB
  • Are you a paranoiac, need special safety assurances?
    • Reasonable security preferred.
  • Other more unique requirements? You want to run a website too; Azureus is your favorite client, can't live without it; Or god forbid you really, really need Windows.
    • Musts: rclone (Gdrive integration), Sonarr, Lidarr, Radarr, Jackett (and all the fancy stuff which comes with it) any Torrent client and OCH client.

So i tried UBS and i really liked it. Its absolutely easy to setup and is more snappy than my homebrew setup. I have read tons about my options and reviews on the internet, but i am not sure if UBS is the right fit for me. Now that i tried out most of what i want to do with UBS i experienced my first problem with it: It does not seem to work nicely with torrents with public trackers. I can't get any reasonable download speed on my torrents. Thats something i would not have thought, but apparently, there is no way around ( i made another post about this 2 days ago).

Now additionally i found some other more things which i do have questions about and i cant really figure out on my own. Some seedbox suppliers are really restrictive with their infos on what they can provide. Its not that easy to compare, i think.

Things i am unsure about:

  • PlexGuide is for "root users" right? For people with shared or dedicated boxes who will install most of their stuff on their own, right? Whats the disadvantage with seedboxes though? I know many don't have root access and worse performance of no dedicated server is used, but since i am on a small scale, that should be fine.
  • Question for all seedboxes: will it be possible to add a GDrive into the pre-installed plex server folders? Or would the preinstalled plex somehow have troubles with that mount? Can i even use encrypted rclone mounts on these boxes by default? I know it works with plex because it works with plexguide. But i am still not sure about the whole encryption stuff.
  • Plex and Cloudflare/CDN. What is it and why do i need it? I am a bit confused about this. Some boxes provide this, some don't.
  • I would need about 2-5 streams at the same time max. Even fewer transcoding. Those seedboxes don't really tell what they are capable off. But i am ruling out dedicated servers and dedicated VPS because i think i really don't need the power
  • SSL on UBS: Can only get it to work on Sabnzbd. Is this usual practice? I would at least like my endpoints to be on secure (i would say ombi in this case, but i acually really like to use radarr and sonarr by itself)

That said, i would like to try out cloudboxes.io I like that they have many apps but also root access and explicitly express mounting options. It seems to me, that they can cover it all. Only drawback is a smaller drive, which i can compensate using external mounting. What i also dislike is, that i cannot find anywhere where their business and their servers are located.

What is your experience with cloudboxes.io and what would you recommend me to go for?

Thanks

Comparison between 3 mobile apps to purchase Bitcoin

Student’s Coin & Technology

bitJob’s technology merges the benefits of micro-gigs and freelancer-centric bidding sites with Ethereum Blockchain, creating the first Hybrid Blockchain Project that allows for peer-to-peer connection with employers and students.

Welcome to the STU Ecosystem

Student tokens, also known as STU, are based on Ethereum Blockchain and are used to Reward & Make payments inside the bitJob app. STU tokens can be earned on the platform or purchased on exchanges.

The purpose of this hybrid model was to speed up and improve the adoption of the idea during the initial crowdfunding phase and serve as a catalyst for user acquisition during the platform development phase. Although a decentralized paradigm is the ultimate goal, slow adoption of the blockchain technology should be temporarily substituted by solutions that are familiar to the average internet user. Internet users today expect online services to be fast, with intuitive interfaces that are accessible via mobile devices. This dictates our approach, which provides these two technologies, simultaneously. With the adoption of the platform and new developments in blockchain technology users can seamlessly switch to decentralized solutions. Once users show familiarity with the platform by way of satisfactory adoption, they will be encouraged to interact through the blockchain component, which will allow them to pay for services with cryptocurrency and earn income through the usage of the crypto economy

bitJob will facilitate the provision of freelancing services through an online platform. Participants who offer a service (most often one which can be delivered online) will register using the system (as ‘service providers’) and offer their availability to do work in a way which is categorized by the platform. Participants who seek certain services will register as ‘service consumers’ and will either contact ‘service providers’ through the search function or will enter a request for services. Bidding on services and setting requests for services will give participants the ability to interact and find mutual agreements regardless to what demand and supply are available. The platform will provide mechanisms to ensure that, upon agreement, sufficient money is kept in escrow, so that the service provider is always paid, unless, of course, there are issues with their provision of service, in which case the platform will offer conflict resolution methods. Users will be able to rate each other, so frivolous or unreasonable ratings will not have the ability to proliferate for any significant length of time. Users, on the ‘service providers’ end, who collect negative ratings, may be subjected to higher fees. The Company business model is based on generating revenue through fees applied to both service providers and service consumers (not including students).

bitJob HYBRID MarketPlace Flowchart bitJob User Signup & Authenticity Process The following flowchart represents our vision for the bitJob HYBRID architecture for our marketplace, which will be handled both by centralized servers (using fiat traditional currency payment method) and decentralized infrastructure (infrastructure (registration & identity, fees, distribution for affiliates, etc’). The Chart below shows bitJob’s formal Token (STU), and the allocation methods for the token holders & affiliates. More explanation about the STU token and its utility can be found in Section 3 (STU).

Using the Ethereum protocol allowed us to build this great application, and to remove the need to “blindly trust” server administrators. Thanks to its transparent properties, we now have a strong authentication, identification, better verifiability and micro-transactions for our payments and affiliates fees distribution. In the sketch below, we have decided to clarify the user sign-up process which has different aspects of authentications. bitJob Student (Identify Requester) - At this stage, the requester (student) will fill in the needed data at the bitJob UI application. The UI application will make sure the Student is a legitimate entity by analyzing the supplied data as a proof of ownership. bitJob User UI Application - a proof of identify will be sent from the UI Application to the student members list storage (this will be the student ID number). The storage will then return the UI Application an approval for the authenticated data.

We built a fantastic affiliate program that will strengthen the relationship between bitJob and the students: students’ unions will receive a commission from each transaction their students engage in. We have launched pilot agreements with leading student associations in Israel, in addition to a number of employers who were more than happy to participate. We are also negotiating with several leading job search engines to ensure a continuous flow of quality jobs. Student unions around the world constantly engage in programs for professional internships with leading employers. In order to get as many students as possible to our marketplace, we created the ultimate incentive with our affiliate program. It’s a win-win setup that will play a critical part in bitJob’s success. Our focus on small online student jobs will attract players in the field of employee recruitment who are in pursuit of the next generation.

In initial phase of this project, we were asked why we want to use blockchain technology for something that doesn’t obviously benefit from using the technology. Although the benefits are not instantly visible, they are quite convincing when they are spelled out.

When money is moved between accounts using traditional methods, it can cost anywhere between 2% to 10% of the transaction amount. The cost of moving money on the blockchain can be in the vicinity of 0.01%. If someone could capture the difference between the current cost of settling transactions and the blockchain cost, the transfer of $1 million in revenue would produce between $20,000 and $100,000 in savings just by switching to blockchain. In certain countries, those transaction fees might be even higher, and it can take several days to process them due to restrictions and local limitations—e.g., PayPal is not offered everywhere, and in some areas, transactions are held for many days before they appear in the recipient account. In the very near future, blockchain technologies will be replacing existing client server architectures. By having already incorporated blockchain into our platform, we can take advantage of new ideas and trends rapidly, while other providers will just be starting to look into solutions in that space. A cryptocurrency crowdfunding campaign is possible when building a decentralized system. Additional funding can be obtained through communities associated with cryptocurrencies. Although it’s not implemented in the STU Token model, the concept of mining is strictly related to the blockchain. Through the mining process, with either proof of stake or proof of work, new coins can be created and distributed to the contributing community. As mentioned, this is not part of the current STU token model but will be considered in the future and can be deployed upon additional token symbol creation. There is no need to create a legal entity if someone wants to reach markets in other countries. The platform can function in any country without a legal presence, as cryptocurrencies have no such regulations or requirements. There is no need for bitJob to spend money on hardware, infrastructure, or tech staff. Platforms such as Ethereum offer said infrastructure, which has minimal cost only when used. Any new technological advances within the Ethereum community will be available to the platform as soon as they are created. It would be impossible for a business that facilitates freelance

bitJob will partner up with certain external service providers to enable users to purchase their services with STU tokens.

• Affiliates sending referrals will be offered commission in STU tokens.

• Users will be able to form groups on the platform for collaboration and collective engagement.

• Evangelists: Receive fees for introducing bitJob to new educational organizations. This is part of the Global ambassadors program the company will build for its first-year expansion.

• A registration STU gift will be given to every new registrant on the platform, as a promotional registration bonus.

• Developers: will be able to form groups on the platform for collaboration and collective engagement.

The bitJob (STU) Token is a token on the Ethereum platform. Its design follows widely adopted token implementation standards. This makes the token easy to manage using existing solutions, including the Ethereum Wallet.

• Maximum number of tokens created during crowdfunding campaign: 200,000,000 (100%)

• Sending 1 Ether to the bitJob account will create Approx. 888 STU. (Based on Ether price during the preparation of this document). •

• Tokens will be transferable once the crowdfunding is successfully completed.

• The amount of STU coins per 1 Ether might vary due to movement in Ether price. The final values will be determined at the beginning of Emission day and can also be modified during the sale. According to the Terms & Agreements that will be published on our CrowdFund page.

• The bitJob token (STU) crowdfunding campaign emission will be distributed in the following way:

• Some of the reserved marketing tokens will be used for bounties paid for the following marketing campaigns: translation and forum, moderators, newsletter subscriptions, Bitcoin Talk signatures, Twitter campaigns, Facebook likes, and blog posts.

• More details about our bounty campaign will be given on our social media or through our blog posts on Medium.

• Our Presale & ICO Terms & Conditions will be published prior to the events through our channels
