USER REVIEW: Palm Beach Crypto Income Quarterly & Confidential Newsletters by Teeka

REVIEW: PALM BEACH Crypto Income Quarterly, and the Confidential by Teeka Tiwari

I have been a subscriber Palm Beach publications by Teeka Tiwari now for over 2 years! How time flies my friends. What I wanted to do is give you a little review about the Palm Beach services and options that I paid a king's ransom for and let you know if they are worth it or not.

In complete transparency, I really like Teeka. I think he's a great guy who has a wonderful perspective on the cryptocurrency market based on his years dealing with legacy markets and wall street. While you will hear many online call him a scammer or pump and dump group guy these are mainly broke people who are angry that they can never make a good decision in life and / or they can not afford the services. Sadly, crypto has morphed into a cesspool of not only bad scammy projects (thousands of them - just look on coinmarketcap, wow) but also really bad scammy angry nasty people! It's a shame because when I got into bitcoin in 2014 it was not this way. We were all united. But greed gets in the way I guess of kindness.

Anyway, after making a lot of money in bitcoin btc I felt like I was really missing out on the bigger runs that were being generated in the alt coins. There was ETH and XRP both exploding upward of 900,000% and I missed the boat!!! Uggg such a horrible feeling. I had no idea what to buy - all I knew was that my bitcoin was doing well for me. But how much more bitcoin could I have had if I just capitalized on just ONE of these altcoin run ups? It pains me to this day to think about it.

With that said I have done extremely well. When I first heard about Teeka, I was probably like you- someone who had seen the presentation and said: This sounds too good to be true. But I also realized that the numbers do not lie! How could i argue with him buying ETH at $3 or Antshares (now NEO) at 0.10 (ten cents) which went up to $1,400 and $198 respectively!? It's all documented and he already had many subscribers getting filthy rich on his calls!! Again, uggg, that I wasn't a part of it. So I joined!

To date there have been some ups and some downs with the calls. Then again we are in a nasty bear market (and hopefully about to break out here for good soon!) But here's one thing I'll say about the Palm Beach picks: all the projects he picked over the past few years are ALL still working and moving their respective project forward. None have gone busto or run out of money. In hindsight he did great due diligence on these projects and I feel many of them will come out of the fire more tried and tempered strong by the furnace that was this ugly bear market. The price has suffered on a lot of them - but the fundamental stories remain strong for most of the selections he's made over the years. This matters greatly in a bear which has decimated lesser projects and sent the founders running from authorities or just walking away from projects and shutting the doors. Not with the Palm Beach selections! They are all still banging out innovations. And that's a lot more than you can say about the rest of crypto, or venture capital, in general! Teeka has been like a stalwart friend in a storm helping guiding people through the tempest and even profiting on many coins too (one recent PBC call was up 400%+ not too shabby!)

I'm convinced that many of these projects will soar to new heights , and if they don't that's ok too because it only takes one or two huge winners like his previous calls of Antshares to make you incredibly wealthy as if you were buying bitcoin at $10 or $20 dollars. This is the time to get in and start buying up his recommendations; some which are well below the recommended buying range. Remember Teeka often meets with the project teams in their offices and vets everything. He has a team of people who scrutinize all aspects of these projects - soup to nuts. I certainly couldn't do this adequately and as often enough, alone! And i'm pretty much a crypto expert! So what does that tell you? We all need help. And Palm Beach provides this in spades.

Teeka offers Two crypto products now (which I have full access to): one is the Palm Beach Confidential (monthly newsletter, buy/sell alerts, market updates, wallet-coin and exchange updates) to keep you apprised of all types of things like coin swaps and how to and where to move your coins at times. Understand that crypto is complex and changing a lot and PBC is an invaluable tool to help you keep you head straight and your crypto / money safe! Then there is the Crypto Income Quarterly; this might be my new favorite. Honestly I haven't looked at this one much over the last year because i was so busy with trading, however... I have to say this publication is incredible in that it gives out information on the top staking and dividend coins and projects and provides instructions of exactly what you need to do to stake the coins to earn residual income. I'm a bit ashamed I haven't taken the time to do more due diligence this past year with this one - some are up BIG.

So, why am I offering a review of these publications and testimony of Teeka being a good guy? Well, for one I really do like Teeka, lol...i do! I think he's a good guy and Palm Beach puts out great products and he gets an unfair rap sometimes by the aforementioned broke angry group I mentioned, and that's simply not fair. I also take abuse from people regularly in crypto who learn I'm a subscriber. Imagine the hatred and angst in these people!? Haters! (BTW almost all of them are broke and jaded) But no time for that. I'm simply stating that the publications are wonderful , and while they will not guarantee that you will make a ton of money they will certainly be a compass for you in a storm of bad misinformation. We are adults here right? But remember that crypto has some of the worst propaganda and promotion and scammers the world has ever seen, and having Teeka Tiwari (and me) on your side isn't a bad thing! Vires in Numeris: "Strength in numbers".

I'm also writing this because I'm open to share the the exorbitant costs of it with a few people who who may have wanted this but either couldn't afford it, or simply thought the ridiculous price tag was too much. I do not agree with the exorbitant fee they put on these publications and I believe having access to good info is one of the keys to being successful in such a wild west market as cryptocurrency. By agreeing to SHARE the costs of this publication with me you'd also get thrown the additional value of my consult and guidance (if you need it) as an expert in the cryptocurrency space. Between both a palm beach share and the availability of my guidance and expertise, it should (not i didn't say guarantee) help you make better and more profitable financial decisions for yourself and your family.

Ok, that's it! Hopefully you can get the sense that I'm legit and open and honest about my 2++ year experience with Palm Beach services and nearly 6 years in crypto! I think once you talk to me you'll see I pass the sniff test on my crypto expertise and knowledge with flying colors and you’ll be anxious to have me on your side. We might not agree on what's the real bitcoin, LOL, but you won't be able to argue that I know how to keep your crypto SAFE and how to avoid scams and I'll always share with you my true opinions on everything - even Teeka's recommendations (if you want my opinion on certain ones that is) . If you'd like to talk further about sharing the palm beach subscriptions with me and help underwrite the costs and make it more affordable for both of us this year, please contact me here via private message. You can do that by going to my profile (click on my name here) and selecting "more options" and then "send message". Ok that's it. Hope to hear from you soon.

I still have not split Bitcoin SV from my Electron Cash wallet.

Bitcoin SV’s website gives instructions on how to split Bitcoin SV from the Electron Cash wallet:

https://bitcoinsv.io/coin-splitting-guides-for-bitcoin-sv/

If I follow their instructions, will I risk losing any of my Bitcoin Cash?

In fact, I haven't split Bitcoin Gold yet, from my Electrum wallet in 2017. (I sent all of my Bitcoin out of my Electrum wallet to an exchange to trade it for Electron Cash.) After I’ve split the coins into 3 coins (Bitcoin Gold, Bitcoin SV and Bitcoin Cash), do I need to be burdened with 3 wallets? Is there a wallet that is secure, reputable, can store all 3 coins offline (like the way Electrum did) and let me keep the private keys and seeds?

Nathaniel Luz: Thank you for all that you have done for the Dash community, and for bringing Dash to Nigeria. Have you thought about contacting Nairaex , maybe forming a partnership with them, and encouraging them to add Dash?

Hello Nathaniel, and hello felllow Dash community members:

Nairaex is a large Bitcoin exchange in Nigeria: https://nairaex.com/

Nathaniel, have you ever thought of contacting Nairaex, perhaps forming a partnership with them, and encouraging them to offer Dash? (in parallel with Bitfxt. I'm not sure if nairaex and bitfxt are directly competitors, but maybe it would be good for both if Nairex added Dash?)

I would actually love to help with this, but I only come to Nigeria on occasion, so it would actually be much harder for me to talk to Nairaex than someone with "boots on the ground".

Fellow Dash community members, if you have never visited Nigeria, it is an amazing country. The people are incredibly friendly, the food is amazing, and the cost of living is much lower than many other countries.

I have visited several times, the most recent being about a month ago, and the rate of development is breathtaking. On a visit to Nigeria last year, I visited the Hard Rock cafe in Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria: http://allinnigeria.com/listing/hard-rock-cafe-lagos/

I have visited several malls in Nigeria, went grocery shopping, got my haircut, and here are some of my observations:

The bad (IMO):

  • electricity is not reliable: it goes out several times per day.
  • there is poverty, both at an individual and institutional level, and the associated ills: some bad roads, some poor services, poor tap water quality etc.

The good (IMO):

  • Nigeria is a massively consuming nation: cars, food, consumer electronics (e.g. tvs smartphones, laptops etc.). Toyota seems to be the dominant car manufacturer: I would say that 7 out of 10 cars that I saw on the road were Toyota.
  • You can hire a driver to drive you around all day for relatively small amounts of money, making Nigeria a pretty good tourist destination as long as you (and/or your guide) know who and where to avoid.
  • A lot of Nigerians tend to be perfectionists, valuing quality over speed. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A HAIRCUT LIKE THE ONE I RECEIVED IN NIGERIA. It was in an Shoprite shopping mall. They took almost an hour cutting my hair. Once the cut was done, the barber took a razor blade, and carefully lined everything up. Black barbers in the United States are amazing, but even there, I have never had a barber pay as much attention-to-detail as the Nigerian barber did.

This is why I so commend Nathaniel. I have never met him (I wish that I could have when I went last month). He is brilliant, and I saw many people like him during my visits: smart, hardworking, dedicated, humble, kind etc. In other words, the Nigerian culture has a lot of balance: hard work is important, but so is respecting your elders, and caring about your family members. Everything is not about efficiency and maximizing the use of time. It is okay to sometimes take things slowly to get them right the first time.

It would be very good for Dash to gain a foothold in Nigeria. When leaving Nigeria via Murtala Muhammed INTL. Airport in Lagos last month, I noticed a lot more foreigners than on any of my previous trips, of very diverse descents: African-American, European, Asian, Indian etc. Perhaps more importantly, the age ranges were also very diverse. I saw large groups of people who appeared to be in their early twenties, and others in their 30s/40s who probably work for foreign companies who have operations in Nigeria. I could see a future where a lot of foreigners come to Nigeria and spend A LOT of money there. A decentralized form of payment like Dash would be EXTREMELY helpful.

There are too many ongoing Nigerian projects for me to name them all, but here are some significant ones:

Ekko Atlantic: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eJr3WI5cF7U

There is also a free trade zone being developed in the Lekki/Eleko beach area of Nigeria. A new airport will be built there as well: https://www.tripadvisor.com/Attraction_Review-g2492082-d13108001-Reviews-Eleko_Beach-Lekki_Lagos_State.html

Jan 2020 AMA transcript.

Huge thanks to everyone who made it to our AMA on Tuesday night! Some really great questions and insights all around! We'll push to do something similar on a regular basis. For those who couldn't be there and want to catch up, here's a sightly edited for readability transcript of the Q's and A's!

Q; When will Dune be listing (on a bigger exchange)?
A; Thanks for being here and this first question. We're acting to ensure Dune is listed in a larger exchange by the end of the first semester. It's not a decision we're taking lightly and won't rush, so we'll only move forward with the right partner. Rest assured it is part of the roadmap for the near future.

Q; Hi team, about being a Bitcoin sidechain, do you have any technical stuff to share with us?
A; We are still very early in this topic, there are many issues with becoming a Bitcoin sidechain, some of them are technical, some of them are on the business side, as we will need to get more partners to create trust...
...at this point, our plans are to make Bitcoin, or "DBTC", a native coin on Dune, but Dune will still remain the main token for fees Every account and contract will have both Dune and DBTC balances, and contracts will be able to work with both tokens

Q; At present, do Dune have some customers to develop application/smart contract for their use case (web 3.0) ? There is dev team, they are focused on development, is this step done for pertinent use case on collaboration with customers (agile dev)?
A; We were really focusing our last months developing to get Dune working like it is right now. Customer acquisition wasn't our focus. Now that we’re live in production and stable, we’re starting discussions and have some pro active and interesting leads. Phase 1 was about building and launching. Phase 2 starts now, in 2020, with usage, dApps and customers joining along the way.

Q;Have Dune enough investments actually in order to achieve 2020 main objectives?
A; The Dune Foundation have been selling tokens in Jun 2019 and November 2019 in order to finance its development. Last private round to our strategic investors was priced at $0.05. We are still using these funds, and starting projects with customers to get more funds for the Origin Labs team.

Q; If I'm a company, why I will choose Dune to develop my web3.0 contract and not tezos? If both are existing? What is our advantage?
A; It's a large topic :) We have been working at making Dune easier to use for such projects. We have developed tools such as Metal (the browser extension), that can already be used to ease Dapps. We are also adding features for private deployments (projects may want to have the possibility to switch between using the public blockchain or a private one), permissioning and confidentiality for example. Love will also be a big step, it adds many features that Michelson lacks: possibility to use code from other contracts (libraries), to call "viewers" on other contracts (easier than asynchronous calls between contracts), etc. but keeping the same advantages (strong static typing and formal semantics to decrease bugs) .... ...we have a really great team, technically we have one of the best, our business partner is really good and we are open to discussion with other blockchain and different projects. This is really exciting to talk with others and start partnership. and you guys know that we are here online (discord, medium, etc.) to help people.

Q; Is Dune team confident? Have you face any brake or any slow-down or all is going the way you wanted this project go and in time you planned it?
A; Still 100% motivated and focused on building :) As said previously, we're preparing phase 2: companies onboarding, maturation of existing tools, DApps development, standardization, ... The team are friends since decades and enjoy working together everything :)

Q; Thanks for answers, I would like to know also when the upgrade is expected to be done?

A; We are doing the last tests of the upgrade, and we will announce it before the end of the week, to happen in the first days of February. The upgrade will contain the first release of Love.

Q; Are you collaborating with Polkadot project at the moment?

A; We appreciate a lot the Polkadot team, they have been at The Garage several times for meetups and other events, we also discussed with members of the Parity team. We have also discussed with the Tendermint team. Polkadot and Cosmos are high as our targets for interoperability.

Q ;Is it upgrade mandatory if we are only baker? Any limit date to upgrade as I will be off on the first 2 week of February with limited access to the Internet.
A; Yes, it will be mandatory to upgrade the baker. The code will be published this week, so you will have 2 weeks before the upgrade to restart your baker. You will just need to launch both a baker for Athen and Babylon+

Q; When the governance is going to be create? And when its role will be necessary ?

A; The onchain governance is planned for September 2020.

Q; I understand that new code, 2 bakers will need to be started? During the transition period?

A; Yes, the baker for Athen will stop automatically when Babylon+ will be activated, and the Babylon+ baker will start baking blocks at that point. There is no problem running both for 2 weeks before the upgrade block.

Q; Thanks..Other subject, what about the burning of not claimed coins? Did the Team is able to communicate something about it?
A; We are going to announce soon that undelegated tokens from the airdrop are going to be slowly burnt. It is already implemented in the next upgrade, and should start a few cycles after the upgrade.

Q; What, if any, fallout has there been from the "board member sell-off" scandal? That all happened well over a month ago. Things have been very quiet since then. What is the current state of all that happened?
A; After our investigation, we decided to stop working with the board member, and all the tokens held by the dev/biz teams have been locked for 4 years (see https://medium.com/@dune_network/long-term-stability-on-dune-network-8d1c82c83b6d ).

Q; Hi guys, thanks for the AMA. Quick question. What are the tools Dune is working on/ is going to be working on to interact with other Defi projects?
A; This is definitely an important topic for us. We are working on the infrastructure to facilitate the interaction, we are also working on token standard, stable coin, metal browser extension, etc. We are now ready to answer to the demands.

Q; What will happen to my tokens which are on the dune wallet?

A; If you have delegated your tokens, they will not be burnt. By the way, they are not on Dune Wallet, they are on the blockchain, and they can be accessed from any wallet.

Q; So, in order not to loose my tokens I need to delegate them?
A; Dune is a proof-of-stake network, holders of tokens have to participate in the network for the good health of the network. Holders should either run their own baker, or delegate to an existing baker, to make the network stronger, so yes.

Q; If my dune coin are not baking or not delegate . But have recent withdraw, will it be burnt? What is the condition for a token to be burnt?
A; We will give all the details in the post at the end of this week. Only accounts that have never done a transfer and are not delegated will be burnt, and the burn will be slow (about 10% every month).

Q; Dune Notarize dapp was discussed in Stakerdao telegram. Perhaps Dune project can collaborate with Stakerdao in the future?
A; We were not aware about that, but we are open to collaboration like we said.

Q; As a C/C++/PHP/Go/Python/JS programmer, I find ocaml to be extremely difficult to comprehend. The syntax is so far removed from these "traditional languages". Are there plans to create any "higher level" languages that are more familiar to developers? I ran through the CryptoZombies tutorial on ETH and it was amazingly simple and easy to understand because Solidity is so close to JS.
A; Yes, Liquidity already has ReasonML (a JS like syntax). This will compile down to both Michelson and and Love. There are also plans to add more native smart contract languages in Python and/or Solidity syntaxes ...

Q; Any chance in making a pegged BEP3?
A; We will probably implement something around these lines for Bitcoin, every DBTC will be pegged on the Bitcoin blockchain

Q; So Dune aims to become a Bitcoin sidechain and to bring smart contracts to Bitcoin that way. What projects are competitors? Rootstock?
A; RST and Liquid are similar projects, but they don't bring the reliability/viability of Dune yet, they have started before us, they are a good source of inspiration.

Q; With the plan to burn unclaimed/undelegated tokens, is there a plan to change the current bond ratio required from bakers? Also, should we assume the burn (10%/month) will impact the calculation of staking ratio
A; 1) not currently, 2) this will impact the global staking ratio but will not make bakers over-delegated

Q; How coins will be burnt? There balance will progressively disappear without any transaction?
A; Yes.

Q; When is the next fundraiser for your angel investors? can we know a little more about future partnerships?

A; There is no open fundraiser for the moment. Public partnerships are already known (The garage for instances), Ongoing ones will be announced in due time

Q; Dune has what I believe are truly some of the best devs in this space, hence my involvement. What is the business side roadmap? What will 2020 bring? What are the main focuses going ahead, and what foreseeable obstacles are there to overcome Next steps for The Garage? When will we begin to see incubation, on-boarding of projects, etc?

A; There are already projects being onboarded in The Garage, and we have already started working with some of them on Dune. 2020 will be an exciting year, 2019 was the year of birth, we hope 2020 will be the year for Dune to enter the grown-up age.
