CZ himself said that “The day after the halving, the bitcoin price won’t double overnight. But the year after the halving, bitcoin price hits multiple ATHs.“ That‘s actually very true.
As we continue our journey close and closer onto the next big and most certainly the biggest Crypto event ever, The Bitcoin Halving. Right now just 14% of this epoche is left (one epoche is the period between the Halvings), so we are truly as close as ever to our potentially next big catalyst that has been awaited for literally this whole bear market as some glimpse of hope.
But now even the CEO of the biggest Crypto exchange is getting all excited for the next Bitcoin Halving and has actually said some realistic we all should agree on:
Just after Binance added a Halving countdown to their homepage, CZ gave his thoughts on the Bitcoin Halving and the main takeaways being: The months leading up to the Halving will include a lot of hype, there won‘t be any major price-change for BTC on the very days of the Halving, just a few months later BTC will actually start hitting All-time highs and will rage on in a bull market more like one year after the initial Halving.
While I barely agree with CZ, I do have to say that he is 100% in the right here. People expecting the Halving itself to cause some major price-gains clearly are not looking at the history and structure of those events. Instead we should not be hyping it up too much to just be disappointed about no immediate price gains

According to a recent announcement on the X platform, the Litecoin Foundation said that the Litecoin network has just processed its 180 millionth transaction ahead of its 12th anniversary.
In August, Litecoin had its third halving event, which saw the block reward halved to 6.25 LTC. The next block reward halving is predicted to occur in approximately 1,400 days.
