Is Ov Iframes Legit or a Scam

Ov Iframes market to some other kind of resource market, require certain measures of liquidity to appropriately work in an effective way. Market creators are significant donors in giving this fundamental liquidity. Essentially, what market producers do is play the two sides of an exchange. This implies they quote an offer and ask cost on a solitary resource.

Trades give a stage to the market creators to rival each other in offering the tightest spreads to brokers. Market creators intend to benefit from the spread estimating between the offer and ask costs. Additionally, market creators can acquire benefits from making exchanges on their own records. This is alluded to as chief exchanging. Ov Iframes technique for exchanging which robotized digital money bots use is specialized exchanging. This is presumably the most well-known strategy utilized via robotized exchanging programming. Specialized exchanging includes examining recorded value information and afterward considering in current economic situations to foresee future market developments which can bring about beneficial exchange arrangements.

Ov Iframes will do this by searching for specific outline designs as they arise in the business sectors. Additionally, merchants will utilize specialized pointers, which are exchanging apparatuses which measure certain quantitative measurements identified with value activity on a digital currency. Some generally utilized specialized pointers are Moving Average Convergence Divergence, basic moving midpoints, outstanding moving midpoints, Fibonacci levels and Relative Strength Index.

Ov Iframes you would need to perform specialized investigation continuously, it tends to be testing and tedious. Nonetheless, with a robotized exchanging bot, this won't be the situation. The high level exchanging calculation will do the entirety of the market investigation for you and will execute productive exchanges consistently. Since computerized digital currency exchanging bots examine markets all day, every day, you will make certain to never pass up any worthwhile chances which emerge in the cryptographic money markets.

For some more extended term financial backers, it is critical to keep up the appropriate broadening of resources as you keep on putting more capital into your portfolio. This is valid for stocks as well as for cryptographic money portfolios also. One way which digital currency exchanging bots can help in accomplishing this is through portfolio computerization.

Ov Iframes strategy for contributing uses robotized programming with which you will actually want to develop a bin of resources in your favored extents that give the legitimate enhancement. The extent of every resource will rely on your own monetary objectives and capacity to bear hazard. The exchanging programming will then, at that point naturally put assets by buying these resources in these particular extents at customary spans. You can almost certainly alter how regularly reserves are contributed, which could be week after week or month to month or whatever span you pick. A few intermediaries offer this sort of mechanized help when you register for a record with the business.

Like different kinds of mechanized exchanging, this will assist you with keeping up exchanging discipline by abstaining from having venture choices being made dependent on feelings, like and dread. Ordinarily, consistency is the way to making progress through putting resources into the business sectors

Computerized programming is a demonstrated strategy for exchanging Bitcoin and other digital currency markets. There are various tributes from merchants who have encountered colossal accomplishment with mechanized digital currency exchanging applications. Nonetheless, you should do some examination to track down the best digital currency exchanging bot that will work for your circumstance.

To begin with, you ought to choose what kind of bot you need to utilize. You can decide to exchange dependent on market value variances by just purchasing and selling cryptographic forms of money. Likewise, you can pick to be an exchange broker and benefit from the value differentials between various trades. Also, you could go with a portfolio computerization bot.

In the event that you go with the primary alternative, you ought to clearly ensure that a potential digital money exchanging programming gives exchange signals which are exact. It would look bad to utilize programming which doesn't give a sufficient degree of exactness. How sufficient you need the product to be will rely upon how much influence you utilize and how much capital you have in your exchanging account. On the off chance that you have sufficient money to climate a progression of misfortunes to at last make up those misfortunes and afterward some benefit, it might give you more scope in exchange signal exactness.

Additionally, you should think about the expenses related with the exchanging programming. Most mechanized exchanging bots don't have any expenses for getting to the product. In this way, if a mechanized exchanging bot charges expenses, you should ensure different highlights compensate for the expense. Another angle which ought to be considered is the way the product interface has been planned. It is ideal to have a product interface that is instinctive and simple to utilize. This can be particularly significant in the event that you have almost no exchanging experience.

There are numerous benefits to utilizing Ov Iframes Review to bring in cash in the cryptographic money markets. One advantage is that the mechanized bot requires little exertion from you to make reliable benefits. Normally, subsequent to setting your exchanging boundaries and initiating the robotized include, the product will wrap up of the work for you. This implies scouring the business sectors for exchange arrangements with a high likelihood of benefit. When a productive chance is recognized, the product will execute the exchange for your sake.

Basically, you will bring in cash while you rest. This will save you a ton of time before the PC screen which would ordinarily be required in the event that you were exchanging physically. Likewise, since the computerized programming will keep checking markets all day, every day, you won't ever botch a chance. Moreover, utilizing robotized exchanging will permit you to stay away from the threats of enthusiastic exchanging. Since the product thoroughly takes care of you, human feeling is removed totally from the condition, which tries not to surrender to dread and avarice. Dread can make you leave an exchange too soon while insatiability can bring about you clutching a situation for a really long time.

How does reporting perpetual futures work for taxation?

I know futures are high risk bad idea blah blah but I like to keep 5% of my Bitcoin in sort of a ‘gambling’ designation for my own entertainment.

I’m bit confused on how they work for tax purposes though and can’t seem to find any info anywhere. At what point does a taxable event occur?

  17. The Cardano Foundation is out to do something incredible with supply chains as described in the fireside chat! In his previous Cardano Live appearance, Frederik Gregaard, CF CEO, also expressed a very healthy and sustainable perspective on what DeFi should become. He compared the current state of DeFi to just moving funds from your left pocket to your right pocket and taking profit. https://youtu.be/d8uPMZplfeM https://youtu.be/xbMSQUA1lss
  18. The ISO model entering the capital formation toolbox in Cardano is going to make the stake pool game extremely interesting with SPOs scrambling to find the right balance between rewarding ADA and giving their delegators other things like tokens. Some stake pools could even become like portfolio funds with relationships with many different projects the tokens of which are given to delegators. Babel Fees could also play a role here for smart SPOs as they may allow access to a wide variety of tokens in the ecosystem that could be used to reward delegators with a sort of index fund exposure to a wide variety of Cardano projects.

  21. The Cardano Foundation has released the full video of the Fireside Chat with Eva and Fred. Lots of questions answered on a variety of fronts. Very interesting remarks including that in discussions with financial institutions, Fred has found they are interested in exposure to the alpha provided by the asset class in general, tokenization of assets, and the yield provided by staking rewards. Fred counters that they SHOULD be far more interested in the Cardano standard including the concepts of reference accounts, programmability of money, and transaction metadata. https://youtu.be/JW6s9Jkyazg
  22. In a video press release yesterday, the Fed finally admitted that it’s moving toward a central bank digital currency (just like every other central bank). This will eventually be impactful on Cardano and every other crypto ecosystem. https://youtu.be/WOAQxpG79Ag
  23. The Treasury is trying to figure out how to get cryptocurrency regulation in a headlock. This will probably go hand-in-hand with the Fed’s March toward a CBDC. Afterall, what good is all the tracking and monitoring afforded by a CBDC if it’s easier for everyone to just use a non-central bank digital currency? Tax evasion in crypto is also obviously a target problem since we know only about 800 people a year paid taxes on crypto in 2013-2015. https://www.cnbc.com/2021/05/20/us-treasury-calls-for-stricter-cryptocurrency-compliance-with-irs.html https://home.treasury.gov/system/files/136/The-American-Families-Plan-Tax-Compliance-Agenda.pdf https://www.businessinsider.com/bitcoin-taxes-overview

  44. Charles is interviewed on Yahoo Finance where he explained: 1) how the lack of an obvious decentralized governance system in ETH and BTC will cripple their efforts as they attempt to scale and the founders/core developers start losing prominence, 2) the ADA EUTXO system is vastly more scaleable with it’s local state being so much more amenable to sharding than ETH’s global state system, 3) Cardano has a high willingness to bring on users in hypergrowth areas like Africa where ETH seems to have little interest, and 4) ETH does not seem to be as highly concerned with interoperability which might become highly valuable in the future. https://twitter.com/YahooFinance/status/1397593275826151424
  45. Cardano 360 is tomorrow. Don’t miss it if you want to hear about all the awesome things happening with Alonzo (smart contracts), Hydra (scalability), and everything else! https://twitter.com/InputOutputHK/status/1397549347592675338
  46. The May Cardano 360 was yesterday and we had lots of updates including the Color Coding for the different stages of the testnet! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SS33gRj9JYE
  47. Alonzo “Blue” Era Testnet (through mid June; <50 user cohort) will include the basic functionality of the system for testing basic contracts . Initially the SPOs will be included, then some of the Plutus Pioneers will be allowed in, then a few of the outside development firms (Plutus Partners). The Plutus Partners will be working on specific areas including oracles, DEXs, stablecoins, NFTs, and DeFi. This will produce code and documentation that will be publicly available.
  48. Alonzo “White” Era Testnet (mid June to mid July; <500 user cohort) will add more Plutus Pioneers and more functionality. They will develop various dApps and there will be interaction on the user side of these dApps. They will do some benchmarking at this stage.
  49. The Alonzo Hard Fork Combinator Event requires a lot of different pieces come together at the same time. But, this is not their first rodeo and they have a lot of experience with this from the ITN, Shelley, and etc.
  50. Alonzo “Purple” Era Tesnet (mid July to mid August; fully public) will involve a full public network with all of the Plutus pioneers, the Rosetta Api to the exchanges, Daedalus, hardware wallets, graphQL, and full functionality. The purpose of this phase will be optimization.
  51. Alonzo “Red” Era Tesnet (August; a very short phase) will involve a new network where they can test scalability and stability.
  52. Alonzo “Black” Era Tesnet (August; a very short phase) will be the final public testnet where they will ensure they have their candidate mainnet releases ready to launch on the mainnet.
  53. They are committed to making sure there is a very large group of people who are familiar with using the Alonzo testnet by the time the mainnet launches.
  54. Alonzo Mainnet (August-September). It’s looking like Alonzo mainnet launch was positioned in very late August through September in the infographics. That makes me assume there is a chance of August, much better chance of September, and also some chance of October or later. This is blockchain development after all. Also, we’ve waited years. Why care about a few weeks?
  55. There will be another Plutus Pioneers Cohort later this summer.
  56. Marlowe Run will be a browser product that can run on mobile or desktop. It can be linked to your wallet and be used to run Cardano smart contracts simultaneously on a distributed basis across multiple user browsers. The user interface is light years ahead of anything we saw in Marlowe Meadow or the Marlowe Playground simulations. It will include a library of off-the-shelf contracts.
  57. There will be a Marlowe Webinar on June 3. Register here: https://webinar.marlowe-finance.io/
  58. The ERC-20 converter was looking very intuitive and seamless in the new demo. It should be on the testnet in June.
  59. Manuel Chakravarty gave a big update on Hydra (layer 2 scaling). Hydra will not require that the base layer be modified since it will be implemented via Plutus smart contracts. Hydra is actually a collection of protocols including Hydra Head and Hydra Tail. Hydra Head is a symmetric protocol where multiple participants will be online simultaneously for the whole period of the head exchanging messages. Hydra Tail is an asymmetric protocol involving a high performance server and many clients that may be mobile and could be offline for large portions of the tail’s existence. There will also be “inter head & tail networking” which will allow for a network of heads and tails. They have a published research paper on Hydra Head. They are currently writing the Hydra Tail paper.
  60. Hydra is distinguished from other layer 2 protocols by its isomorphic properties. This means you will be able to run any smart contract that works on the base layer in a Hydra Head! This is very special. We won’t need special purpose contracts built out just for layer 2. There are some big implications to this. Since a Hydra Head is essentially just a Plutus smart contract, this means you can run a Hydra Head inside another Hydra Head. It’s turtles all the way down, guys. It sounds like they can do this iteratively as much as they want.
  61. Aggelos also gave a good presentation on the importance of “skin in the game” in resource based consensus protocols (both proof-of-work and proof-of-stake) and its effect on promotion or discouragement of centralization. He explained how Ouroboros has built-in safeguards to prevent centralization including the K parameter (currently at 500) which caps total rewards per pool and the alpha parameter (currently at 0.3) which splits rewards into a 77% piece and a 23% piece. A pool can take its share of the 77% piece based on the pool’s total stake and its share of the 23% piece based on the pledge of the SPO. A higher alpha parameter makes it less attractive for individual SPOs to proliferate multiple pools since they can’t be as leveraged on their available pledge and still get as big a share of the 23% piece. This also discourages Sybil Attacks. As Cardano on-chain governance progresses, these parameters will be controlled by the community.
  62. There will be a Cardano Goguen Summit in September. It will be hybrid digital/in-person.
  63. Charles is helping to bring the cryptographer who broke SHA-1 to the University of Wyoming. The Cardano funded blockchain lab there could be on the road to be a powerhouse. https://twitter.com/CaitlinLong_/status/1398290866419105802 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yiqun_Lisa_Yin
  64. We don’t often get to hear from the engineers behind Yoroi over at Emurgo. But, here’s a podcast with Vicente Almonacid from Emurgo. Check out 12:50 where he mentions the dApp Connector (Cardano’s Metamask Equivalent). https://twitter.com/vacuumlabs/status/1397847633696280576
  65. Check out this great article from Cardanians.io on the work being done at the University of Wyoming on a physical chip for transfer of private keys in day-to-day cashlike transactions. https://cardanians.io/en/cardano-can-give-crypto-a-cash-like-experience-58
  66. Professor Aggelos Kiayias recently dropped a video explaining exactly how Mithril (apparently neckbeard dungeon master talk for elf armor) is going to allow for Perfect Cardano (ADA) wallets that combine the ease of use and convenience of light wallets with the trustlessness of full node wallets. We also learned exactly how Mithril is going to work. https://youtu.be/LhepJFCyWRk
  67. In proof-of-work, bootstrapping can be done with blockheaders. This won’t do in proof-of-stake since we need information about stakeholder distribution to confirm block validity.
  68. Mithril fixes this by being a cryptographic construction that enables a population of stakeholders to issue a signature consistent with certain constraints.
  69. For Mithril to work in proof-of-stake, it needs three crucial properties: 1) it needs to enforce a threshold ratio of stakeholders before the signature is issued; 2) the pre-signature fragments must be independently verified and subject to public aggregation; and 3) it must be efficient in the sense that the final signature is of constant size and is logarithmically dependent on the # of stakeholders.
  70. Stakeholders will issue special Mithril keys along with the normal cryptographic key material. Then at regular intervals, full nodes will test whether they can produce a pre-signature fragment. Only a random subset of stakeholders will be eligible to produce a pre-signature fragment. When a sufficient # of pre-signature fragments have been issued by eligible stakeholders then it will be possible to aggregate the fragments into a final signature.
  71. This will be a checkpoint that will be verifiable with respect to previous check points all the way back to the genesis block. Such checkpoints will be cryptographic commitments of the relevant UTXOs.
  72. Since the checkpoints will be trustless, a light client (i.e. wallet) will only need to verify the sequence of checkpoints up to the current time to trustlessly bootstrap.
  73. The ecosystem is growing so fast, it’s hard to keep up with all the projects without these infographics at this point. https://twitter.com/Dr_shwetaPHD/status/1398783893638103040

  82. Vitalik is saying it’s highly unlikely we see ETH 2.0 before late 2022. I’m guessing that means mid 2023 which will be after two years of Cardano slaughtering the entire ETH user base. Things are looking so bad that Vitalik says he doesn’t even like using the ETH 2.0 label anymore since he knows the changes will be more incremental. This is what early capitulation sounds like guys. https://cointelegraph.com/news/even-vitalik-buterin-is-surprised-at-just-how-long-eth2-is-taking

Any bitcoiners in town?

Been mildly interested in bitcoin since the early days but became much more serious in the last few years. Thinking about starting a meet up here in town. Wondering if there’s anyone else who would be interested?

Thinking a monthly or quarterly meet up to discuss the latest goings on in bitcoin. Could eventually grow into a Socratic seminar style event if we had enough people.

This would be bitcoin only (no shitcoins). Feel free to DM if you don’t want to speak publicly.

a very telling article on Barron’s

https://www.barrons.com/articles/sec-meme-stock-bitcoin-trading-51623340620?siteid=yhoof2&yptr=yahoo

“Nearly every major brokerage firm in the U.S. now routes orders to these market-makers and receives a portion of the money that they earn on the spread between bid and ask prices.”

Normally we would call this a kickback. Your free trades aren't free. Your brokerage is in on it.

“rules around market structure that could affect big players like Citadel Securities and Virtu Financial (ticker: VIRT).”

Shitadel is your wife's boyfriend. They are in bed with your brokerage. They will not give you the courtesy of lube or a reach around.

“SEC found that Robinhood had been cutting deals for years with market makers that were bad for their customers—so bad, in fact, that they often outweighed the benefit those customers got from not paying a commission on trades.”

Get the hell off of RobinHood apes!!! The study of Robinhood’s practices was 2015-2018. There is no indication Robinhood has changed their behavior in light of the events that transpired in January and because what they are doing isn't illegal.

“The inquiry isn’t likely to affect little-guy traders who like posting silly jokes on the internet. Instead, the SEC appears to be looking for any indication that more sophisticated investors tried to manipulate the masses.”

The SEC is looking to blame George Soros, Gandolf the Gray and your wife’s boyfriend for this movement. They believe you are dumb apes. They also think you are so stupid that you'll believe payment for order flow is good for the retail investor.

It's a good article. Read the whole thing.

Why is bitcoin mining a taxable event?

I understand that using money to buy some amount of bitcoin isn't taxable because it's an unrealized gain/profit, or in other words, it's not finalized because I never closed that trade. So why is it that mining the coin considered taxable. I haven't sold it. As far as I can tell I'm still holding some amount of bitcoin regard of how I acquired it.

Interview with Frank (the Tank)

Dear Community,

Now after a lot of weeks the overdue interview with Frank was finally concluded and is ready for you. If you dont know Frank, he is the driving force behind the BMF and has some influence on the face and direction of Signum (former BURST). Please forgive the long delay, but I guess we both had other stuff to do and thus shifted priorities a bit. Finally you got what was promised. Here is the interview:

Hello Frank! Thank you for taking the time to do this interview. Please excuse the two previous missed appointments, which unfortunately I was unable to attend. So I'm all the more pleased that we were able to agree on this interview via Google Doc.

Yes, thanks for the invitation.

I've been in the community for about 4 years, mainly through Telegram. Since then I have also been able to follow your posts there. Your reddit profile is existing for about 3 years now, when did you get to know BURST and when and how did you get involved in the community for the first time?

I had heard of Bitcoin for a long time, but it wasn't until the end of 2017 that I started looking at it more closely. A family member started mining Bitcoin and I couldn't believe that the hardware for it is so expensive and at the same time consumes so much energy. At the beginning of 2018, I started looking for environmentally friendly alternatives in the crypto area and then came across BURST.

Your first reddit post with the headline “Why we have max only 2.200.00.00 BURST coins?” [SIC] from January 9th, 2018 contains your statement that you are new to BURST, so were you still a newcomer at that time?

You mean this entry:

https://www.reddit.com/r/burstcoin/comments/7p8ol5/why_we_have_max_only_22000000_burst_coins/ ?

Yes, that was one of my first questions to the community - and the fee from 1 BURST also seemed much too high to me at the time - fortunately that has already changed. (0.00735). It also seems to me that this question is still relevant.

What do you think of the Max Cap today and is it really necessary to hold it or should it be increased?

Yes, the question has been answered today - we removed the hard cap with the Signum HF. From January 2022 we will have a minimum reward of 100 BURST per block (at 4 minutes). If we relate that to the former cap, we start with an inflation of 06.% pa - which will fall accordingly every year. I think this is a fair approach, as it allows the miners to be rewarded accordingly as well as in the long term and at the same time we will get the "lost" coins with this approach - e.g. through loss of passphrase or death of the owner. I am very happy with the solution.

At that time you apparently also got involved with other coins or were interested in them, why did your commitment end up with BURST?

I can't put it another way, but BURST just caught me. For example, I had looked at XLM at the beginning (still think it's good), but the extensive possibilities that you can do with BURST - on chain - plus the PoC consensus were decisive for me.

Judging by your reddit posts, you started making suggestions for improving BURST early on. You have been a member of the BMF for years. What motivates you to work on BURST?

Yes, I was already very active back then, always looked for possible applications and tried to build up community-driven marketing and development funding. On November 27th, 2018 I founded the BMF. That was the reddit post back then:

https://www.reddit.com/r/burstcoin/comments/a0xuwm/burst_marketing_funds_bmf_join_and_mine_from/

The first big action was on December 23rd, 2018, when we launched the NDS-A. At first I did everything manually (Frank laughs) but today I fully automated the process with the help of Zoh. The Reddit post from back then:

https://www.reddit.com/r/burstcoin/comments/a8xp49/network_distribution_strengthen_award_to_node/

It's super exciting, we'll get to that later. But what exactly motivates you to invest so much time in BURST in addition to your job, family and possibly free time?

Yes, my wife always asks me that, but I just have the feeling that BURST has simply not yet played out its potential and that we actually have an uncut diamond in front of us. I want it to show its full shine - to stay in the picture.

After the PoCC resigned, the community was shocked, but you seemed to be looking ahead in the power vacuum and wanting to take on tasks. What do you think has changed at BURST since the PoCC resigned and the BA (Burst Alliance) took over?

I think we have managed to build a collegial and trusting basis between the active members over the years. We discuss a lot, have an active exchange of ideas and differences of opinion are (almost) always positively discussed. In addition, we have fully concentrated on the expansion and conversion of BURST and today's status with the last HF Signum is better than ever.

Do you think that the same thing that happened to the PoCC can happen to you, that you move too far away from the community and lose your support? If not, why?

Never say never, but we always aim to pick up the community with us. For example, we announced the Signum HF for a long time and documented the adjustments in CIPs and made many optimization runs with the testers. Everyone who actively participates in the community has given us constructive feedback, and that's why the HF is where he is now - 100% accepted by the community. We will continue to do this.

After the resignation of the PoCC, attention was drawn to some new and partly unknown people. Some of them don't seem to be interested in BURST anymore. Was the zenith of BURST 2-4 years ago and BURST is now just dead tech?

We are a community driven blockchain - people come and go. But the most important thing is that there is always a team that takes care of the blockchain, and we have proven that in recent years that we can get it going. And yes, we want to see BURST in the top blockchains again, that's where it belongs.

You took care of the Burstcoin.ist for a while, then you gave the most important medium to another community member. That increases the democracy factor, but shouldn't the central communication organ of the community be in the hands of the most reliable and well-known members?

I have to admit that I couldn't keep up the weekly interval of high quality burstcoin.ist articles. And as you say it is a community news feed so in my opinion it should also be fueled by the community.

How was your reaction when you heard about the BURST delisting at Poloniex, are you still a Poloniex customer?

I thought that was really bad because there wasn't even any hint from them in advance. Sad story - but I'm no longer a customer there either :-)

2020 was a difficult year for BURST, we had problems with the blockchain, there was a suspected fraud in the milieu of a BURST-related platform and then, at the end of the year, the hack of one of the few exchanges that lists BURST. Now, six months later, the BURST / USDc value has risen sharply again. Can that only be attributed to the rapid rise of BTC?

Yes, none of those were nice events in the BURST environment. This is all past to me. The current price of 2 cents is certainly not only related to the increase in BTC. BTC is currently falling even more sharply and we are staying at the same level in USD. No, I think that people have finally understood that sustainability is important. And with the tweet from Elon Musk and our last HF Signum, we certainly hit the current trend.

Do you think that Mr. Musk will be a BURST guru?

We're working on it :-)… it would really be a perfect match.

What lessons can one learn from these past crises as a BMF- or as a community member?

It goes on and on - as long as the people are passionate about it.

I got the impression that you were one of the first BMF members. How did the BMF come about?

I founded the BMF with the idea of creating a positive environment for the community again. In the beginning I opened the BMF Discord as a closed group, I just wanted to have people around us who still had or have a passion and positive attitude for BURST.

What role did the Marketing Fund play for you back then?

The fund itself was or is an important instrument to give active community members something back via bounties or the NDS-A.

How does the work at the BMF or the BA work, how are decisions made and are tasks assigned?

The BMF has a voting channel on its Discord, where everyone can vote for or against activities. Otherwise we are a loose group of active community ambassadors who keep coming up with ideas and putting them up for discussion.

What are your main tasks at the BMF or the BA?

I'm actually a jack of all trades (Frank laughs), but it turned out that we basically merged the BMF and BAT groups informally, since it makes sense that development and marketing should go hand in hand.

To what extent is there an exchange or cooperation between the BAT and the BMF?

We feel like one group.

What are your most important projects for BURST at the moment?

I take care that we get real business on the chain. In addition, we are currently running a round with new stock exchange listings.

BTDEX seems to be a great success, but it is not yet listed on CMC. Would that be important for a broader success of the exchange?

We still have to create the prerequisites here so that we have an API in the sense of CMC, but yes then we can also be displayed there.

Why does it seem so difficult to list BURST on major exchanges?

Currently with the Elon Musk tweet for sustainable chains, we can hardly save ourselves from the request. I guess it just needed this change of mind.

Can you imagine that BURST will work together with other crypto communities, or are there already approaches?

Yes, we already have a cooperation with the BPSAA. We are open to it.

What kind of cooperation is that with the BPSAA?

Different chains support each other in order to become more successful together. https://bpsaa.vision/
Oliver is very active and represents BURST there.

How do you see the future of Burst, like for example real life uses or the profitability of current investments?

I see a lot of light at the end of the tunnel, and I think we're about to get out of this one too. I am very positive.

Can you imagine how you can reach a large number of people with BURST who can neither buy nor mine BURST?

Yes, I think we should focus on a rebranding and a new marketing strategy here. The HF Signum has at least brought us a large number of new miners, which is very nice. Now a few more use cases on the chain and we are marching through.

How can we, as community members, support the marketing activities of the BMF or generally for BURST?

Every activity counts; like writing and talking to people about BURST - that always helps.

Is there an official BURST repo with which people, who are interested in support on social media, can receive graphic and content regarding support?

We currently have a style guide, but it doesn't help in such cases. I think we can do that in the future or the community can pull it off.

What are the most problematic challenges for BURST marketing at the moment? Where are the bottlenecks to reach masses of people with BURST?

I think the current problem is that we have too little funding, we definitely have a disadvantage there.

In the case of Elon Musk, it was probably less the funding than the audience. Many have asked for a new tweet from John McAfee before Mr. Musk became the crypto bellwether. So can you say that celebrity contacts are more important in our community than paying money for listings and stupid advertising on Facebook or Twitter?

It shows that such leading figures have a great influence at the moment. I think we should use this where possible, even if it can be double-edged. In the long run, it will be the users who use a chain like BURST that will be the key to creating real value.

Will we still be able to see paid BURST advertising on social media or specialist portals in the future?

Yes, we are also working on a solution here.

You have 5 sentences to explain to your grandmother what BURST is and why she has to buy / use BURST:

Burstcoin is a technology that lets you send cryptocurrency to anyone, anywhere and powers applications that no one can stop, it's a programmable and sustainable blockchain-solution available worldwide. Burstcoin builds on Bitcoin's innovation, with some key differences, both provide a digital currency without intermediaries like payment providers or banks. But Burstcoin is also programmable, so you can gain access to all kinds of digital assets and use them in ways only limited by your imagination! This also means Burstcoin is capable of a lot more than just digital payments, it's a marketplace of financial services, games and apps that won't ever steal your data or censor you. So start now and give it a try!

Five long sentences :-) (Frank laughs)

That was so important to you that you wrote in English, I think your grandma would be thrilled!

Yea! :-)

We come to the closing questions.

What would you wish from the readers of this interview?

I have no wishes - I hope that some questions for the reader have been answered here and that it has added value for them.

What advice can you give us?

When you're caught on fire for something, go ahead and stick with it. Success comes with the necessary tenacity.

Is there anything else you want to get rid of?

We still have a lot to do with BURST and the Signum HF was just the beginning - I'm looking forward to it :-)

Dear Frank, thank you for your time and this interesting conversation!

Thank you very much, it was an honor.

This interview was conducted by community member Samus Aran with BMF founder and long term community supporter Frank the Tank over a period of several weeks via an open Google Doc document. Bitcoin Miami conference was a Covid-19 superspreader event

https://i.redd.it/tnojjvl2yh471.jpg

The big Bitcoin 2021 Conference was moved from CA to FL to avoid CA's strict covid policies, creating a maskless super-spreader event.

Price projection by summer’s end 0.25

Congratulations again, everyone. Today is a milestone, but only one of many more to come (Binance 👀).

Traders/investors new and old need to zoom out and see the profound price action since Amp’s release in September.

I will keep this analysis simple. Early adopters (though we are all early still) will remember the remarkable action we saw from under a penny to over a nickel in only two weeks in February. You better bet that those who got in before February were ecstatic with their +500% gains. The all time high was just over 0.05. It’s important to remind the old and tell the new about this event because 0.05 in the brief history of our token is an important number. For me, it still feels like the ATH.

And that’s where we are at today. Anything over 0.02 is strong, over 0.05 is price discovery, and 0.1 is moon. Those dreaming of $1 can think of Pluto, but don’t worry, we’ll get there too. (In the future, we’ll be over $1 and exploring our galaxy beyond our solar system.)

To conclude, I’ll put my money where my mouth is and leave a little target for you all. As volume picks up and the price action manifests based on the increase in positive fundamentals, I’m targeting 0.25 before summer’s end.

That would put us knocking on top 10’s door with a market cap right around Chainlink’s, Litecoin’s, and Bitcoin cash’s.

Buckle up and enjoy the ride.

Discord Communities for Everybody and my Story/Rants

Discord Community at the end.

Hey There guys, I am currently 19, a US citizen, and kaka-drain ang school especially engineering tapos ESL teacher pa sa AcadSoc. Gusto ko talaga pasukin ang world of freelancing pero wala pa akong experience and nag-enroll ako sa isang freelancing academy which is an awesome academy kasi parang mga coaches sila on your freelancing and business. Alam ko naman na sobrang hirap to do this but eventually siguro we'll get there.

Gusto ko man mag-invest sa mga ganyang stocks and crypto pero ayaw ko muna mag-take ng risk because the money that I currently have is something that I am not willing to lose. Crypto is gambling you know. Yung mga TA na yan pure speculation lang.

Pero meron naman na ako investments sa Gcash Ginvest, tas may stocks rin ako sa COL financial na laging pula. Si ginebra lang matibay haha.

Kwento na rin siguro ako something about myself and my family. Actually, may small family business rin kami sa Divisoria and pioneer kami sa Divisoria even before Tutuban exists. Pero syempre what comes up will eventually come down. Nag-retire na yung lola ko to manage the family business and ngayon my mother who is a frontliner in manila kasama siya sa mga team na nag-vaccinate sa kanya. Tapos may dental clinic rin yung mom (dentist sya) ko na non-operational kaya lang need nya ng malaki capital kasi nga COVID (ppe, misting, covid precautions kasi direct contact).

To summarize, my mother now manages and owns the business (eventhough naka-pangalan sa Lola ko as sole proprietorship). Currently, aabot na ng 1 million ang overall debt ng store namin from suppliers and rent (walang negosyo na walang utang). So the business is losing money.

Bottomline: I don't want to work with her anymore because of that attitude sa negosyo nya even if may sweldo. Gusto ko talaga sabihin sa kanya na

"kung napipilitan ka lang na naka-iwan bukas ang tindahan dahil inabot sayo ni lola ang responsibility. Isara mo na ang tindahan."

Di nya ba kasi na-realize na if she is thinking that the store will fail and hoping that someone would just mass-order without even doing action like gathering leads and cold-calling them and because "di naman sya negosyante" then babagsak talaga ang negosyo.

Nakakainis rin yung fact na ang habol ng mother ko is pera and bibili sya ng mga stuff like frozen foods, scented alcohol, flower pots. Jusko, why the hell would you buy other products eh kung tadtad na nga ng products yung tindahan namin (pillows, blanket, bathrobes, bedsheets).

Kung malaman lang talaga nya yung LOADS OF OPPORTUNITIES that the internet can bring us and the freedom that she can for the business like lead generation, facebook ads, shopee ads, lazada sponsored search, google ads, youtube ads, tiktok ads, sobrang infinite tapos ang mindset nya is parang napipilitan lang then I don't want to work with that kind of person

Not only that, may problema pa sa management ng business. We currently have 2 employees. Yung isa more than 15 years na ata and sya gumagawa ng unan namin like sya "boy" namin yung mga kartilya kargador ganun.

Now, she acts like the manager of the store and sya naghahawak ng kaha/cash register. Sya na rin kumukuha ng sweldo nya and sya na rin nagbibigay ng sweldo sa "boy" namin. Stay-in sya actually, libre tirahan, libre food, libre kuryente.

May isa pa kami na tauhan and sya naman is same years with boy na 15-20 years na sa amin. Sadly, umuwi sya sa province nya nung first Covid-scare march 2020. Pero tinatawagan namin sya na bumalik na sa amin

Here's the problem.

Worst of all, nagsinungaling sya na mag-oovertime sya to be with his boyfriend and every saturday kasama nya boyfriend nya.

Nakakatakot kasi yung part na may boyfriend sya kasi someone in the relationship can easily influence someone to do something. Yun yung kinatatakutan ng nanay ko and the fact na mag-kasama sila every saturday. Tapos, we did some sample calculations (food as gifts, dates) and the numbers don't fit and nanghihinala na talaga kami.

To give you context, here is our store in Divisoria

Naisip ko na solusyon is to make my mother have 3-months leave and mag-take out ng loan si mom ko para maging operational ulit ang dental clinic nya. Tapos pag-aralan nya ang everything online. (di nga sya marunong mag-copy paste sa cellphone) Like Digital Marketing ganun facebook ads, shopee, lazada. Then if it didn't work out in the 3-month window then we'll close the store and liquidate it under my grandmother's name.

Grabe sobrang haba nito thank you so much for staying with me. Pero ayun na nga eto na questions ko. I would really appreciate any feedback/suggestions/answers about anything.

  1. What's the best advice that you can give to a 19-year old US citizen who is currently a Biological Engineering Student, AcadSoc ESL Teacher that is interested in becoming a freelancer and digital marketing expert.
  2. Ano ang pwedeng solution for the girl who is a cashier na may panghinala kami with poor management?
  3. Ano ang pwede kong sabihin ko sa mom ko na ayaw ko na syang tulungan kasi nga sa mindset nya na hindi sya negosyante?
  4. With the available resources, how can we turn this business upside down and turn it into a profitable one?
  5. Should I help my mother? Should I quit my job as a part-time ESL teacher to help my mother? Should I pursue freelancing and work with other clients instead? I'm lost.
  6. Kwento naman kayo ng problems nyo with your business.

Bitcoin resilience to civilisation collapse

Historically, money systems haven't fared well when civilisation collapses (Try buying anything today with Aztec money!)

Could bitcoin do better?

I'm imagining a plague or asteroid that kills 99.9% of humans. 0.1% (7 million people) remain, but most forms of government and infrastructure are destroyed.

I believe under this scenario, bitcoin would fall out of use. Mining would probably stop for many years. 2016 blocks have to be mined at the current difficulty level before a difficulty adjustment can happen, and with very few mining rigs operational, that probably isn't going to happen. With no fast worldwide communication, all that mining probably has to happen in a single physical location too - making it even less likely.

Presented with the possibility of many years of a non-functional network, I can't see anyone deciding to keep using it as currency.

Perhaps bitcoins design could be tweaked to allow robustness to this very rare event without hurting robustness to other attacks?

El Salvador accepted Bitcoin as a national currency

President Nayib Bukele says the bill has passed and Bitcoin and The USD are both official currencies in El Salvador ! 22,000 listened to the president speak during a live Twitter Spaces by Nic Carter. Nic started the spaces but had no idea how big of an event it was going to be. The presidents brother, a member of the congress seen Nic’s live and joined in. He had admitted he has no idea what the limits of the this will truely be for Bitcoin as a currency and it effect on the economy. The brother convinced the president to speak. “In politics the opinion of the people is the deciding factor. The people of El Salvador see new technologies as new income.” El Salvador is now the first country to accept Bitcoin. If people don’t want Bitcoin they can use a virtual wallet from the government or a wallet of their choosing and exchange it to USD. 150M USD will be the first milestone to be held in the trust fund in the development bank not the government bank. The trust fund will 150 Million USD but it will be bought in small transactions but in the end they will hold 150M in Bitcoin. It will come from common folks. They think it could take a couple months. Hopefully 5 months. Peer speculation by a very excited president. At that point what will they do? 150M is start guess. The Bill passed with super majority. 62 votes and won. June 8 history was made Twitter Spaces was there. Bitcoin Beach had been working for some time now with El Salvador to get them to consider Bitcoin as a currency. What if Bitcoin puts money back into the value of money? What do you think?

  16. ICYMI, Manuel Chakravarty reminds us all that his Cardano Summit 2020 talk is publicly available for questions on native assets. 20.

  25. In a video press release yesterday, the Fed finally admitted that it’s moving toward a central bank digital currency (just like every other central bank). This will eventually be impactful on Cardano and every other crypto ecosystem. https://youtu.be/WOAQxpG79Ag
  26. The Treasury is trying to figure out how to get cryptocurrency regulation in a headlock. This will probably go hand-in-hand with the Fed’s March toward a CBDC. Afterall, what good is all the tracking and monitoring afforded by a CBDC if it’s easier for everyone to just use a non-central bank digital currency? Tax evasion in crypto is also obviously a target problem since we know only about 800 people a year paid taxes on crypto in 2013-2015. https://www.cnbc.com/2021/05/20/us-treasury-calls-for-stricter-cryptocurrency-compliance-with-irs.html https://home.treasury.gov/system/files/136/The-American-Families-Plan-Tax-Compliance-Agenda.pdf https://www.businessinsider.com/bitcoin-taxes-overview

  51. Alonzo “White” Era Testnet (mid June to mid July; <500 user cohort) will add more Plutus Pioneers and more functionality. They will develop various dApps and there will be interaction on the user side of these dApps. They will do some benchmarking at this stage.
  52. The Alonzo Hard Fork Combinator Event requires a lot of different pieces come together at the same time. But, this is not their first rodeo and they have a lot of experience with this from the ITN, Shelley, and etc.
  54. Alonzo “Red” Era Tesnet (August; a very short phase) will involve a new network where they can test scalability and stability.
  55. Alonzo “Black” Era Tesnet (August; a very short phase) will be the final public testnet where they will ensure they have their candidate mainnet releases ready to launch on the mainnet.
  56. They are committed to making sure there is a very large group of people who are familiar with using the Alonzo testnet by the time the mainnet launches.
  58. There will be another Plutus Pioneers Cohort later this summer.
  60. There will be a Marlowe Webinar on June 3. Register here: https://webinar.marlowe-finance.io/
  61. The ERC-20 converter was looking very intuitive and seamless in the new demo. It should be on the testnet in June.
  65. There will be a Cardano Goguen Summit in September. It will be hybrid digital/in-person.
  66. Charles is helping to bring the cryptographer who broke SHA-1 to the University of Wyoming. The Cardano funded blockchain lab there could be on the road to be a powerhouse. https://twitter.com/CaitlinLong_/status/1398290866419105802 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yiqun_Lisa_Yin
  68. Check out this great article from Cardanians.io on the work being done at the University of Wyoming on a physical chip for transfer of private keys in day-to-day cashlike transactions. https://cardanians.io/en/cardano-can-give-crypto-a-cash-like-experience-58
  70. In proof-of-work, bootstrapping can be done with blockheaders. This won’t do in proof-of-stake since we need information about stakeholder distribution to confirm block validity.
  71. Mithril fixes this by being a cryptographic construction that enables a population of stakeholders to issue a signature consistent with certain constraints.
  74. This will be a checkpoint that will be verifiable with respect to previous check points all the way back to the genesis block. Such checkpoints will be cryptographic commitments of the relevant UTXOs.
  75. Since the checkpoints will be trustless, a light client (i.e. wallet) will only need to verify the sequence of checkpoints up to the current time to trustlessly bootstrap.
  76. The ecosystem is growing so fast, it’s hard to keep up with all the projects without these infographics at this point. https://twitter.com/Dr_shwetaPHD/status/1398783893638103040

  86. Cardano-Nervos cross-chain bridge to be built. This would be at least the second cross-chain bridge after the Cardano-AGI bridge. https://www.coindesk.com/cardano-nervos-force-bridge-network-first
  87. Sundaeswap ISO delayed due to regulatory concerns. This brings up interesting questions for the whole space about requesting regulatory permission vs. possibly being forced to ask for forgiveness. https://www.sundaeswap.finance/posts/iso-update

  94. Nigeria Bans Twitter after Twitter censors Tweet from Nigerian President. This emphasizes the need for decentralized social media. A decentralized solution running on Cardano could fix this. https://www.cnn.com/2021/06/04/africa/nigeria-suspends-twitter-operations-intl/index.html https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JilEb42q-CI
  95. A Really Big Deal: El Salvador is on the verge of making Bitcoin legal tender in the Central American nation. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3uGOfqN2y9k
  96. This could have huge ramifications for bank and accounting treatment of Bitcoin potentially including that banks might suddenly be allowed to handle Bitcoin as a foreign currency. Today it was BTC. But, wait until they find out what Cardano can do. https://twitter.com/CaitlinLong_/status/1401334421773504517
  97. Nayib Bukele, President of El Salvador, also clarified that there will be no capital gains taxes on Bitcoin since it is a “legal currency” and crypto entrepreneurs will be given instant permanent residence. https://twitter.com/nayibbukele/status/1401622548396314631
  98. Bitcoin enthusiasm seems to be off to a great start among other Latin American politicians after the fervor around the El Salvador announcement. This will serve as a great gateway drug that only leads to Gen 3 projects and Cardano. https://twitter.com/gilson__marques https://twitter.com/carlitosrejala https://twitter.com/gabrielsilva8_7/status/1401965129051389958 https://twitter.com/FabioOstermann
