Can someone explain me Solana PoH and Timestamps ?

From what i have read, Solana Proof of History consist by endcoding the timestamp in the messages. POH makes possible to show the passage of time between two events and it creates a data structure that is verifiable .

But from what i know, Bitcoin and other Crypto ALSO have a timestamp of the previous block, in the hash of the next one.

So what makes Solana more faster ???

" This means that the receiving nodes can start the transition status as soon as the message is received, as they have cryptographic proof that the producer has respected the deadlines of the protocol. "

WHY other crypto can't do the same ? (while they also have the timestamp encoded in the hash of each block)
