Fear is the mightiest motivator in regards to citizens obeying unjust laws.
There's always a legal loophole to help the wise criminal avoid the DOC.
Disclaimer: I, like you, am a law abiding citizen with morals and do not have any other intention, except to inform you all. This is not a guide to commit crimes. It's an explanation of how criminals get away with it.
A tidbit of information for you: 9 out of 10 packages, be it drugs, gun components, etc. make it right past international customs to the criminals doorstep.
Don't expect the same luck when attempting to import an entire AK-47, I'd tell the criminal. It just doesn't work that way. This is why blackmarket gundealers ship weapons in pieces, in separate packaging and not as a whole.
VPN w/o logs (NordVPN) + Visa (throw-away w/o SSN activation) + leave package alone or deliver to a drop = scott-free.
Criminals obtain these Visa cards from their local grocer, on the giftcard rack.
VPN w/o logs + Bitcoin (w/ mixer) + leave package alone or deliver to a drop = scott-free.
If using Bitcoin, use a mixer (middleman tool to facilitate laundering of bitcoin), to avoid backtracing the blockchain.
A lot of Bitcoin purchases via online vendors legally require providing ID & proof of identity these days; that's where both the mixer and Bitcoin ATMs come into play. If you use a mixer, the ATM isn't really important. If using an ATM, criminals must keep an eye out for CCTV cameras. Mixers, regardless, are a must for criminals purchasing big ticket items.
But, for most purchases a throwaway Visa w/o SSN verification is preferred by the criminal. Check the packaging of the throwaway to find out if activation via SSN is required. Use cash to purchase the card and carry on.
Homes for sale, abandoned homes, or homes with neighbors on vacation are known as drops. These are commonly used when packages need to be delivered anonymously and don't require signatures upon delivery.
Why do I explain Bitcoin rather than Monero? Because, just like IPv4 vs IPv6, Monero has not yet been adopted by all retailers and vendors.
If you order to your home, and it requires signature delivery use your real name, but take all other precautions (VPN, untraceable payment, etc.):
-
Do not sign for it (decline package) if it's not your usual postman (postal inspector).
-
If normal postman, leave the package alone after signing for it, for a year or two.
-
Postal Inspectors will use devices that alert them once the package is opened if it's a serious enough violation (a kilo of fentanyl, for example), because they're planning on conducting a sting. But, these have range limitations and keeping the package w/o opening it = still safe.
Postal Inspectors are pros at repackaging packages without looking as though they've been opened. The package, when opened, alerts a nearby team and they go in for the bust. If you don't open the package and dont remove it from the property, they can't press charges due to postal laws.
Attempts to destroy this device will be seen as an indicator of guilt. It's still considered circumstantial without any indicators you've taken possession willingly of the item, knowing what it is & kept it knowingly.
But, the instances in which they do this are rare, beyond belief. For example, if a criminal was importing 500 xanax and it was found at customs, CBP will send said criminal a warning letter. They do this roughly 3 times before attempting to bust the repeat offender.
Fentanyl, for obvious reasons, is an outlier to this usual set-up.
In regards to drugs, in general, a criminal is much more likely to be thrown in jail for local purchases versus international purchases. The irony, am I right?
When waiting for their packages, criminals don't check the tracking. Why? Well, without a no-logs VPN your IP will be tagged to your tracking inquiry.
[Secondary disclaimer: I'm simply informing and do not condone fentanyl importation, or that of any other destructive substance or prohibited item.]
I wish you all life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. I do believe guns and chemicals to be a fundamental human right, but do not believe in their use as a means to collect wealth from others.
I'm a patriotic, constitutionalist, law-abiding citizen. I do not break laws aside from jay-walking, on occasion. Do you, respect others.
The more you know, the more disillusioned you become with Big Brother being all knowing.
