Now choose if you want to “Buy Bitcoin” or “Sell Bitcoin” for this example we will want to “Buy Bitcoins” so next step is to choose the Currency you will pay in and then the amount of Bitcoin you want to buy so the minimum you can buy is £8 and maximum is £7,000+ there are over 300+ ways to purchase bitcoins and some of the best methods are “Bank Transfer” and “Cash in Person” so after we’ve chosen our preferred currency which for me is GBP I will choose the payment method which is Bank Transfer we will be shown a list of Vendors and the will all have a “Positive reputation count” and “Negative Reputation Count” so we know which vendors will be good ok so now we will select a vendor and then click his profile as there are more information about this vendor so we can decide if this vendor is right for us. in the vendors profile there will be information like if the vendor is “Email Verified” “Phone Verified” “ID Verified” and some more informations to look out for is the vendors “trade partner count” “Trades” “Trusted by” “blocked by” and the vendors “Join date” so now we have checked the vendors profile and have decided we want to trade with him so we will go back to the previous page and select his offer IMPORTANT always read the vendors Terms before initiating a trade make sure you are happy with the vendors terms and check the “Time Limit” this will tell you how long before the trade will automatically cancel so make sure to complete the trade in a timely manner ok so input the amount of BTC we want to purchase after that we will click the “Buy Now” button also I forgot to say once you press the “Buy Now” button depending on how much BTC you want to purchase that amount will be locked inside an “Escrow System” so that you and the vendor are both safe this protects you the buyer from scams for instance once you pay the vendor and pressed the “Paid Button” the vendor won’t be able to take back his BTC and disappear UNTIL he has released your BTC. Ok so we’ve pressed the “Buy Now” button then a new trade will be opened between you and the Vendor and a livechat will be available where you can communicate with each-other so say “Hi” and ask the vendor what to do and the vendor will help you so the trade goes smooth once you’ve paid the buyer make sure to press the “Paid Button” once you’ve done that the vendor will be notified and the trade timer will be stopped so the trade won’t expire as you’ve pressed the “Paid Button” wait for the sellers response once the vendor has verified the payment was received he will on his side press the “Release BTC” button which will release the BTC from the “Escrow System” to your “Wallet” so now your trade is complete please make sure to leave the Vendor a good feedback if you were satisfied and the vendor will leave you a feedback too so both of you will gain good reputation and it will show on your profile.

2: HOW TO AVOID SCAMS WHILE SELLING BTC

Scammers love using PayPal because it’s easy to chargeback and they’ve purchased the BTC they can contact PayPal and lie to them that you’ve scammed them and 90% of the times PayPal refunds the Buyers money as they don’t allow BTC transactions you might be lucky tho who knows. and also Gift Cards are loved by scammers they open a trade and send you a probably Stolen gift card or a used gift card so make sure to ALWAYS record your screen.

3: HOW TO AVOID SCAMS WHILE BUYING BTC

So you want to buy BTC in exchange for gift card maby an amazon gift card or apple gift card Please make sure to STAY inside the shop that you’ve brought the gift card in record everything no Cuts or edits everything raw and while still recording start a trade with a vendor and send the gift card to the vendor via chat and then press the “Paid Button” and let the vendor do what he has to do like checking the gift card if it works once his transferred the balance to his account he will release the BTC. By doing the recording we have protected ourselves from vendors that lie it’s a used gift card but you have a recorded raw proof which will do all the talking for you.

4: HOW TO INITIATE A DISPUTE

So you were trying to sell BTC or Buy BTC but there has been a problem which could be the buyer or seller is trying to scam you then you have the option of disputing the trade by pressing the “Dispute trade” button and then you can tell the “Moderators” the issue and they will help you out. You can only initiates dispute after 2 hours.
