LND error: Unable to retrieve initial bootstrap peers: no addresses found

I'm not sure if this is the best place to post this or another forum? If so, please let me know the other forum.

I'm trying to set up a LN node on my pi using /u/stadicus guide. The lnd has finally downloaded the complete testnet bitcoin blockchain, but it can't find any peers. When I look at the system journal (sudo journalctl -f -u lnd), it keeps repeating:

lnd[2887]: 2019-01-01 21:25:16.903 [ERR] SRVR: Unable to retrieve initial bootstrap peers: no addresses found

I used his guide to this point and the lnd.conf he gave and have set up port forwarding with UPnP. Does anyone know why it can't find any peers?
