BCH/BSV Split using locktime method.

I'm following the guide here and am on step 4.

Step 5 says to "Do the same transaction with the second cryptocurrency...", does that mean to use the same address I used in step 3, or should I use another new address?

Are there any timing issues I need to worry about other than waiting for the BCH transaction to confirm?
