When there is a considerate amount of rally of Bitcoin price in a shorter time frame, should exchanges look at circuit breakers similar to stock exchanges? By this, the consumers are protected in the event of flash rally or flash crash. And this may reduce the volatility.
Also when a rally happens in one single exchange, there is a price discrepancy between many exchanges. Few lead the way first and others try to catch up to this price. Is is it a good way to get to lagging ones by buying early ie. buy low and sell hight on the same exchange? is this a good strategy ? Please advise.
