Bitcoin Testnet coins

Hi

I need around 100 testnet bitcoins. And I need them very badly. Can someone guide me where can I get them? Or where can I buy them? Or maybe how can I use rented hash power (e.g. from nicehash) to mine them?

I'm ok with spending ~100$-200$ for that

I can't find any testnet mining pools, I can't find any developers faucet (where can I get more than 0.1 per day), I can't find any place where I can simply buy it.

I'd really appreciate any kind of help.
