Clorinde c2 or Baizhu?

I just need someone else’s opinion regarding choosing Clorinde c2 over Baizhu c0 or viceversa, so I can maybe make up my mind.

Clorinde c2: she is solely played as the Electro main dps when I need Electrocharged or Lunar charged, since I don’t have Flins, with Columbina c6 and Ineffa c1. We could argue that with this wheelchair team she doesn’t need her constellations (i’m getting c1 soon in the weekly event).

Baizhu: I like Dendro and he would help my Dendro roster for the Theater, I often go for my favorite characters’ constellations instead of new characters and as a small spender, I do not have enough Dendro/Geo/Cryo characters for the Tarot thingy mode.
Plus, he could be like bitcoin and gain value with the new Dendro+Cryo reaction?
