"Hey, so I'm the hacker that cracked your email..." Has my mom's actual password as text in the email.

Just trying to figure out how this scam works. My mom received this email earlier today. It looks like your typical scam email saying 'I'm the hacker that cracked your email, pay me in Bitcoins,' blah blah blah, but in the email content, it also says 'your password is:' and then is actually lists one of my mom's passwords she uses in plain text.

I'm almost suspecting there WAS a data breach somewhere at some point because I don't know how anyone would've been able to put her actual password in this email like that.

Anyone else seen this one lately?
