How to split my BCH and BSV ? Chain is only 3 blocks appart

I wanted to to split my Bitcoin Cash to sell some SV and wanted to use the following guide:

But now it seems that both chains are only 3 blocks appart to I don't think this will work?

Maybe someone can send me a couple of satoshis which are only valid on one chain? - XXXXXXXXXXXX (please post if you do, so I don't get more than 1 small donation)
