Edmonton Bitcoin Association presents its monthly Bitcoin Beginner Meetup. 6:30pm - 7:30pm @ Bitcoin Solutions 10142 Whyte Ave.
This is an event that covers the very basics of the technology, with a goal to raise awareness of what it can and cannot do, debunk the myths of the blockchain buzzword and answer any questions in a group discussion.
It is NOT a meetup to sell cryptocurrencies or provide investment advice, more it is to provide our community with knowledge of the positive and negative possibilities of Bitcoin in plain language, thus help create more informed individuals about the technology. This includes sharing information about known scams and potential scenarios in which anyone might find themselves a victim of.
