I created an account in BITCOIN CURRENCY there for the first time but i lost all my money. After a few months I wanted to play there again.I got offers from buff.bet to my e-mail, that they offer me a 100% bonus due to an event (for example esl pro league season started so they offered me that if i entered the code "ESL88" [or "ESL100" i cannot remember] i will get +100% deposit bonus)
So i wrote an email to buff bet support to delete my account with the bitcoin currency because I want to play with the EUR currency

After that i opened new account and i used that code for bonus. I was playing for 2 weeks and I wanted to withdraw some money, but first I had to send them an identity document, so I did it.
Next day (today) they locked my account for "fraud"

It is clarified that we may determine that such an abuse has taken place also if your activity in our Online Casino/Sportsbook, by itself, is not abusive, but your activities in other Online Casino/Sportsbooks in addition to our Online Casino/Sportsbook, taken as a whole, constitute such abuse of our bonuses, promotions, policies or rules."
One personal single account pertaining to one domestic household address or IP address, opened by an individual and maintained with us to enable that person to play games on the Online Casino/Sportsbook.
All connected accounts have been closed and the ballance of the latest registered account has been deemed void.
We would like to kindly advise you to refrain from registering another account with us. If we find any other accounts connected with you, we will proceed with immediate closure and funds confiscation.

What did i wrong? I never used same code TWICE so what have I abused? What can i do?
