A lot of people in Bitcoin Cash still view Bitcoin SV more as a testnet instead of a legitimate competitor. That's fine. Of course time will tell whos ideas were better, but until then, there's nothing wrong with having interest in stressing the limits of the Bitcoin protocol, and in using whatever peer to peer cash system you want to. We have multiple options on the market, you don't just have to use or be faithful to one. Anyways, here's some information on the event:
Bitcoin SV annual community Stress Test: 12 PM UTC, September 30
Feel free to participate in this upcoming stress test for Bitcoin SV. They're wanting to see how much data can be sustained for a 24 hour period. I'm going to be posting around five megabytes worth of data to the blockchain, only going to cost me a few cents to do. Every little bit helps.
Countdown Timer: https://testbitcoin.live/
Community Run Livestream: https://youtu.be/-0uguc5PPbw
To post large files to the blockchain: https://add.bico.media/
Upload web pages to the blockchain: https://etched.page/
To write messages to the blockchain: https://memo.sv/ and https://weiblock.app/search
More Bitcoin SV apps: https://bsvapps.net/
Good mobile wallet: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=cash.simply.wallet
Exchange to convert between BCH and BSV (mobile support but not on app store): https://www.coinex.com/mobile/tip
Anyways, it will be interesting to see how much Bitcoin can sustain up to date. The results may be surprising, time will tell. I invite everybody to come and contribute to the onchain activity. Let's push these numbers up.
Also, I'm going to be watching mining pool hashpower distribution. It's going to be interesting to see how that changes.
