The price of BTC fell to $7900

Etherium fell to $172.93 (by 1.9%), while XRP rose by 4.18% to $0.265.

Earlier, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), in response to an application from Cipher Technologies Bitcoin Fund for registration of a closed interval fund and an investment company, did not agree that Bitcoin is security. The documents indicated that Bitcoin is a security investment management unit. The SEC did not agree with it, citing the Howey test and the Digital Asset Analysis Guide released earlier this year.
