What does halving mean for Litecoin?

Litecoin Halving is the event where the number of generated Litecoin rewards per block will be halved (divided by 2). The number of litecoin found per block will become more scarce and this halving reward ensures that litecoin total supply will reach 84 million.

Here's a fun fact for you. When people mine Bitcoin, it takes 10 minutes for the network to confirm each block, but Litecoin is four times faster at just 2.5 minutes! If this is going to be your first time mining Litecoin, it's probably best I start from the very beginning!
