Bitcoin 4 year ROI is minimum 5.2x and majority of the time over 10x

I was just curious what the historical returns were if you were to buy Bitcoin at any date and sold exactly 4 years later, be it bull market or bear market. The result was beyond my expectations.

Below is the chart where x axis is the date and y-axis is the log (base 10) return of 4 year wait, where it bottoms sometime early 2013 (sell date of early 2017) with value `0.72` (10^0.72 being 5.24x) and majority of the time stays above value 1.0, which is 10x return.

Why 4 years? Due to halving events many people seem to this 4 year is the magic number so I gave it a try.

Just another reason to motivate yourself to hold for at least 4 years, who knows history might just repeat itself.
