Noob here, wound up with some Bitcoin. How can I cash out safely and quickly?

I've recently recieved some bitcoin, and I need to cash out quickly and safely preferably tonight.

Is there any good guides I can follow? Coinbase wont let me verify my account, so I'm stuck for trying to find an alternative site.
