If they have a telegram they plan to block you immediately after receiving bitcoin or money and you wont have access to the messages. BITCOIN CANNOT BE RECOVERED IF SENT!!!
I was recently scammed by bigblackguy6912 who has two accounts and acts like a satisfied customer to draw you in. Many other scammers use the same methods
Always get proof of user purchase and use an escrow service if possible to at least have a chance of recovering the bitcoin in the event of the person being a scammer but you have to do you own research on that
