Riddle me this, riddle me that, if I bought a Bitcoin at 60k, where's my value at?
One person bought 1,000 Bit-coins at 1 USD per piece, and other one bought 1 (one) Bit-coin for 60,000 USD. But since their deposits are not isolated, the first person can cash out using the value brought in by the person who was unfortunate enough to put 60,000 USD in.
It resembles a ponzi scheme clearly, since the person who got in earlier can take out the value deposited by the latter participants in this. Also there is a quite possible turn of events, where second person is self-incentivized to shill, placing decentralized half-ponzi half-pyramid scheme in motion.
Value successfully destored
