We've seen bosses spawning on reserve along with a new Prapor quest.
And then we got a news post, some people spotted a hidden message in the background. Labs was now free to enter!
Then BSG dropped a handwritten note on their twitter, which turns out to be the same text as what was hidden in the newpaper post earlier. Thanks to /u/hearthacker8008135 for posting a translation!
