As we announced earlier on. the hacking event caused severe loss on exchange while users username or password were not hacked or leaked on that event. We now announce that ShorelineCrypto Exchange will completely shut down on Feb 26, 2022.
For those ShorelineCrypto Exchange members to obtain refund from your existing shorelinecrypto balance, please make sure that you do following steps before our shut down date or your remaining balance will be forfeited and will not be refunded past that shutdown date.
We have now re-started shorelinecrypto.com web page and all coins have disabled trading, but some coins have withdraw function enabled. You can login with your usual username/password to perform below steps to obtain refund.
Step 1 - Cancel Orders for All Coins
After you login into shorelinecrypto exchange account, you should go to all the coins, and cancel your existing orders, cancel all the buy or sell orders completely so that your coins on hold for the buy/sell orders will be returned to your balance. Check Your balances on all coins and make sure they are all correct.
Step 2 - Withdraw for Self Serving Coins
Below list of coins have withdraw function enabled. You should go ahead and perform withdraw as usual, confirm with your email and withdraw the coins to your own private wallets from exchange.

Step 2 - Support Ticket for Refund on non-withdrawable Coins
Below list of coins have withdraw function disabled:
Bitcoin (BTC) Litecoin (LTC) Dogecoin (DOGE) Dash (DASH) Nengcoin (NENG) Cheetahcoin (CHTA)
Please submit a ticket support asking for refund with below info, make sure you use the same email address as in the exchange account because we can only refund
to the same email address holders for security reasons.

(1) Subject: Request for Refund
(2) Exchange Username
(3) Make sure the Email is same email on the exchange account
(4) list of Coin names and coin balances of each coin that you want refund, please provide a private coin address for us to pay you back
