• Last 4 digits of your CC/debit card (if you used a CC or debit card to purchase our service) or PayPal email (in the event that you used PayPal)
• Date the subscription was purchased
• Your preferred new email address

In addition, please provide us with your payment information based on the payment method you used.

• If you used a credit card, please provide us the bank name or zip code
• For Paypal: PayPal Profile ID.
