✨If you didn't already know, today marks exactly 14 years since Satoshi Nakamoto published the Bitcoin white paper (yes, it's really been that long). 🥳

DeFi has come so far since those early days. In our corner of the crypto space, the SKALE team is about to release Metaport, their interchain widget, unleashing the awesome power of the an unlimited universe of infinite high-capacity EVM-compatible chains... ⚡️

And that means Ruby.Exchange is going to come out of beta with a cool new look, new functionality, and the ability to list tokens from any SKALE Chain. 🚀

This will be a huge development for SKALE and for DeFi, and we thought it would be a great opportunity to take a look at some other major milestones for blockchain and DeFi - from the release of Bitcoin, through the 📈 and 📉 of the crypto markets, to the launch and popularization of key technologies like NFTs, AMMs, and sundry scaling solutions.

As DeFi natives, we've personally experienced (and even helped shape) some of these events - and we're super excited to be working on the next phase of DeFi's evolution, which we'll be unveiling to the SKALE community in the very, very near future... 👀
