Digitra users can swap DGTA tokens for several services. Since the DGTA issues tokens, they are not securities. Digitra requires DGTA tokens. DGTA tokens do not confer Digitra administrative or voting capabilities. If unanticipated events occur, the DGTA project and token properties described in this whitepaper may change or disappear. DGTA tokens cannot be sold in the US by Digitra. US residents—including businesses and workers—cannot use DGTA tokens. DGTA tokens and services are prohibited in some jurisdictions.
