I did purchase pills and performed the payment via Paypal, however, the merchant was requesting to send Bitcoin via atm. It was my first in the USA and it was disappointing as there are numerous scammers. I had no clue about this disadvantage of the country and could not even expect it at all, as I needed help for my mental help due to ongoing events in the world.
