Hut will experience more selling pressure going into the 2024/25 Bitcoin bullrun because of the US Bitcoin Merger. The US Bitcoin insiders finally got their liquidity event, (a private company's wet dream) so now the US Bitcoin shareholders can dump their shares on the public markets... basically on the backs of O.G Hut 8 shareholders. If Hut has to raise additional capital through equity in 2024 then it will be harder to establish and maintain any upward momentum.
