Just starting my Bitcoin learning. Trying to understand hopeful/expected events with the upcoming halving but getting a bit lost in info ATM. With the halving, are people expecting a spike with the halving, or a dip with eventual recovery to a new high? I'm reading about a predicted new high approx 6 months after halving, but also reading about a possible slide with the halving. Trying to understand if I should be buying before halving, just after, or? I appreciate any answers.
