The MATRIX AI Server was introduced. MATRIX community members got a chance to test the MATRIX AI Server’s AI Pose Detection and Object Detection services.
In general, the potential of AI in detection systems is huge. Such projects have been already used to spot a shoplifter in a crowd, that can be really useful in the survelliance systems on such crowded events as conferences, sports etc. And MATRIX AI has a vizion for such implementation.
It can be potentially used in the manufacture, where there is a need for a ultimate recognition skills for the product defect identification, that is quite a challege for human being. MATRIX AI Object Detection will enables the machines to perform this task instead of people without mistakes.
And, of course, it has a practical usage in defying a suspicious behavior. When the AI detects such behavior, it instantly send an alert to the emergency service, that can reduce a shoplifting incidents tremendeously!
