Members of Digitra who own DGTA tokens are able to make purchases of a wide variety of services. Tokens are not considered to be securities because the DGTA, and not the SEC, is responsible for their distribution. Digitra requires DGTA tokens. The use of DGTA coins for governance or voting is not currently supported by Digitra. In the event that certain unanticipated situations materialize, the DGTA project and the token characteristics described in this whitepaper may either be modified or scrapped entirely. To customers in the United States, Digitra is unable to sell DGTA tokens. Tokens of the DGTA cannot be purchased by anybody residing in the United States. Workers who are based in the United States are listed. The DGTA tokens and the services they provide are dealt with in a variety of ways by law enforcement around the world.
